I have nothing but good things to say about this company. We scheduled an appointment with Eric (sales rep) and from the moment we met him we felt comfortable and confident in everything that he told us. Our electric bills have been outrageous lately and he showed us how that would change. Every step of the way has been just as he described. We had our installation about 2 weeks ago DJ and his crew were amazing. We are just waiting on sign offs on the permits and look forward to a long relationship with this company A+++

Best Sunrun Experience

Rep Nick from Oakdale was honestly so great! He was very informative, answered all our questions. Kept us up to date on the process. Even went above and beyond to call Vivint when they didn’t show up, got them right on the phone and made it right. I have been afraid of doing solar but Nick and Tony eased all my worries and Sunrun brought in a great crew, they were efficient, informative, clean and extremely friendly. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, I will definitely recommend Nick and Sunrun to everyone I know.

Pleasant experience from the consultation to install. To be honest, it wasn’t hard to convince me to go with the project as I was actively seeking. However, I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of the project installation. Looking forward to the town doing their inspection and getting the system online.

Everyone, from my first call to start getting more solar panels to the installation, was professional, knowledgeable, & kind. We’re still waiting on PG&E to do final hookup & finishing with the city. Almost there. Shout out to Logan Garrett who has been there with me every step of the way!! Awesome Sunrun team!

Smooth Process

My experience has been a breeze so far. Communication was precise, and the installation crew showed up right on time. They did an amazing job with the installation, made everything look good and clean. They helped let me know which apps to download and how to navigate the Tesla app as well. Definitely recommend these guys….very professional work!

Sunrun

I have recently had solar installed at my house through SunRun. I have been working primarily with Derick Deangelo. Derick has been honest, professional, always follows up and does what he says he is going to do. The roofers and installers have also done a great job with their work. They were fast, neat and cleaned up after themselves. I am looking forward to my system being turned on after all the inspections are completed. I would definitely refer family and friends to Derick. Derick is a real asset to the SunRun team!

Installation went very smooth

The entire crew were excellent from initial contact with salesman Ayman who was very attentive and patient with us, professional and knowledgeable to the installation crews that were clean, quick and experienced. I can’t wait to see the performance of the system.

Great timing. Smooth and easy process

From start to finish, a professional yet pleasant experience. They always kept me informed and up to date on all the stages of installing my solar system. The install team was on time, courteous and well organized. I was impressed with the quality of the work and the way they handled themselves. I would absolutely recommend them to family and friends.

Pat McIntosh from the Cameron Park office came by and asked if we were using the SunRun app. We didn’t know about the app and was grateful for the new handy dandy tool! He took the time to walk me through the app and show where the important points can be found and explained other useful information about the services and what we can continue to expect from SunRun. Happy and grateful to know we have a Performance Pro just local to us for any helpful advice and needs!

Easy installation process

We have nothing but praise for Sunrun. They kept us informed about what was going on. The installers were very professional and safety conscious. Can’t wait to see the savings solar power will hopefully give us.
