Venture Home

Fast, Friendly, Professional

From the first contact, this company impressed me. Same through the remaining process. They called to remind of milestones and appointments and sent really great workers to my home. Everybody was friendly and got the job done in the time stated. I'm actually surprised at how fast we went from thinking about solar to having it on my roof, approved and generating electricity.

The crew was professional and very good.

We had solar panels installed on. our home recently by Venture Solar. We were very happy with their work. They completed the job in a timely manner. We would highly recommend them.

Acquisition of Solar working with Venture Solar

Overall, great implementation with the Venture Solar team. My grading standards are tough, but hopefully fair, and I felt like Venture was a great partner. - The install, development, technical, and followup teams were excellent on all fronts. - The sales team delivered a great pitch but after the signature they clearly had moved on and less responsive. - The PM team seemed out of touch and uninformed, being unresponsive impacted our timeline multiple times. I would recommend VS for others to use, top notch outcomes and I overall they were a strong partner. (As background, I had a 50 Module system with a 20 backup.)

Great installation and customer service

Very attentive service and nice installation team, just took longer to get up and running than I anticipated. But appreciated the contact with Venture staff throughout, they managed everything well.

New Install

I highly recommend venture solar. Before I went with venture, I got two other quotes from other companies. It was a horrible experience , one company (premier improvements) who works with sunpower string me along for almost 5 months and still couldn’t even get a design made up for my roof. I called venture solar and spoke with a guy name Skyler who said I can have this done in less than two months. Excluding the net me there because that has nothing to do with them and in five weeks they had to design and the solar panels on my roof. The installers did a great job very professional the phone calls throughout the process to keep you up-to-date if you’re gonna go with solar panels, start with venture.

The crew was super friendly, fast, and communicated clearly. The ONLY reason for four stars versus 5 is that they left wire remnants in the driveway and around the house. Not a big deal, but it would have been nice not to have to pick it up myself.

Venture solar did a great job

Very much satisfied

Chris was really helpful and patient with all our questions. He helped us in setting up the application and guided through step by step. He also have good knowledge on his work. He calls back incase if he haven’t answered the call. He also provides the accurate information if our solar status. Very much happy with his service

Solar Panels

Excellent customer service

We had a very fast and quick process with Venture Solar. Initally getting information from customer service was really difficult. Then we had Kristopher Austin from Customer service who was always available to provide us info we needed on call or messages. Really helped us keeping us updated.

Venture Solar Personal Experience

Venture Solar lived up to their promise. The entire process happened as promised and was very profesional. From the time of signing the contract until the time I was producing power happened quicker than expected. Great communication and professionalism throughout the process. I had done quite a lot of research with other companies and believe I made the right decision.

No BS, smooth installation, clean

Interviewed several competitors, heard lots of promises. Brent was straight and acted without the BS promises. Great system design and installation. Once turned on produced immediately, cleanly and delivering.

A great company to work with. They were very attentive to our questions and needs. Everyone there is so nice. I highly recommend this company.

Wonderful Equipement! Excellent Customer Service

We received the panels in the earlier days of the program and now having them for about four years, we have experienced great service and whenever we have to reach out, which isn't very often, the customer service has been excellent! Very responsive with a willingness to make the situation right in the quickest and most efficient way possible. We continue to be very pleased with our decision to work with Venture Solar

Outstanding so far into my project

The team so far has met well exceeded my expectations. My neighbors have even commented on the professional manners of the team, quality of workmanship and methodical installation of the system from start to finish. I have personally done a lot of research and found that Venture Solar is head and shoulders above their competitors. I strongly feel that this will continue through out the life of my system. Thank you to the entire team from the salesman, office and support staff plus the installation team. Jay Bean

Awesome Company and Awesome Results

After getting hit with high electric bills this past winter my family decided that we were going to go solar. We used the state tool to solict bids from various contractors. We got 12 in total. After reviewing them we went down to 3. Venture presented the best value for us. They also had a fairly comprehensive package explaining everything to us. There were several financial options presented to us, the lease option was unique to Venture from the bids we explored. After executing the contract, things moved very quickly, the install was really quick and the guys were super professional. We installed QPEAK Panels - System Size 9.200. They look great and blend in nicely to the roof. The follow up through the whole process by the Venture project managers was prompt and frequent. The whole process was painless and the thing that took the longest was the meter swap out. We are very satisficed with our choice of going with Venture.

Great service for installation.

It was really quick on their end and they kept in constant communication.

Solar Install with Venture

Installation and system turn up went very smooth. Installation was professional, and installers did a nice job hiding all conduit and aligning all panels. Venture scheduled and kept me up to date on all home inspections, net meter install, and system turn up. Enphase app is awesome for tracking system performance.

Kristopher is very efficient and tried very hard to accommodate my needs ASAP. He was also very well mannered and cared about my concerns. I wish Venture had more people like him. He was very patient and respectful. I had no issues with him.

I recommend using venture solar if anyone is interested in getting solar panels! They were great and the installation process was easy and quick. Everyone knows what they were doing and welcomed any questions I had about the process. The electricity bill has gotten less too ever since the solar panels have been added!

Overall Excellent Experience

After comparing various companies for solar panels, we chose Venture Solar to provide our installation. They also came very highly recommended from several of our neighbors. Throughout the process we received excellent service from polite and helpful employees. It's been a pleasure working with Venture Solar.
