Very Positive Experience

Every step so far with Venture Solar has gone as informed without any issues. It has been a very pleasant experience. The installation crew came and installed our panels and they were extremely professional and very nice. The installation took less time than expected and went very smooth. We were expecting the switch to solar to be difficult and time consuming. However, the switch has so far been seamless and much quicker than expected. We now have to wait for a final inspection and certification and we will be up and running. We are very happy with our decision to go solar with Venture Solar. We met with many solar companies and Venture Solar was the company that won us over and they have not disappointed.

Great Service from Start to Finish

Solar companies can be hard to choose. But when Venture reached out to us everything got a lot easier. From day one they were very informative and not pushy like other companies. They made the entire decision process simple. Everyone who came to my door from the Salesman, to the gentleman who did the site survey to the install team were all courteous and kind and fun to work with. Ultimately we got a great price and great customer service with the follow up team as well. The solar on our roof looks amazing. I would highly recommend them for your solar needs. Definitely don't have any regrets and feel like I made a solid choice with Venture.

The process from start to finish is spot on. From sales to installation, to follow up was all done in a timely manner. I would recommend Venture to anyone who want to convert over to Solar.

Professional and thorough

It is hard to choose a solar company because you get inundated with offers and calls and texts. I chose Venture Solar because their salespeople seemed the most knowledgeable, and followed through without being pushy. The installation was very smooth, cleanly done, and hey had all the materials on site before they started. My system is providing what they said it would.

I was very happy with the crew and the whole installation of my solar panels. I would recommend Venture to anyone who is thinking of going solar.

I shopped around before I picked Venture to do my solar system. I am glad I went with Solar because first of all the price for the quality of material and installation was by far the best. I also liked how I was in constant contact with bosses from each department, who answered my questions, explain to me their process, and listen to any concerns or ideas I had with installation. Tax season is around the corner and I am getting back more than half of the cost for the job. I would definitely recommend Venture to anyone who’s contemplating on going Solar.

Nicholas & Aaron were here at 8AM and went to work right off a second crew was soon at my home and everone was busy getting the solar installed. Had a good sales and installation process with Venture. Did a lot of research and window shopping but was sold on the process from Brent. He was upfront and candid about how other companies negotiate by signing an agreement up front while my contract with with Venture was more a commitment to sign later if I am happy with the evaluation. He also let me take my time getting all of my questions and worries answered. We conservatively built out the project and after inspection found it to be accurate. The other projects I had quoted from other vendors were optimistic and would never have fit, requiring a change order before even starting. From signature to panels turned on, it took a little under 2 months and this included Permits, Installation, Service upgrade, and Inspection. This was also with Coned who can typically drag their feet on everything. Every point of contact regardless of their position was extremely professional and polite.

It was a great no hassle experience. The crew came out and installed the system with no mess. I received regular updates on my new system.

I recommend Venture Solar. The sales experience was excellent. The product is excellent quality. The installers were very courteous, quick and neat. Everything that was under their control happened in a timely manner, however from the time I signed the contract to the time of final approval and start of solar production was nine months, more than four months longer than anticipated. I feel the company could have done more to push the City inspections and utility company along. My system is now producing power and I am very pleased.

Great service. The measure if a good company is how they handle a problem. Venture Solar did a great job responding to and resolving an issue with on of its partners. Every thing they did was great from the sales team to tech support to installation and system approvals. Can’t recommend them enough.

We had a great experience with Venture Solar! We got off to a bit of a slow start, but when we contacted Venture, they immediately responded, listened to our concerns, went above and beyond to address our concerns, and kept in constant contact with us throughout the entire process. I do not think we have ever dealt with a more professional, thorough, and competent company. Every employee and team from our initial sales call, site assessment, scheduling, and finally installation, were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly, and they made doing business so easy. When we decided to go solar, we contacted several solar companies, and Venture was the only company that came to our home and sent someone out the next day to assess our site - a level of customer service that none of the other companies even came close to. Their level of detail really made us feel like solar was the right fit for us and we were more than confident in our decision. We highly recommend Venture Solar for all of your solar needs- you will not be disappointed!
