Affordable Solar Roof & Air

Very satisfied with Affordable Solar Roof & Air. We originally worked with another company that just dragged the project along for a year and didn’t end up finishing our project. We were able to find Affordable Solar after that headache who took the project over and made our lives way easier. Top notch h installers and their team in the office worked to get everything to the standards of our very strict Port St Lucy building codes.

Fantastic job all around from affordable couldn’t be any happier with the service and product they provided. Needed to get rid of my energy bill cost effectively and they completely made that possible. Very easy to to deal with.

Great communication and great work done by them. They were respectful and helpful with my Solar questions and getting me actually setup with panels. The whole thing was nice and quick.

Friendly & easy to work with

Easy to schedule with them. I work a crazy schedule and they were happy to figure out another time to come and work on the system. Loved how friendly their technician was.

Pleasantly surprised how hard working the crew was. They can at 9:45am and worked til about 9pm to make sure they got everything done the same day. Our gutters were damaged during the installation process & Affordable payed for the gutter to be replaced, handled the situation professionally.

Everything is fine now that I’m all said and done. Happy to have the system producing, I do wish the timeline was quicker. I had to wait about 3 and a half months for the system to come on. That may be because our inspectors are sticklers for the correct stickers. I’m not the best with technology so sometimes it was difficult to check apps and emails to get updates; however everyone in the office was very friendly when I called in. Like I said I’m overall happy with everything & happy to have the payment for the panels lower than the bill.

Quick, responsive. Installers left the yard clean- I didn’t even find any signs of them being here other than the panels on the roof. I made sure the panel design was to my liking, we made changes a few times to the layout & it was easy getting everything approved with the HOA/ permitting with the county. My original research into solar started about two years ago but I held off to wait for the best price. I was confident now that Affordable’s deal was the best bang for buck especially the quality of the inverters.

Absolutely seamless experience. Installers arrived with the pallet at 11:30am and were down by 3:00pm. I was recommended by neighbors to work with Affordable, I think they have over 15 customers in our community! I’ve heard nothing but good things.

I would say I’m happy with how everything went. Everyone I dealt with was super nice and friendly. Even with a little issue we ran into when first turning on the system they had straightened out in days and everything is working great now. Very good customer service.

Exceptionally quick install turnaround. I got 18 panels to offset my energy bill & and wanted done in quickly. Affordable Solar Roof and Air was easy to work with. It was easy to fill out their application online & find a company for finance. Looking forward to my bill going down and getting tax credit.

Awesome Job

Overall it could not run better. The quality panels and inverters are the same i had chosen if i had had it installed by myself. except for some paperwork, everything was running according to schedule or faster. everybody was very helpful and talked you through every question i had. Thanks to Angel who was available literally day and night. good job, continue.

Genuine, helpful people. Installers were happy to answer questions & checked with me to make sure everything was to my liking. I originally was working with other solar companies but rescinded due to shady sales tactics. I did more research online and trusted Affordable Solar Roof & Air. Anytime I called into the office they were happy to assist and get me on the schedule.

Satisfied on price and installation. Affordable was the only company I looked into and I never felt the need to shop around for another company. Easy and headache free.

Went quicker than expected. Got the welcome call September 9th & now my panels are operational October 10th. HOA approval was easy. We priced out quite a few solar companies but chose Affordable because they had the best price from the beginning, another company came down to match their price but they shouldn’t have tried to charge $16,000 more from the beginning.

Very flexible and responsive to my needs. Their exit crew helped tremendously, same goes for their installers. Communication between install and exit was a little lacking; the timeline was still good but I was a little fuzzy on when inspection was passed or when the power company would swap the meter. Always worked with my schedule.

Their installers took less than a day. They were flexible around my schedule which was a selling point. When I had questions about production they took the time to come out and meet with me.

Excellent buying experience- seamless process that kept my timeline under two months. Fantastic crew that came out for install, answered my questions and panels look seamless on the roof.

Affordable’s installers took just a few hours- happy to have all the panels on the back of the house so we can’t even tell we have solar from the front of the house. I was a hard sell but Affordable Solar Roof and Air ticked all the boxes. They estimated our project would be done in November since we signed mid August- here we are first week of October and everything’s up and running!

Whole experience was excellent. Project stayed on schedule and I was running within 2 months of lock-in. Nice group working in the office whenever I called in.

They worked fast to get me on Solar and up and running as quick as possible. They also really made it so I didn’t have to do much in terms of needing me to be involved a lot of it was on them with the permitting and paperwork which is really nice for ease of doing business with them. Install was great and looks good on the home. Panels just got turned on today and I’m excited to see the savings of going Solar.

I was seriously amazed how quick the system was installed then operating everyone was so professional and very knowledgeable. The install crew was in and out in 3 hours. Really couldn’t be any happier to have went with affordable this whole thing was very easy to be honest.

Michael came out and got our system turned on and showed us the app and as well answered all of our questions at the end. The sales rep did a very good job as well and the office was very helpful and responsive during this whole thing. Very happy to be solar powered now and they were a great choice to go with.

Fantastic job and customer service from affordable had some delays that were addressed as best as they could be from them but even with that being said it was still a reasonable time for the panels to be installed and then inspected and turned on. They were friendly and helpful during all of it I am happy with the work that was done it’s clean and professional they are a professional company and very well rounded in my opinion. They even took care of all the HOA paperwork

I was very impressed by their communication, even via text. I always knew what was going on in my project which gave peace of mind. I was working over the garage repairing tiles when they came to install the panels on the back side of the house which was fun. Never felt pressured or hesitant when deciding whether to proceed- happy to be saving money finally!

Install was the highlight. Solar had tripped an ark fuse in the garage when they first came out which shorted our refrigerator but they were quick to fix it. Got hooked up with Affordable when they were selling in the neighborhood, still new to all this but it’s bringing my bill down so i’m happy.
