Solar installations
Crew was friendly and courteous and did their job quickly and efficiently. They also came in a little early, which I didn’t mind. They communicated well and were very clear about what was happening and kept me updated with changes that had to be made due to my solar water heater panels that were already in place when they arrived. While it is terrifying to hear them screwing and cutting the roof. The install looks clean and well done. The long term affects is something that I cannot review as of yet, but, it looks sound, clean and great and that’s really all that you can ask for right now. Thank you to that crew !

Expanded system
Been needing a system expansion for a few years and when California finally allowed it Sunrun had a solution.

Effortless
The whole process of dealing with Sunrun couldn’t have been easier. A couple of Zoom calls with my sales person. A pre-installation site visit. Installation. Two inspections from my local building department (with a Sunrun representative present. Along the way I was in touch with a project manager and now an activation specialist. Every step of the way has been clearly communicated. The two inspections passed without any problems. So now I wait for my local utility to green light activation.

I already have
I already have sunburn but went to Lowes and meet this great guy still helped me even tho I told him that had a guy's already. He was courteous and still cave me time and day they should be more of these guys around thank u

Most reliable and professional

Every thing went very well The workers had a tough day with a 10-12 roof the other guys that installed the electrical panel and wires from one side of the house across the attic were awesome I appreciate the heads up about the roof rafters that were broken from a storm that was supposed to be fix during the storm in February by a top restoration contractor “”[opps] they missed
