Great going solar with Zenernet!

It was a great decision to go solar with Zenernet. Especially with the help of Alfred who assist our family throughout the process. I would gladly recommend Zenernet to my friends and family!

Very Informative

We do have a leased solar panel system on our roof. We are currently looking at other options. Ravi explained the pros and cons of a leased system, and provide us a financial analysis of terminating our lease and owning our solar. It was a very educational process, not a pushy sales person at all. I would highly recommend Ravi and Zenernet Solar.

Great Experience

Excellent experience with Zenernet so far. Have been very impressed with sales consultant Ravi. I did not know much about solar when starting this process, but Ravi has really done an excellent job in explaining the process and finding a solar system that fits my family's needs. He was very cordial and patient with me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and genuinely seems to care. Pleasure to work with.

I wish I knew about Zenernet sooner.

We always wanted to get a solar, but after trying several companies over the years we never felt comfortable to pull the trigger. Then we found out about Zenernet, red some great reviews, made some phone calls and decided to give a try. The offer we got from them was very good. But we decided to get a competition from 3 best rated companies in our area. Zenernet came out as a winner. Best in everything - pricing, equipment used, warranties. Installation is top notch. Some panels went on the part of the roof with vaulted ceilings. They took all the precautions not to cause any issues. I had a minor issue with one panel, all I had to do is to mention, and Zenernet replaced it right away. It's been a few months now, our system is producing energy. I can tell for sure now, it's working the way it's designed to work. We can monitor it from our phones, how each panel is doing, what's the daily production, we get monthly reports as well. So far it looks like we will be producing more energy than we consume. We are happy with our solar system, Big thank you Zenernet!

Awesome, reliable and honest!

This company is the real deal! When I was looking for a solar company, I went with Zenernet due to the superior quality of materials and best pricing all-around. I want to give kudos to all the folks that helped me along the way from my salesman, John Eddleman, to my project manager, Sarah Hansen, to the owner JP Gerken; it has been a pleasure to work with such amazing folks. It has been evident from my experience that their staff is experienced, and they exude professionalism with everything they do. My transaction had hiccups along the way, but the friendly support staff was understanding and helped me when I needed them most. I really enjoyed working with such professionals and will highly recommend to all my friends. Representative very knowledgeable and thorough. Definitely on the top of my list. Will be purchasing system no financing. I do have more bids coming in and if we can come to a mutual acceptable price we will sign a contract within the next two weeks

Solar with Alex

Alex Curreri was awesome! In the past, I’ve been told we couldn’t get solar because we have IID in the Coachella Valley. No one could ever explain why, until I spoke with Alex. She is so knowledgeable and she does not stumble for answers, she knows everything about the product she sells. What a breath of fresh air it is to speak with someone so knowledgeable. Very friendly and unbelievably professional. As we move forward, I look forward to finalizing my project with her. I know just by dealing with her on our FaceTime, everything will be taken care of. Proposal on lg solar panels.

I spoke with Daniel Hanson,great guy very professional ,knowledge about solar panels,very helpful and understanding.he did a great job in helping me decide on what solar panels I should get and how many I should get for my home, he also gave me a great price on lg 380 solar panels.he is a great asset to the company.I would recommend him in a heart beat.I give him 5 stars.

Personable and Professional

In doing research and reading reviews, I had already determined that Zenernet was the company to choose for "going green." They were informative and knowledgable without being condescending, and their warranty and monitoring service are definite selling points. Extra kudos to Brian Buffington, who was patient and understanding with our health delays, equipment challenges, and financial situation. You'd have to look long and hard to find a better experience with the setup and decision process.

Excellent and Transparent Experience

We went with Zenernet because the entire experience has been smooth and transparent. Rob H. Was very detailed and patient with all the questions we had. As an architect, I loved the design process we took to make sure the panels looked nice instead of just placing them willy-nilly. Loved working with them. Now we’re just waiting for the permits and the installation. I hope the next few steps will be just as easy and worry-free.

Solar Installation Presentation

Scott Michel was very flexible to accommodate my schedule for his video presentation. He was friendly and professional in his video presentation. The presentation was very nicely done and he patiently answered all my questions. He promptly followed the presentation with his proposals for solar installation. The proposals were comprehensive and included my preferred options. The equipment that Zenernet proposed was top-rated. All in all, the only reason that I did not opt for Zenernet was the high price that was outside my budget.

I consulted with a few companies. This was the most responsive, professional and NOT pushy. After I contracted with them, every step of the way, I was fully informed. If I ever had a question, help was easily accessible, and someone answered my calls/texts/ right away, or got back to me literally within minutes to hours. never more than that. excellent customer service combined with quality was my experience with zenernet.
