We finally made the switch to solar energy after doing our research on the best options, we landed on affordable after reading and hearing good things about them, I can confirm it was the same way for us and we are glad we dealt with them, they took a lot of the hard work out of it and made it easy for us while maintaining communication through out the whole journey. Michael was responsive and helpful in the setup and startup of our Qcell app, Max was just as responsive after selling us the system and letting us know where we were at along the way

Worst experience ever and not yet operating after 5 months.
I'm having EXTREMELY BAD experience with this company. Contract for solar installation was signed in May with 90 days Installation timeline and get it up and running. They have sent multiple electricians and installation took more than two weeks. They were NOT aware of Frisco City code and FAILED Inspection. They are taking long to correct those code violations and still not corrected.... HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!

Very happy with the communication from Peter my sales rep & everyone in the office. The process was easy to get my system installed and all together took under two months. Installation crew left a little debris/ pvc piping in the back but other than that they did a great job putting the panels in.
