Updated Review

Update 6/16/23: ASRA has contacted me and explained they have made changes within the company, apologized for the experience that I had. I would now recommend them to others as I feel the changes they made will prevent others from having bad experience with them 5 Stars Original Review: Am actually happy with the solar system, however it took 4 month to install and get working, also I am still waiting on a generator that is still from what I am being told at least a month away. I was sold the solar/ generator combo on the word of the salesmen that it would be approximately 2 months for the entire system to be complete and here I am almost 5 months later making payments on an incomplete system as I still do not have generator and for the entire time getting any information out of Affordable Solar Roof and Airs customer service has been nearly impossible. If you call you get transferred multiple times end up leaving someone a message or speaking to them and then never getting call back. You would think after 4 months and now making payments on a system that is incomplete someone would call and at least explain what is going on but that is not the case with them. Apparently once you sign on the dotted line no one cares if the system is ever complete. A system that was sold to me that it was going to take 2 months max to be complete will now be 6 months if I am lucky. And again, not one phone call from Affordable Solar about the length of time this project is taking. I spoke to one of their agents a week ago when he came out to show me how the App works and expressed all of this to him. He supposedly sent multiple emails to the higher ups in the company, but I still have not had any call or email from anyone.

Great price easy installation. I would highly recommend Affordable Solar Roof and Air. Looks great looking forward to great savings.

The sales team at Affordable is amazing, and the same can be said for the instal crew. My roof, solar, and spray foam all got done correctly and quickly.

Affordable Solar offered the best value when comparing companies & I was impressed with the speed at which the install started.

Sales representative was great, and the price was good for the equipment used. Instal team was very cleanly and respectful when here.

Very responsive team at Affordable, they kept me well informed on what stage of the process I was at & when I should expect to be up and running.
