Easy, innovative process with good communication throughout

Zenernet's sales consultation approach was easy and seamless. The online session with the sales rep was quick and informative. Being able to see the array layout in real time with estimate cost and lifetime savings made the buying decision easy. The Customer Service team that managed the installation was communicative and kept me up to date throughout the process. The only minor critique is something outside of Zenernet's control, which is how slow ComEd is to respond to switching to net metering. Overall, a great experience.

Has taken awhile to get everything approved by electric service provider, HOA and city permits, but finally my system is up and working fabulously. Solar paid for this last month’s bill plus credit of $232. WoooHooo! Zenerenet was easy to work with, described everything step-by-step, and was responsive and friendly when I had questions. Loving my system so far.

Very professional presentation and they answered all my questions. Taylor knew the products she was recommending and was very helpful with the process. The warranties were great included the roof for 25 years on water penetration.

I am very happy with the experience I had with Zenernet. Panels are on the roof and it looks nice. I have not yet had the monitoring app installed so I am unaware of the savings on my electricity bill but I am hopeful.

It is not often you find an incredible company in a construction project- Zenernet is it!!! We worked them over two years to take our project off the grid. We installed +57 solar panels. They designed the system, showed us multiple options for financing and partnered on the installation with their contracting division. They looked after permitting, and all city inspections. We then asked what is the best option to power up when the city goes dark. They again partnered with us to install a 27 KWh GENERAC generator. That process also went smoothly from start to finish. We could not recommend a better partner then Zenernet. Thank you!!

Responsive and Informative

Currently in the process of permitting and installation so I can’t attest to the quality of the installers, but so far very pleased with the service I have received so far during the initial stages. Robert G was the most knowledgeable of the advisors I’ve spoken to (had about 6 bids) and walked through the proposal very clearly. So far the contact with the other project managers has been timely and I’m expecting this to go smoothly.

I have listened to several proposals the last few years. I never got the "feels" to go to the next step in a relationship until I met Zenernet. Z completes me! All kidding aside, I feel I am getting a great product at a great price. Thorough explanations, reliable support for all my newbie questions, professional but kind and patient too. I was blown away by the professionalism with the incredible team at Zenernet. They offer a highly informative educational, no pressure consultation. From there I was assigned a direct contact who managed the process cradle to grave. They're accountable every step of the way which include layers of guarantees & warranties. I found this to be very trustworthy which seems rare in solar sales. I researched several options and they were less expensive by $3,000 AND installed better quality, more efficient solar panels, mounting hardware, etc. These guys are experienced, proven pros and see their customers as partners for the long term.

My rep Greg was incredibly knowledgeable about solar in KC. We designed my system together which was something I wasn't able to do with the other companies I spoke to. Solar Purchase Process

I am a retired US Army Veteran and a hard guy to put my faith in a company to make a purchase of this nature. However, I found the entire process of getting all the necessary information to make a decision on getting solar to be outstanding. The Zenernet professional that assisted me, Jarrett, thoroughly gave me complete data upon which to make a rational decision on my later purchase. The process took me through a well designed system that was built for me. Zenernet was my choice to get solar of several other companies. If you are thinking of going solar, insure you contact them and then formulate your decision. I believe you will be happy you do. So happy with my decision.
