Excellent work. The team was helpful, proficient and knowledgeable. The Head/Manager, Jonathan Holland, gave a very thorough explanation of the entire process, answered questions as they arose and responded to calls quickly.

Exceptional service

Affordable solar got our home setup with 56 panels for our home, the overall process and setup has been very easy with them and hassle free. We are happy with how the system is producing for our home.

We are very pleased with our solar system from affordable solar it was easy to get set up with them

Solar

Affordable came out and got our home powered with a new solar system that we are happy to have, so far it’s been going exactly as planned.

Speedy installation, cleaned up well when they came out to install the panels. Very excited to have the system going and start saving

Service has been excellent. We got referred from a good friend who installed his system a few months prior. The panels look great on the roof, very friendly install crew as well.

So happy to start saving. Everyone I worked with was friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was smooth and worked with my schedule, same goes for the app set up- very happy with how easy Affordable Solar Roof & Air is to work with.

Worst Company I've Ever Dealt With

This company isn't worth the hassle! Save your money or get your solar somewhere else. The people they have working for them don't know their butt from a hole in the wall, they never installed the equipment correctly, destroyed our roof, blew out our home generator, won't ever return calls for service. We have never successfully generated much electricity at all, much less the amount they promised. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

Install started at the beginning of October and took about two months for system to be powered on. Easy company to work with and have no complaints.

Getting solar was super easy, affordable took the hard part out of it and we felt very confident going into this project that it would be successful. The system has already proven its self and is working great. My neighbors ask me all the time about it and I don’t have anything bad to say it is doing exactly what we were promised.

Easy process getting everything powered on and setting up the app. We were hoping to get everything going before Christmas and it was finished by December 4th! Smooth and didn’t have any headaches.

Fast

Pleased with how my solar system process went with them, Michael was knowledgeable and quick when getting out to me, im happy that they also came in with a competive price as well as timeliness was smooth

Alot of power generated

We are now happy with how the system is producing its covering our whole bill plus producing more

New to solar

The sales rep, the staff, the technicians that came to install were very professional. They explained the process step by step. Being new to solar it’s a little daunting, but everything was explained and handled with care.

We finally made the switch to solar energy after doing our research on the best options, we landed on affordable after reading and hearing good things about them, I can confirm it was the same way for us and we are glad we dealt with them, they took a lot of the hard work out of it and made it easy for us while maintaining communication through out the whole journey. Michael was responsive and helpful in the setup and startup of our Qcell app, Max was just as responsive after selling us the system and letting us know where we were at along the way

Good savings

We’re happy with how stream line the process was for us and how immediate we are able to see our system working and what we are saving. Well worth it

Worst experience ever and not yet operating after 5 months.

I'm having EXTREMELY BAD experience with this company. Contract for solar installation was signed in May with 90 days Installation timeline and get it up and running. They have sent multiple electricians and installation took more than two weeks. They were NOT aware of Frisco City code and FAILED Inspection. They are taking long to correct those code violations and still not corrected.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Very happy with the communication from Peter my sales rep & everyone in the office. The process was easy to get my system installed and all together took under two months. Installation crew left a little debris/ pvc piping in the back but other than that they did a great job putting the panels in.

Good results

I’m happy with the way my new solar system from affordable has performed, max was awesome as a rep.

Amazing

Affordable was amazing through out the whole way getting me setup with a new solar system. Tony my sales rep was helpful, Michael came by and showed me everything I need to know about my system.

I was sold a system that they knew was not available.

In April 2024, I was sold an Enphase system which included a bidirectional charger. My main goal was to eliminate the need for a generator in the event of a prolonged hurricane power outage. They installed the system with solar panels, 3 batteries and an EV charger. I did research on the EV charger and found out that not only was this not a bidirectional charger but that the bidirectional charger that they sold me did not exist and still does not exist. The last technician that came to my house in June told me that if I added another battery to my system, that at least I could control what I run off the batteries in a power outage. We had 3 hurricanes hit Naples in 2024 and we could only run lights, wifi and refrigerator; no AC. AC was the reason I purchased the system. I tried to purchase a $6000 battery and after months of no call backs ,I finally got a quote of $13,000 which I thought was rediculous. I then posted a 1 star review on Google and their reply on google was to say that I was trying to blackmail them and I was the worst kind of customer to them. I was one of those evil customers that wanted my issues resolved. There is much more to this saga but I won't bore you. All I have to say is buyer BEWARE.

Got a small 8 panel system that has covered all my energy needs. Very fair price and nice team working for them
