Communication throughout the entire process was responsive, clear, and high quality, and everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and helpful. A special shout-out to the installation team, Crew 1 - they were absolutely top notch. They did excellent work, completed the installation efficiently, and showed tremendous attention to detail. They were professional and respectful of our property and left the site even better than they found it. I'm very happy with the planning, preparation and installation of my ground-mounted solar system. The workers traveled about 200-miles to my home in northern Minnesota and began drilling into underground rock, on Monday afternoon. The installation was completed on Wednesday afternoon. The underground cables are run through conduit, making future changes easier and providing protection as well. In the photos, to the left of the new array, is my 1990-vintage solar array, which is still putting out about 700-Watts. An old windmill tower is directly behind the new array. I'm grateful to Connor and his crew for their hard work, great work, and for leaving the site in such a tidy condition.

Poor project manager
I signed a contract with AES on 6/19/2025, a contract that stated I would have my solar installed in 90 days. In Sept. thet said they were ready to go and I paid a 70% deposit. Then, AES told me that they had filed a plan that would not pass inspection. They started the process over again. Bottom line: it took 349 days to get my solar installed and 371 days to get the battery working. I missed out on the federal tax credit and my solar cost $10,521 more than thet said it would. AES made a mistake and I paid the price.

Signed a contract (90 day installation) on 6/19/2025. Project manager kept us in the dark through the process and ignored emails and voicemail messages. All energy solar collected a 70% deposit in Sept 2025, then discovered that they had filed a plan that would NOT pass inspection. Started the process over. Installation began on 5/22/2026. It took 349 days for our panels to be operational and 371 days for our battery to be operational. All Energy Solar reluctantly gave us a discount for having taken so long, but missing the federal tax creditg meant that our system cost us $10,521 more than we were told. All Energy Solar made a mistake, we paid the price. We deeply regret that we didn't choose a reputable company.

Wonderful installation
Crew got everything installed in about a day and 1/2, despite thunderstorms with 1" of rain the first day. That included running conduit over the roof to link 2 separate sets of panels. They were careful of the plants around the h1ouse, causing far less damage than I would have anticipated, and cleaned up behind themselves. Note that they also had to replace the breaker box in the basement as well as adding the new equipment outside. Overall, very impressed.

The panels and most the employees were excellent. However, the actual electrician was difficult to work with and very soppy. The work met code so they wouldnt do anything about it, but agreed it was sloppy and not done the best way. Puddle of tar left in lawn when i have a dog, pieces of stuff left on the ground, slopped tar on top of power mast on roof, forced fit the boxes and pipe, installed power mast so painted side faced house. Will have to repaint mast. No reason things had to be done like that. There was also a mix up about the critter guards. They were supposed to be added to my order but got missed. The work was done at the end of the year, so they were very busy. Still.could have been done better.

I've been a customer since All Energy started business in Massachusetts. Recently purchased a new home and needed to add solar. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The local team has been very helpful every step of the way. High quality professionals, making sure everything is done right and keeping informed every step of the way. The final step was turning on the monitoring system. The young men that completed that job worked for hours out in the pouring rain. I cannot thank them enough for their commitment. They are the best example of why I am a very satisfied and repeat All Energy customer. Every staff member has that same commitment. .

All Energy is a leader in the solar installation business, and it shows. From initial consult through system go-live, all team members were knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Our project, a 36 panel rural ground-mount with battery storage, was not without one or two unexpected challenges along the way, but All Energy’s crews handled issues as they arose, and I believe absorbed a significant unexpected cost for extended trenching and cable that wasn’t anticipated in the initial quote. A particular shout out to the electricians: Kevin and Josh did great work on the initial install, with Josh staying past 9PM one night, working in the dark to troubleshoot and correct a wiring issue. Later in the project, Steve, Kareed, and their crew went above and beyond, putting in extraordinary effort to overcome unanticipated complications under challenging weather conditions, to bring our installation to completion before a hard freeze set in and the arrival of the winter holidays. We’re looking forward to decades of clean energy production with our new system.

Over the last three days, Install Crew 7 and Eric worked hard installing my new solar project on the house. The project included 26 panels plus all the required electrical work. The team kept me updated every step of the way and ensured I understood what was happening. They were there to answer all my questions. On the last day I spent time with the electrician and the team understanding the installation and the system's high-level operation. During this time I also saw that the system was producing energy during its checkout process. I don't have the app yet because I'm not connected to the grid pending inspections and the utility hook up. I felt like this crew really knew their stuff and was very professional in working with me. I enjoyed meeting them each morning and seeing the progress they made along the way. Thanks a ton, guys, for your amazing work. I think the house looks so much better with the panels installed. Disappointing
After reading reviews for All Energy Solar, I chose to give them a chance. That has been a mistake from the start. The permitting system is very long and drawn out and not necessarily All Energy Solar fault, but better commination would have made that process easier. After the permits, came the install. The date and time was set. No one showed up and no one called. Called the office to be told that my install was rescheduled, no one took the time notified me. The install was rescheduled. That day came and a crew showed up to do a partial install. They installed 11 solar panels on my roof. The install crew was very professional. The remainder of the install was yet to be scheduled. When it was scheduled, the same problem happened again. Date and time but no crew and no call. This happened 3 times. Finally the Electrician arrived to complete the install. The Electrician informed me that the system that was designed for my house was a partial back- up, not a full system back-up as I requested. I also purchased a Tesla power wall for a full system back-up. The Electrician adjusted the designs to convert the system over to a full house back-up. The Electrician, did an excellent job and was very professional. So now I have an electrical system set up for complete home back-up, but only enough solar panels for a partial home back-up. Several weeks after the installation was complete. My roof started leaking into my kitchen. I called Anthony from All Energy Solar, advised him that my roof was leaking. He advised me that he would get someone out right away to fix it. I never heard anything back. I went up on the roof located what I thought was the source of the leak and repaired it myself. One of the solar panel mounts appeared to be leaking. Two weeks later I get a call advising the a crew was on the way to fix the leak. I advised that I already fixed it. They sent a crew to verify. I Spoke to Anthony about adding 3 solar panels so that my system would be upgraded to support a full house backup. I was told I had to buy 6 panels for and additional $ 13,000. Not going to happen. I found out that the Federal Solar Tax Rebate was not a rebate at all. It is a non-refundable tax credit. Everything through the sales process and on All Energy Solar web site state that it is a Federal "Rebate". Again and again I was told that the 30% "Rebate" I would receive could be applied towards the loan. This was emphasized all during the sales process. It was implied several times the the Federal Tax "Rebate" would be paying for a portion of the solar price. The Fales statement on their website and through out the sales process regarding the Federal Tax "Rebate" is misleading and a lie. The "Rebate" is a non-refundable tax credit. NOT A REBATE!!! You do not get any money back, you would receive a reduction in tax liability. Also the fact the loan interest rate would be very high was not adequately emphasized. I have a credit score above 780 and my interest rate is 9%. I feel as if I have been sold a used car by an unscrupulous sales person. I have called my sales person (Anthony) with several of these issues and each time I am told that he would look into it. Then no reply or response

Ghosted mid project
This is a tale of two projects (that are the same project). Perhaps it will end happily as a tale of three projects, but I don't hold out hope. We contracted with All Energy back in May. At first, everything was going smoothly. It took time to get the project off of the ground, but nothing that felt unexpected. Over the summer, the team helped us get our initial inspections done, even identifying work that needed doing in our attic that only tangentially related to the panel installation. It was even easy to modify the plans when we decided to put a couple more panels on the roof. By mid-August, the installation team arrived and quickly put up the panels, installed the Power Wall, and rerouted all of the electrical wiring. We were told at that point that there would be two inspections that needed to get done before the connection process could commence: one from the Village for the building specs, and one from ComEd for the electricity. At this point, we were transferred to a new project manager, and everything started to go downhill. First, we received less than 16 hours notice that the Village was coming to our house for their inspection. I got the email mid-day on Sunday for a Monday arrival. We scrambled to make sure that an adult was home, but of course this was inconvenient at best. The inspection went well, and so we waited for a notice about ComEd's inspection. And waited. And waited. I emailed our project manager at the beginning of September, affirming that the Village inspection was complete, and asked if there were any updates on the timing for ComEd. I heard nothing back. Two weeks later, I emailed again asking for an update. Nothing. Not even a confirmation that the email had been received. I emailed AGAIN two weeks later, and once again got zero response. In this email I asked if I needed to retain legal counsel to look into recouping the $30k+ we had already invested into panels that were degrading on our roof with no benefit to us. This week I called. It is now mid-October. I got through to the person who USED to be our project manager and had a conversation. She informed me that in my file, nothing had been updated since the completion of the installation of the panels. They had no record of the installation of the Power Wall, no record of the rerouting of the electrical wiring, and no record of the Village inspection even being scheduled, much less completed. Then I was told that the hold up was at ComEd's end (which doesn't make any sense: if they didn't know the status of my wiring, why would they be trying to schedule an inspection?). I explained that all of this was poor and that I needed to be better informed about the status of the project. I could have helped them catch their abysmal record keeping had they simply returned ANY of my previous correspondences. I asked them to put me on a weekly update in the future, and she agreed. Fast forward to today. It is Sunday morning, and my wife received an email from ComEd reminding us of our appointment TOMORROW. I can tell you that it is difficult to be reminded of an event of which you were hitherto unaware. I checked my email to see if I had missed a correspondence. (Hope springs eternal.) Of course, I had not. So it appears that MIRACULOUSLY ComEd has come around a mere 5 days after my call to be able to arrange an inspection immediately after "dragging their feet" for over a month. Wouldn't it have been nice for All Energy to LET ME KNOW. So here I am again, scrambling to ensure that an adult can be home for an inspection I have been alerted to with less than 24 hours notice ON A SUNDAY. This product may turn out to be good, but the customer service on a project that will ultimately cost me $50k out of pocket is absolutely unacceptable. I do not recommend them.

Other Companies Could Learn a Lot From All Energy Solar!
I highly recommend All Energy Solar if you are condering getting solar panels. After getting proposals from several solar installers, we opted to use All Energy Solar. Not only was their pricing significantly better than the others, their salesman jumped through hoops to answer questions and adjust the proposal to our changing needs. His explanation of how things would be done, how the installation work was done, was so much better than any other company. (Thank you, Dan!) When it came to have the panels installed, the work crew was wonderful. Not only were they communicative, but they were careful, attentive, and made sure we were totally aware of all aspects of the job, as well as ensuring we were satisfied as things progressed during the installation. They were quite friendly and even a bit sociable. One of the installers even spent a few minutes on the roof showing us his dancing skills (nothing to exotic, and he was wearing a safety harness). I appreciated that the installers used all of their PPE, making sure they worked as safely as possible. Our installers were part of Residential Team 1 and included Chris (the older one), Dylan, Ethan, and another Chris (the younger one). All of them were so friendly and easy-going, yet still professional about the work. They all answered questions and explained how they did various parts of the job so that anyone could understand, without talking down to us. Kyle, the electrician, spent several hours connecting the wiring, installing new equipment and ensuring everything worked correctly. His work is part skill, part art. HIs work looks like the pictures you would see in an electrician’s handbook of how to do a job the right way. Kyle also was quite friendly and answered questions, and I truly appreciate his perfectionistic work. The project management team has also been so helpful and communicative. Kudos to Sierra and Annelise for keeping us informed of the progress in getting permits and supplies, and coordinating the whole effort. Everyone at this company has been a 5-star player in our book! And I truly feel good about their products and services. Thank you everyone at All Energy Solar!
