SunPower by Venture Solar has great representation in Rubail Nasir who is an excellence Solar Consultant. He is very professional and very organized. His presentation was pristine and he had documentation to back up his arguments. He exercised a lot of patience in explaining how solar works and the benefit it provides as well as answering my questions. There were minor setbacks during the installation process, but I understand, things happen. Overall I am satisfied with the service I received and will recommend them to others.

The one year later Review

Having crossed the one year mark in my dealing with Venture Solar, my opinion is the same as when I decided to partner with them, summed up in 3 buckets. 1) Professional Staff (pre and post install) 2) Met all deliverables (sent me the abatement and tax stuff before I could call as well in December ) 3) Clean and curb friendly install I never felt I was chasing for an answer or a document. The install was done Clean, looks great and the system has been proving to work as expected as proposed to me. I am picky in my decision were my money goes, Venture was the right call IMO.

After 1 year

I am extremely happy with the entire experience with Venture Solar. They were very clear from the beginning. After 1 year, my bill is substantial less and my rebates are in place. I highly recommend Venture if you are thinking of going solar

Great customer service

No electric bill for a year now, only paying minimum monthly charge. Had the skirt around the panels coming off from high winds, called SunPower and they fixed it withing one week. Very happy with the installation and all the money I'm saving PLUS helping the environment!!!

My Solar Panels

I had solar panels installed by Venture Solar. What a wonderful job they did. They were quick and did not leave any mess whatsoever. The panels look beautiful and have a modern look to them, (which I love) and look real nice on my roof. Venture Solar is a company that I would recommend to anyone who is looking to have solar panels put onto their roofs and that wants a job done well. I now feel like I am doing my part in helping our planet......thanks to Venture Solar.

Excellent Product and Company

I chose SunPower by Venture Solar because I think they have a better product and the highest customer ratings. The SunPower panels have an integrated inverter, which avoids another ugly box being mounted on my house. And since the inverter is one of the most vulnerable links in the solar electric lifeline, if the inverter goes, there is no electric production until it is replaced. With SunPower, if the inverter malfunctions, only that one panel is compromised. And the inverter is replaceable, not requiring the entire panel to be replaced. Venture Solar (the installer) has been responsive, keeping me informed each step of the rather long process of permits, approvals, and getting a new roof. Although my roof was fine, it was 25 years old, and I didn't want to put solar on shingles that were past middle-aged. Venture helped me get set up with a roofer who also did a great job; using their roofer factored into the rebate, and gave me extra consumer power. The 18 solar panels I had installed look ok (I don't ever think they look great!) in that they are arranged as inconspicuous as possible. They are a black color, which looks better than the blue-hue in other brand solar panels. The installers were professional, and arrived when they said they would. All inspections went well, so their work was up to standard.

SunPower installation and service is excellent, professional. From the visit to the final is continious follow up and communication. I could not asked for a better service. My monthly electric bills reduce to more tban half of what i was paying Con Edison i wish i have this service years ago. I was having two separate issues with my sun power system. There were lights blinking on my solar panel box and I was very confused about the tax abatements. When I explained my confusion with my tax abatement Nicole did all the leg work and walked me through what to do concerning my mortgage escrow accounts. I called up my mortgage company and hung up more confused. I called her again and she answered the phone with my first name. (Amazing passion for service!! )She emailed me my quarterly tax statements from the past two years and was able to explain them better than my tax accountant (amazing again!!). Then she offered to stay on the phone with me while I spoke to my mortgage company and walk me through the process as if she was my legal counsel! Amazing again going above and beyond my expectations!!!! I called her back to thank her and before I can say anything she again addressed my by my first name and was eager to help like my mother would... Thankfully I was able to speak to the mortgage company and got it my situation all cleared up. She then asked if there was anything else that she could help with I said yes not expecting her to actually do anything... I explained that there were ref lights on my solar panel box on the outside of my house and I tried calling the corporate office but was told it could be up to two weeks before any one can call me for an appointment. I was very concerned that the panels were not operational. She was able to tell me exactly what was wrong and not to be alarmed that the panels were properly functioning and asked if I changed my internet service. I did!! Wow now she told me something that my internet provider did not...(now she can be my cable technician!!) she said that she would schedule a technician to come out and take a look. She explained to me that it may be a few days before I she was able to get someone here to fix the problem but I did not have to be home for the work to be done! I was very happy with the entire experience!! The kicker was that she called me back after business hours and said that she was able to have someone come out the next day!!!! Unbelievable!!!! Nicole you went above and beyond. I so appreciate you passion for service, empathy and knowledge. I am in the customer service business for over 30 years and I have never had an experience as amazing as this!!! Solar Power is blessed to have you as an employee! Nicole for President!!!
