Affordable Solar Roof & Air

Not bad

great solar installation, thorough and competitively priced.

Solid Dallas install

The Dallas office coordinated my roof and solar project promptly. The crew explained the quote and left the site tidy, and production has matched their plan.

Excellent work. The team was helpful, proficient and knowledgeable. The Head/Manager, Jonathan Holland, gave a very thorough explanation of the entire process, answered questions as they arose and responded to calls quickly.

Pleased to now have solar panels on my home from affordable solar, we made the right choice going with them. They impressed us the most out of any other company. The work they do was smooth, fast and efficient if I had to describe it. A lot easier than we thought it would be to go solar. The reason we went solar was to get rid of our energy bill that was close to $500 a month in the summer.

Almost perfect

Very friendly company, always happy to help when I had concerns and called into the office. Installers were also amazing, communication with our sales rep at the beginning was a little rocky when we wanted to make sure everything would be covered in the price we agreed on. They came through and covered any additional unseen cost to make sure we stayed in budget.

Solar

First off usually don't do reviews but figured I pass my experience with the company. First off my sales person which was Christian was very polite and professional and never bad mouth others company's and if you go with this company ask for him. We went over things and gave him my information with power bills and everything else. He gave me one of the better pricings upfront and their warranty compared to other companies. Other companies that was much higher calling back wanting to drop prices to be competitive.once we agreed and signed contract they installed my system pretty rapidly which I was very impressed. Also had two malfunctions with system and they responded quickly to take care of the problem. I am satisfied and how the system is operating other than the fact I believe they put two small of a system in but has cut my power bill considerably but my goal was to be at zero and maybe putting some on the grid which I was told it would do we just has not yet. I am told that when my system is a year old that they will reevaluate about adding The guaranteed panels if they do not put a big enough system in. I guess we will see in February how that goes. Other than that I do not have nothing bad to say about the company and like I say if you need a sales guy use Christian. PS do some homework to make sure they are meeting your power demands

Timeline was a little long

Only problem that frustrated us was the timeline it took. Some of that was the city of Bradenton holding us up but there was also some blame from the project managers. Had to wait for inspections to be passed once or twice. Now that everything is operational I’m satisfied and happy with the overall experience.

Long process but quality job

The panels went up a few months ago but I got held up waiting for the application with FPL. That didn’t come until April & now they’re getting turned on mid May. I’m glad to have them cooking before the true summer sun but I wish the process would’ve been a little quicker & reminded of the application needing to be completed. Overall good experience.

Everything up to the installation went swimmingly. When they needed me to fill out the application, it held the project up a week or so. I believe that could’ve been done by Affordable because I’m not familiar with lots of the terminology & filled out forms incorrectly the first time. After that was corrected I was happy & the exit interview process was excellent for answering any additional questions I had. Everyone was great to work with.

Overall satisfied

Project took a little longer than expected waiting on service techs or answers from our sales but overall satisfied with the end product. Shoutout to Spencer for being early to our appointment and being professional.
