Seamless experience
Sun run has been professional and the ease of communicating is stellar. From the first meeting to install. They app is great to see each step completed and what comes next. Chat makes communication instant and one spot to speak with everyone on the team. From the app, emails, calls to the texts I was in the loop. Any anxiety about going solar was relieved by using a company in business over 20 yrs, knowledge of codes and permits, their BBB rating and of course the sleek look of the panels. We are in our last step for SCE to place meter and approval to turn on. Can’t wait !

Smooth sailing
Door bell rang and I figured another solicitor. It was but turned out to be a welcome one. My wife and I have been thinking of solar for many years but there was always something in the way, needing a new roof, cost, getting on in years. SunRun came in and made a great case for their offering. Doesn’t cost an arm and a leg (actually, just a finger or two)
Response from Sunrun Inc.
Thanks so much for sharing, Tony! We're so glad to hear that you're loving your system. It's wonderful to see our customers enjoying the benefits of energy independence! If you ever need anything, feel free to reach out. Thanks!

We were well pleased with our experience with Sunrun, staff was very knowledgeable and professional. Explained how they worked with the local electricity companies and how their grants benefits help home owners cut the power cost and have solar reserves in case of outage. Their installing crew were professional and did an amazing job. Look forward to seeing the benefits. Bob and Deb Peters

Great experience
I was very skeptical about solar and went through comparing a few different companies yet even after selecting to go with Sunrun I still questioned it. Here we are installed and several months later up and running and I am pleased with the entire seamless journey. My rep Vinny was upfront and came through with everything he promised. I’m glad I made the decision to convert to solar and continue to refer him to others. Thank you Vinny.
Response from Sunrun Inc.
Denise, we greatly appreciate your positive feedback! It warms our hearts to know that Vinny played a pivotal role in your seamless solar journey. Thank you for contributing to our mission of building a planet run by the sun.
