Affordable Solar Roof and Air exceeded all my expectations! The team was professional, efficient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They walked me through every step of the solar installation process and helped me find the most cost-effective solution for my home. My energy bills have dropped significantly, and I feel great knowing I’m using clean energy. Their customer service was top-notch, and the overall value was unbeatable. Highly recommend to anyone looking to go solar without breaking the bank!

My neighbor installed solar panels with a battery system about a year ago. I gave it some time to see if it truly brought his bills down. He’s been happy so I met up with Peter from Affordable Solar and learned about the different systems. I decided it was the right move for us and I’ve been happy so far. Excellent communication from the office & I was always able to get ahold of someone to answer questions. I plan on adding a battery system down the road if all goes well with my production the next year or so.

Excited to have the system going! Ready to stop paying crazy summer bills. I have a few rental properties and want to try solar at one and see how much I’ll save before putting it on the others. Happy to have a company from Clearwater too.

Our electric bills in the heat of the summer have been approaching almost $600. Locking in the payment for the panels for hundreds of dollars less was an easy choice. Christian was responsive when I had questions and stayed on top of everything.

Powerwall 3

After the hurricane last year we knew it would be smart to invest in solar energy in case we lost the grid for a while again. Everybody around us has generators for outages but if everyone races to the gas station what good is a generator! The Tesla Powerwall 3 gives you the most bang for your buck and the app was easy to understand. Being out in the country it’s always good to have backups and be self sufficient, I’m happy I worked with Affordable Solar to get my battery system.

Michael came out from affordable solar roof air and did a good job explaining our system to us and how it operates and what to look for on the app, Lee my sales rep did a good job taking care of me and my needs of what I expected from a company. I reached out to numerous other companies that didn’t meet my expectations like affordable did.

I found this company as the #1 In Texas for solar panel reviews, My solar consultant was Ken he was amazing he was great, I was between this company and another company after few conversations I decided to go with Affordable, on March 24 i signed the contract during the conversations one of my comments/Concerns was that I would sign n contract and they would forget about me and not follow along with process or questions I had , but They were on top of things during the permits. April 1st Ken called me and told me the permit’s were Submitted. Liz from the permit department was great she kept me updated with the process, she texted me and told me city permits were approved we only need my HOA permit to move on to the installation process My HOA reach out ask if the Solar company does a roof inspection it was a question I didn’t ask so I had to reach out to Ken which I did and it was Sunday at 7:00 PM and I called Ken and he answer! I wasn’t expecting him to answer my call on a Sunday but he did! He helped me out with the answer . On April 30 I received a call from the project manager to schedule the installation due to work I had to schedule it 2 weeks from that day so it was schedule may 13 They told me a day earlier they would come and drop the equipment and they did May 12 I received the equipment. On may 13 the guys came and did the installation super profesional and quick great job. On May 28 I received an email to sign a form so I can get the PTO (Permission to Operate) I was not in town and I sign it on June 4th and I got the PTO I had to call the company to let them know, not sure how they would not find out? But I called them so we can schedule the time for someone to come and turn on the system and assist me with downloading the apps on June 12 I called and they told me someone will call me I finally got the PTO someone came and “turn on the system” it was already on and provided me with video from YouTube on more in detail videos of how my powerwall 3 works (not their videos) it was from another YouTube channel and just send me the link to different type of plans for me to change but didn’t help me with “switching” like they said they were going to help me all they did is send me link to compare plans which I had no issue since I was familiar with the plans. This is a great company but also do your own research on what’s beneficial for you. If you get solar you need a backup battery don’t get solar without

Michael came out from affordable and did a fantastic job at going over our new power wall 3, everything before that paper work, permits, installation, etc was very smooth. It’s incredible how much the system can produce. It’s exciting being able to actively see it.

The system was turned n right around the two month mark just like they promised. I appreciate that they let me have a say when deciding the layout of the panels, I decided it would be best to keep all the panels on the back side of the house for curb appeal purposes. We didn’t lose nearly any output from the panels but I’m much happier with the look! Dan was a great salesman and checked I with me at least once a week to let me know what stage of the project I was on.

Working with Affordable solar felt very easy, definitely was a positive experience, we got delayed from our county on permitting one time and after that the whole thing was smooth. We were happy with how quick our rep communicated with us, the office was just as with any paper work or documents we needed, the last step was also very easy getting it turned on they had someone come out and explain everything to us and setup an app so we’re able to monitor the systems production and functionality. Would say it was a pleasant experience especially with something this big. We feel happy with our decision to switch to solar it’s been great and our energy bill is next to nothing.

We got referred by our neighbors who worked with Angel F from Affordable. We were very impressed with her presentation and friendliness. Everyone we were in contact with has been super helpful and knew their stuff. We have already put two more neighbors in touch with Angel so they can save too. Anytime I needed Angel to check on my progress she was quick to respond and push the job ahead of schedule

There have been quite a few solar companies that come around and a good portion of our neighbors have been installing panels. Lots of them rave about how much money they’ve been able to save and overall are very happy they made the switch. I talked to at least 5 neighbors in our community that worked with Affordable Solar Roof & Air, some as far back as 3 years ago. Their systems have been maintained with no issues and the production is what they expected. Happy to report the same for me and would gladly recommend this company.

So far so good

Overall very satisfied with the job from Affordable. The house gets excellent west facing sun all day long so I was very pleased with the output their software calculated. Install team got the conduits and panels finished in a day and a half. Permitting and working with Duke was the only thing that really slowed us down. The inspection took about a month longer than we had planned. But I’m just happy to combat my bills that were approaching $400 each month in the summer. I’ll be sure to report back if my bills aren’t covered in full but so far so good.

Very pleased on how this project went with affordable solar, I got setup with a new solar system to take away from my growing electric bill, the process was quick and smooth. No high energy bills anymore, I’m surprised with how quick it was for the system to be on and producing for me. The rep I had was great and kept me up to date with the whole project.

I had Affordable Solar install two solar systems on my duplex to make some extra income off the rentals. The properties are right on the lake and have excellent sunlight so I figured why not capitalize. The lease is far less than the bills go in the Summer months, seemed like a no brainer. Easy enough process getting the systems going and the panels look great on the roof. No complaints here

Enphase System

Decided to lease solar panels as a way to see how significantly it impacted my bill. Easy enough process getting them installed and I praise the workers from Affordable for putting those panels up quickly in the hot sun. Overall excellent installers, happy to recommend.

My energy usage has never been high, I figured going solar wouldn’t cost too much. It only took 12 panels to offset my average usage- might be a new record low! Affordable took care of us and gave a great price that was actually lower than my average bill. I’m on a fixed income so every dollar saved is important!

Affordable was a pleasure to work with, Jay our sales rep was upfront with us about timeline and what to expect with going solar, I appreciate how fast they worked getting us up and running with our panels and powerwall 3, they also came in with a competitive price. All in all I’d recommend them if you were interested in going to solar power. Our energy bill has gone all the way down and we just are getting started!!

NEW QCELL 430ACM PANELS

I decided to go with affordable solar roof and air because they had the best reviews and the best price for my needs. They were thorough in every way. Excellent communication from our rep Jon Holland through out the entire process and really made our experience as seamless as possible. They had to deal with historic Kenwood and the city of st Pete to get the system installed and activated and did it in record time. Once installed only took two weeks to get it turned on and now several months later Im only paying 30 dollars a month to duke. Even in the summer months we haven't paid more than 30. can't say enough good things about this company and the work they did. Super clear communication and very helpful, they delivered on every promise. HIGHLY recommend the Qcell Qtron 430 acm panels.

We are happened to go with affordable solar roof and air because of how good they were. Everything went to plan, they took care of everything with our HOA, all of paperwork was signed and dealt with they made sure to always let us know what was going on even while I was in the hospital.
