Very professional, all done none contact. They were very interested in keeping us informed as the process progressed. System looks great and is running great. They have answered all our questions and addressed any concerns.

You can't go wrong with AES. Aur and his competent crew have installed grid intertie systems on two of my houses. The whole process from beginning to end went smoothly with almost nothing needed from me. One was entirely installed over the weekend. I couldn't be happier with the systems which are producing enough energy to make my electric bill usage $0 some months. Saving money while offsetting carbon emissions never felt better. Having a healthy planet is not just important for future generations' physical health but also mental health.

The ground work for locating AES solar was completed by our next door neighbor. He had run through the companies that were available in our area and the pros and cons of each. He picked AES as the company of his choice and had solar panels installed on his property. That peaked our interest as we have been contemplating it for some time. So, since all the ground work of locating a reputable company was done, we called AES for a estimate and proposal on hooking us up with solar energy. Upon our initial consultation, we were pleased that all our questions could be answered. In addition, they carried through on installation deadlines. The installation was done extremely professionally and courteously by all staff members. Careful attention was made by the crew not to tear up existing lawn and pastures. AES came back to fill in the lines created by trenching and did a great job. I highly recommend this company. Reducing our carbon footprint was the main accomplishment here and AES did a great job helping us with that.

Some of the reasons I went with AES were because they are totally local and also because the man who I first talked with and got a quote from kept checking in while I was waiting for some house-stuff to finalize. He was not pushy, nor was he annoying. He was patient, answered all of my bazillion questions - sometimes twice because I'd forget, and stuck it out with me for months. I got quotes from two or three other places and one of them followed up with me once and the others didn't follow up at all after I'd told them that I had to wait until I got done with the house stuff. All of them came recommended and I'm sure they do good work, but I'm glad I went with AES.

AES was very competitive in pricing that I had obtained. , The application process including fees to Ameren, installation, and scheduling of witness testing was all completed by AES.

They are the best there is in our area: knowledgeable, helpful, patient with novices like me. They did the job on time, with minimum disruption. I would recommend them to anyone who is interested in solar energy production.

Our initial reason for selecting AES was their cooperation while we continued to refine our system requirements, ultimately overhauling the design 3 times during the process. Not once was there any hint of frustration evident except with being unable to provide technical information requested from a manufacturer of my choice. We had a great experience with AES from the initial consultation to design, redesign, and final installation of our solar panels. The few times we've had some trouble, AES is right on it and gets the issue fixed promptly. We have a big house (over 5,000 square feet) so our roof mount does not supply ALL the power we need for this home, BUT, we've had most of our monthly bills under $100, all under $200, and a few in the $60-70 range per month since installing our system. Having the panels has made us more conscious to our energy use. We are happy to not be paying $400+ per month in electricity bills. We are extremely happy that AES was the company we chose to go with, especially after hearing tales from others who went with other companies and had issues. AES is always helpful, always responsive, and always THERE...they are not a fly-by-night solar company popping up to get in on the Federal/State incentive business. They're a business that has been here BEFORE that and will be here long after. CHOOSE AES...they are the best!

This company did wonders helping our small school go solar! Local company that doesn't use cheap unskilled labor. The installation was done earlier than earlier scheduled. The complete installation was less than 3 days and the Ameren inspector complimented them on their work. My only complaint is they left a pile of dirt from the installation of the array and the conduit trench was refilled, but not tamped down so after the first rain I have long rut. I will use the dirt pile to level out low areas around my property and fill in the ruts.

AES was very kind to assist us during the pandemic and they all wore masks. The installation was much quicker than I had expected, and they worked well with us to get all the solar loan details squared away. Plus, they made a small clerical error and actually paid us for a month's work of solar, which was very professional of them and not necessary. I was impressed.

From the sales call where the associate was able to quickly and concisely answer all my questions, to the installation of my panels, I was extremely pleased with every step of the way. After my third visit to AES, asking different questions each time, I was convinced of their knowledge and integrity. The prices of the other installers were all very close to the same but AES would explain things to me that I hadn't even considered. They didn't seem to be in a hurry to get my business. No pressure!!

AES took time to geek out on the little things as they installed the system. I feel like I have a comprehensive knowledge of how my system works and am confident in its installation. I appreciated the extra care they took so as not to disturb my landscaping and roofing. The entire system sailed through the power provider's inspection without a single issue and contributed in the system being approved in only a week after it was installed.

Besides the high cost of solar, the process was relatively painless. It took awhile for the utilities company to do their parts, causing more time between equipment installation and energy production. This meant it took longer to begin reaping the benefits of what I'd paid for. Also, because of the governor reducing benefits for programs like renewable energy, I may be unable to get the state's incentive rebate I'd initially planned on, thereby reducing my refund.

The issue with this was delay and poor communication by one employee. Unfortunately, he was the one assigned to be the coordinator of my project and to work with me. When I made my concerns known to the head, they were taken care of. It was very important to me to obtain components made in the USA. The utility company made the rebate application process totally frustrating and unnecessarily delayed. I still don`t have the checks for my rebate and the utility`s purchase of my SREC credits.

Mr. Beck supported another individual in the installation. He is very experienced and carried a very professional aire about what he has done for us. I must say that without his help we could not have gotten the system online with the ease that did happen.

We`ve done 9 solar schools projects with 7 more scheduled for this year. This contractor can get the job done. May need to press them on schedule. We are a state agency so many of your questions are not relevant.

Aur Beck is great to work with, my knowledge of solar is limited, his is infinate. Aur`s service after the sale is impeccable. Most all of my research on Solar was on the internet. Without a grant from my state, the cost to install the system would have been out of my reach.
