Very professional presentation and they answered all my questions. Taylor knew the products she was recommending and was very helpful with the process. The warranties were great included the roof for 25 years on water penetration.

One thing after another

Not even sure where to start. The sales process was great. Then install kept being delayed for months. We were patient as they were very communicative through the process. As it got closer, the actual install day was changed 4 times the week before, which was frustrating. The install initially seemed to go well, until the team left and we realized they had broken our garage door. It took a a week and a half to get them back, by which time we found out our system was installed incorrectly from the utility company. Three more times and 8 weeks later they finally got it right (or so we thought), only to have the system turned on and the battery backup system to not be functioning at all. So now we're waiting for them to come put yet again (3 emails and no response to the first two) and will be waiting another two weeks to have it fixed. Extremely unhappy with this company that initially seemed to have it all together.

Excellent Care!!

I am very happy with the experience I had with Zenernet. Panels are on the roof and it looks nice. I have not yet had the monitoring app installed so I am unaware of the savings on my electricity bill but I am hopeful.

Good service, good product

Interaction during the proposal phase was informative and helpful. There was a bit of a lull during the design phase and, not surprisingly, during permitting. However, installation was efficient.

Cost was competitive and remained the same until completion

Their pricing was good and out beat the others. Installers were quick and efficient. The company project manager Bill was responsive and kept me informed of the progress.

Apricot was going to charge me 45000 And I put in a electrical Box Andy agent was complaining about luan making a $1000 Ryan got the job done in less than an hour for 34000 and some change And electrical Box included for less money A lesser interest rate Ryan was wonderful God-sent Canadian God blesses mother for having him

No stars...they wanted info they weren't entitled to

The two men I worked with at Zenernet were very nice and helpful. But when Sunnova got into the picture, things changed. They started asking me for information they had no right to (like my will) and then said they couldn't do business with me because I refused to provide them with the information they wanted. They couldn't give me a legal reason for wanting it, just "because I said so". Since I was planning on leasing the equipment, not buying it, they would not have any legal interest in my property. My attorney provided them with the limited information I was ok with, but they still wanted more. I still have not heard any reason from them why they'd want the info they requested, but I certainly wouldn't provide them (or any other company) with what they wanted. I never was able to speak with the same person twice. People would call at all hours and leave messages for me to call them, but I could never reach the person who actually made the call. And every one of them was rude. I give them no stars, but I guess I have to give them one in order for the review to register. My advice, find another solar company.

It is not often you find an incredible company in a construction project- Zenernet is it!!! We worked them over two years to take our project off the grid. We installed +57 solar panels. They designed the system, showed us multiple options for financing and partnered on the installation with their contracting division. They looked after permitting, and all city inspections. We then asked what is the best option to power up when the city goes dark. They again partnered with us to install a 27 KWh GENERAC generator. That process also went smoothly from start to finish. We could not recommend a better partner then Zenernet. Thank you!!

I’ve been looking into Solar for a couple of years and spoke to reps from several companies. Robert Gorman / far and away did the best job and allowed my to make my decision with confidence knowing I was picking the best panels and a fair price and the right company to oversee my project!

Good sales proposal, poor execution

The sales proposal was very collaborative, informative, and transparent. Zenernet works with Sunlight Financial who got me a 20 year fixed rate that sealed the deal because the total monthly cost of a fully owned system to produce 100% of my usage was 65% of my monthly electricity bill. Another major factor was that of five companies I contacted for a proposal only two responded in a ten day search.

Great price, great warranty, no pressure

Our salesman Mike Mandler was extremely knowledgeable about the systems, but was also forthcoming about what he didn’t know and was able to follow up quickly with answers. He spent a lot of time going through some options, and there was little to no pressure involved. Thank you

Responsive and Informative

Currently in the process of permitting and installation so I can’t attest to the quality of the installers, but so far very pleased with the service I have received so far during the initial stages. Robert G was the most knowledgeable of the advisors I’ve spoken to (had about 6 bids) and walked through the proposal very clearly. So far the contact with the other project managers has been timely and I’m expecting this to go smoothly.

I finally found a perfect match!

I have listened to several proposals the last few years. I never got the "feels" to go to the next step in a relationship until I met Zenernet. Z completes me! All kidding aside, I feel I am getting a great product at a great price. Thorough explanations, reliable support for all my newbie questions, professional but kind and patient too. Thanks to Kate and Robert, I am really looking forward to the installation and savings!

Great Salesman Terrible Customer Service

Everyone in my family was getting solar for their homes at the same time. My wife and I got several quotes for a solar system, Zenernet was not the cheapest, but their salesman Mike was fantastic. He was trustworthy and because of that we decided to go with them. Mike explained all the systems that we would be getting, and then when we went to go sign the contract they substituted the inverter with one that we did not discuss. My brothers went with another company and we signed our contracts on the same week. My brothers got their solar systems designed and installed before December 31 so that they could get the extra tax credit. Once we signed the papers we knew that it would be a push to close out by the end of the year, but we were assigned a project manager who did not do his job. They told us about the buildersnet site and how we would be able to monitor the construction, that was an awesome site, but the guys at Zenernet refused to update it with anything. We had to ask repeatedly for information about our project and we would hear nothing. Four months later our system was finally installed and it only took the guys from Zenernet 5 days to contact the city so we could start using the system. Once everything was working we were pleased, but that was short lived. After 2 months we noticed a drop in our daily production We were approaching the long summer months and for some reason we were not producing as much energy as we were in the early spring. Currently (September) we are producing approximately 20 KWH less than we were in March and have so all summer. Heather from Zenernet told us to wait for 6 months results to verify that there is a problem. In August because of COVID and kids at home attending school virtually we needed to upgrade our WIFI and because of this we lost connection of our monitoring system. It took 6 weeks for Zenernet to get us back on line. Now they are saying that because they don't have a clear reading of our solar production that they want to wait 2 more months. They are literally the worst company and I regret that we used them. I was duped, and paid more for this,

Bad Experience with Zenernet

The process started well enough. Heather was quite perceptive and helpful; she explained the options and the preliminary steps of the process. However, once the ball moved to David, everything went downhill. First, my solar panels did not pass city inspection on January 6, which delayed the process by 23 days. It passed the next inspection on January 29; however, there was no word on connecting to the grid. In the meantime, I have been paying the PG&E bill without reduction. After emailing David multiple times and not getting a straight answer, I called PG&E and was able to speak with someone in their solar division who looked up my account and said that they had received my signed agreement document on February 20th, almost a month after the house panels passed inspection! It took Zenernet almost a month to send PG&E my signed document. Given my terrible experience, I cannot recommend Zenernet to anyone.

Great Experience and Great Price!

The experience I had working with the team at Zenernet was fantastic! We spent time designing the system together and they went above and beyond to make sure I was educated about the decision I was making. They actually ENCOURAGED me to do my homework and look in to other companies to find the best fit for me. The price was great and their service was second to none. It ended up being an easy decision going with them.

Best solar investment with the best solar company

I was blown away by the professionalism with the incredible team at Zenernet. They offer a highly informative educational, no pressure consultation. From there I was assigned a direct contact who managed the process cradle to grave. They're accountable every step of the way which include layers of guarantees & warranties. I found this to be very trustworthy which seems rare in solar sales. I researched several options and they were less expensive by $3,000 AND installed better quality, more efficient solar panels, mounting hardware, etc. These guys are experienced, proven pros and see their customers as partners for the long term.

Expert knowledge, competitive price

My rep Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about solar in KC. We designed my system together which was something I wasn't able to do with the other companies I spoke to. Their price is competitive, especially given the additional service they provide. The phone call was a little long for me, but very educational. I would recommend taking a look at Zenernet.

My wife and I have been shopping for solar for over three years and finally decided to pull the trigger this year and went with Zenernet. The reason we decided to go with them over anyone else was how they took their time to truly ensure that we knew everything about how our system is going to work, they had the best warranties, and had the best price we could find. Another thing we loved was the installation team that came to do our install, they are local installers that did an amazing job! Our system is the best looking system on the block!
