Only Company I would Trust!

I had a great experience working with Sunrun and my sales rep. I live in Mission Viejo CA. The entire experience was as good or better than I would have guessed. Now I have over $800 bill credit. No Brainer! Bought my system through Costco which made me feel comfortable and got over $1,000 in perks! The other companies I was considering have already gone under! Sunrun was awesome from top to bottom!

Great Experience

Other companies told me I need no roof work, but I decided to allow Sunrun to check my roof out. They did and said it needed a few thousand worth of repairs before I could proceed. I appreciated the honesty and my rep even gave me a bonus to put towards my roof work. Awesome rep and company has been amazing.

Great Company, Good service and WAY better products

Been with Sunrun over a year now, and everything went smoothly as expected. I was installed in about six weeks after signing up. Went the $0 out of pocket PPA route, and have been shocked at the difference in my utility bills. Excited I didn't have to shell out any capital, they even gave me a $1000 signing bonus through Comcast. Was close to financing through another company and happy I got another opinion. Sales was great, professional, and not high pressure. Installers were excellent and left no mess. Go with these guys, these other reviews must be from competitors.

Sunrun has been amazing from start to finish. The sales rep set the right expectations and the installers did an incredible job. I was even able to get a $1000 gift card from Comcast for signing up with Sunrun. These guys rock!

I am actually writing about Sunrun in Albuquerque NM. It wasn't on the list. I have to say that I have never dealt with a better group of people. These men went out of their way to do everything they could to help us with the solar panels. They were competent, knowledgeable, and thorough. I can't say enough about how good I thought they were.

Good Decision- go solar

Thiago stopped by my house early 2018 offering solar, the bills were pretty high with Eversource so I decided to move forward. It's been a great experience so far. Thiago took care of everything for me, updating me periodically on the process. I've had my system turned on for almost a year and saving a good amount. Even recommended Thiago to a good friend who now has solar as well.

Overall very satisfied....

This is my second system from Vivint. I haven't had a single issue with the first one that is almost 4 years old and I don't anticipate any problems with this one either. Overall my experience with them, both over the phone and electronically AND in person had been a pleasure. Obviously time will tell if this system causes any grief but from my experience they seem like they would take care of it.

We recommend Enos Henry and Vivint to everyone

We have had vivint solar panels for a few years now. We have had no issues with the company or our rep. Enos Henry is very professional and forth coming with all information in the process. He has followed up with us to make sure we are happy. He helped us when we first went solar as well as when we just added more panels recently. Vivint also checks in to make sure we are satisfied. We recommend Enos and vivint to everyone. We have never had an issue with our roof from the panels.

Installation Process Was very Professional

Installers Started earlier than planned were Safety Conscious at every step and did it in two separate days. Very Clean and well laid out. Reported when they were finished. Waiting for Inspections at this time.

Good looking system

I started the process with Vivint over the summer. It took about 3-4 months start to finish. My sales manager Thiago was awesome. He explained how the system worked and stayed in contact throughout the entire process. Vivint even covered tree removal for some trees in my back yard. Highly recommend

Great company

Got solar in 2015. I’m saving about $33 a month and have had no issues. System performs, rep was honest, don’t know what these other people are talking about.

Good experience

It was great working with Thiago and Vivint. The install looks great and the production so far has been good. Total process took around 3-4 months start to finish. I got turned on in July and still had a couple $40-$50 bills from a Eversource. In retrospect I wish I added a couple more panels to completely eliminate the bill might end up adding in the future.

The Right Solar Co.

Vivint's team did a great job especially Thiago Barros, he explained the process thoroughly and answered every question I had (call text email) always got back to me in a timely fashion. From signing to turn on took less than 3 months. Professional install crew was polite and clean. Turned on May 26th no bills through October as of this post . Best price I could find.

Just Turned my system on

Super happy with my system. Signed up through Thiago Barros who has worked with a lot of people in my neighborhood. Sign up to system turn on took 3 Months. Only gripe is that National Grid didn't allow one more panel I wanted to even out the panels over my garage.

Quality Installers and Honest Salesmen

They set the proper expectations. Any excess energy beyond what the solar system produces I will purchase from the utility. I think half the bad reviews are based from people who start to use more energy than they did before the solar. My system takes care of a full 100% of my energy bill. They have been very communicative throughout the entire process and the installation was seamless. There is no better solar company to work with.

After a rocky beginning with the installation, things went good and my bill was only $40 a month. Erica Pxxxxx my sales rep was wonderful she even helped me 3 years later when I had an issue. I highly recommend Erica Powell and am grateful for her. I do recommend going solar and am happy I’ve saved thousands over the years.

I had Sunrun install a system on my house in 2015 and I absolutely LOVE it. The company is very ethical and everything I was told came true and better. In fact, it was such a great company I decided to work for them. I started with them in 2016. I'm a qualified and a very ethical sales rep for Sunrun. (edited for privacy)

Installment of panels

The hottest day of the year when the crew rolled in to put the panels on my roof. Due to the working environment I had a concern for how the job would go. I couldn't be any more pleased with the outcome when the crew had finished. I am a retired Facilities Manager so I know what the job entailed. The panel installers did a fantastic job and the electrical portion was top notch. The work area was cleaned up and the finished product certainly pleased the customer. I can't wait to spin the meter backwards. Thank You for a job well done.

These guys are amazing!

I'm shocked by these negative reviews. They couldn't be more different from my experience with Sunrun. I went solar with Jessy in Chicago back in April & she was completely upfront & gave me all of the information I needed to make an informed decision. I was concerned with the guarantee they offered in their lease but since my system installed two months ago, I have seen my electric bills reduced by over 90%! the mysunrun app also tells me how my system is doing at any time, so I can see what my system is producing. I checked mysunrun app two weeks into my install & noticed that a panel went out & called sunrun, who answered their phones immediately. Within a day, a tech was dispatched & replaced the faulty panel & I was back in business! These guys have held my hand every step of the way & I couldn't recommend them enough!
