Finished ahead of schedule, some mechanical issues (not their fault)that were taken care of in a timely manner. Would like to see the industry continue to pursue incentives so more consumers can afford PV. Wonder how the industry can educate the population to better understand the benefits, payback, environmental benifits, etc of solar and wind power.

Paul, the company rep. was personalable and knowledgeable with a willingness to explain something even if we had already been told. The crew members that installed the panels were hard-working courteous, and respectful- had a lot of expertise- acted professionally- and paid attention to customer satisfaction. We would and we have recommended them to others.

WW&S staff were professional and easy to work with. Seems like a good place to work. And we enjoyed having them around because of their pleasant attitudes. We have received the incentive from SnoPUD.

Very enjoyable experience...the crew was hardworking, considerate of plantings, and fun to be around. It was just finished today so inspection has not yet happened. I am sure that if things need to be corrected they will be.

During the final inspections from L&I and Kevin Case from Puget Sound energy both asked me who did the install. I told them Whidbey Sun and Wind and both said "They do good work" and signed off without any problems. I would recommend Whidbey Sun and Wind.

The Whidbey Sun & Wind crew that performed the estimate and installation are Great! They were a pleasure to work with, and the work was completed in a timely fashion. The only glitch was in the ordering of the remote monitoring console, but that was resolved with a follow-up visit in January (the company providing the console was closed during the holidays). The installation went smoothly and everything was neat and tidy when they were finished. I am so far very happy with my grid-tied solar installation! As for references, I did not need to ask for any because when I would mention to someone that I was getting solar installed, they would ask "who is doing the installation ? " and when I told them Whidbey Sun & Wind, the response was something like: "They`re great my (mother, brother, neighbor) had them do an installaion and they love it!" No Purchase rebate, however, there are Federal tax rebates available for the tax year installed, and the state pays an energy credit for green energy produced. These definately were a factor in the timing of the installation, but I believe that we would eventually have installed solar or wind generated power at some point.

It was a pleasure working with Whidbey Sun and Wind. Everything went as planned and their were not corrections needed during the installation. The one change I requested for the eGuage monitoring system was pleasantly coordinated and installed. I`m looking forward to getting solar hot water next year.

Their workmanship was standard state-of-the-art. What more could we expect/ Their attitude was exceptional in today`s market. They earned our trust. Other bids were not obtained. We trusted the experience of a friend who did such a cost and ability survey and used their services for installation of a similar PV system. Their being local was a plus. Utility inspection and hookup has not yet occurred. It is expected tomorrow.
