Naples HOA flexibility

Extremely happy with Affordable. My HOA is super strict when it comes to adding things to the house, we had to put the Enphase box inside the garage to adhere to their codes and send pictures of EVERYTHING before we could proceed with the solar. Affordable was very happy to work with us and make sure everything was up to par. Angel F has been wonderful, she was ALWAYS available when we were wondering what to expect. We’ve been so excited to get solar started!

Our salesperson Charles was great! He answered all of our questions and got us a great price. Our panels were installed 10 days after we signed the contract. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up after themselves. Looking forward to our FPL bills going down!

Solar Air bnb

I have an Air bnb attached to the house so I figured installing solar panels would help significantly with the energy use and increase our profits. I was hoping to get them installed quickly so I could get the most benefits during the spring tourism and save energy for summer. The project took about 5 and a half weeks which was excellent. My sister had already installed with Affordable last year and referred me, I’m happy to recommend.

Pleased that Affordable Solar gets alerted to problems with the system through Enphase rather than relying on me to monitor the app at all times. We weren’t home when the installers came by but I can attest that they cleaned everything up and the panels look great on the roof! Bradenton’s permitting department is notoriously slow apparently so that was the only time we waited during our project. All said and done it was finished in about 2.5 months. Jon Holland was always available and checking in on us.

Resolved the problem

Affordable did a great job making up for the other losses time of other parties involved that were completely out of their hands first it was the county for inspections then it was the utility company. They made sure to follow through on everything and get it done. They resolved all of our issues no questions asked and communicated the whole way.

It really worked for me

They were great all around for me, I was very curious about solar for a good while now, I was doing research on various companies and had a couple come out. They were the only company that I felt as though there wasn't any pressure to make a deal with them, the sales rep was very kind and professional. It was very straight forward everything was laid out from top to bottom. The price was just as good as any other company that came and offered. The timeline from them was very good as well, the project took right around 45 days it flew by and before I knew it, I was saving right away on my electric bill. It's been some time now since it's been on the home and producing, I've been able to very easily monitor through the Enphase enlighten app that comes with the system, I get to see what it is producing in real time and its always have a peace of mind that the system is on, and all the panels are working as they should. I have already recommended a neighbor after they saw that it actually was working for me and covered my entire energy bill. Duke raised my rate around 24% in recent years and with no other solution to go with other than solar I am very happy I did and feel like I couldn't of chose a better company and feel like they gave me the best experience possible. Our property has an abundance of trees close to the house, I was concerned the panels would be shaded most of the day unless I cut down the majority of them and I knew my neighbors wouldn’t be thrilled about that. Affordable Solar Roof & Air ran a couple of layouts through their softwares and let me be involved in the design process. We had to trim back the trees that were over the roof of course but they reimbursed the cost. I’m very happy with how everything turned out & so far we haven’t sacrificed any production to the shading. Our roof layout made it difficult to group panels more than 3 deep in some spots; I was impressed we managed to fit 29 panels up there. Great team both in the office and in the field at Affordable Solar Roof & Air.

Affordable did a great job for us on the solar system, they were extremely professional, everyone I spoke to from our sales representative to the office people to our installers and final tech all were kind and personable, I was expecting good things from them and got exactly that. The price was comparable to others but their timeline was the best, no hassle either didn’t feel pressured to do the deal with them.

Every single person I worked with has been fantastic! Amazing group of people at Affordable Solar Roof & Air. Angel Fleites has been delightful as our representative, always checking in on us and making sure our project got down as quickly as possible. We reached out to three companies and NOBODY competed with Angel’s knowledge of solar! Affordable Solar Roof & Air was the only company that offered a discount for veterans/ first responders; that really impressed me and made Affordable Solar Roof & Air the clear choice for us. Their installers came in a team of two and those guys worked so hard! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anybody that’s looking into solar.

System was already pre-existing on the home so that was the nice part, transferring ownership was very easy they came out turned everything back on and showed how the system operates and the app that comes along with it very helpful and friendly.

Impressed with how simple Affordable made the experience. I expected getting solar to be very involved and time consuming but it was easy. Their installers were great & the whole thing took less than 2 months. Our neighbors referred us to Affordable who got with them about two years ago.

My energy use has gone down now that I’m the only one living in the house but my bill was still much higher than I was happy with paying. Solar seemed like a great solution so started meet by with a few companies. Affordable Solar had the most competitive price and the nicest sales reps. I’m not very tech savvy and don’t bother having WiFi n the house so I was worried about making sure the panels were working. Knowing Affordable would be able to see the panels and fix them if anything happed makes me very happy. I’ve seen lots of houses put up solar panels but they’re all ugly from the road, very pleased that the installers could hide the panels on the back side of the house.

Very communicative

I’m really happy with how we were treated during this process, our sales rep max was very helpful and the communication was great he really handled everything if I’m being honest. They came out over the weekend and turned on our 20 panel system. It started producing and sending back immediately which was nice to see. I think we will be adding a battery on to the system sometime soon.

Very satisfied

I have a standing seal metal roof. Jack the salesperson was by far the best of those that came out to give me quotes. He had the best understanding of codes, installation, equipment, and figured out how to get the max out of my roof. Kevin the project manager was also very helpful in getting me what I wanted, I'm hard to please. Everyone from top to bottom was very polite, professional and very concerned with pleasing me.

They came all the way down from clear water to lake worth as soon as the system had PTO form the utility company after all things were ready to go. Im so happy to finally be solar powered this was a long decision for me I finally decided to go with and am so excited for what the future holds with this system.

We have a 17 panel system and can’t wait to see how much are able to save with it. Install is very clean. I am very happy with everything customer service wise.

Glad to be with affordable for our solar needs. We wanted a company that was reliable and communicative with us. I just had Covid and as soon as I was good to go they came out and turned the system on to get me on track and saving.

Impressive

I am very happy to be solar powered now, the new technology is amazing in it’s capabilities, the main goal was to drop the energy bill down to nothing and be able to cover the whole home’s consumption, they got me set up with a 21 panel system that does that. Alexander was precise with the information he gave me in regards to everything I know about the system pricing timeline paper work longevity warranty maintenance long term things just didn’t miss a thing impressed.

Affordable came out on a Sunday in the rain the turn the system on. We had a good experience with affordable and their customer service. We felt they were very professional and patient when dealing with us. Overall I’m happy with all the work done by them install to paper work everything went well.

Can’t wait to start saving on our electric bill. We had a 20 panel system installed recently and are excited to see what they can do for us. It’s been so far so good with them. Only 1 little inspection delay and was addressed and corrected almost immediately. Started with them mid December and are operating 1st of March not bad at all for time line. Jacob was very knowledgeable and professional as our rep as well.

We’ve seen so many people in Valrico start putting solar panels up but didn’t know which company to trust. After researching online we narrowed it down to a few companies that seemed worthwhile. Affordable Solar Roof and Air came with the most competitive price for the 11.7kw system. One company was 15 thousand dollars more than Affordable and the third company tried to pull way too many cards to convince me to sign. Joseph Brace was the best representative I could ask for; I had a bunch of questions I asked each company and he seemed the most knowledgeable and genuine. Also I’d be happy to shoutout the Affordable Solar installers for how nicely the panels lay on the roof, from the street you can’t even tell they’re up there. Only took those guys 4 hours to put 29 panels up!
