Absolutely fantastic experience!

From beginning to end, this was a really positive experience for us. Our salesman, Nate Sullivan, was with us every step of the way as needed, stepped up for us when the electric company gave us complications, and stopped by after installation to thank us and do a final walkthrough. Doesn’t get much better than that!

Experienced and Professional Service!

Slightly more than 3 months into our transition to Solar and it is nearly completed. So far, everything has gone to plan. Tyler Hundley was very professional and his assistant Chrissy DeWitte were always there to answer our questions along the way. Financing has been solid. Existing roof and electrical inspection went great. Our 43 panel installation was completed in less than 7 hours once County permits were approved. Installers were efficient and left everything the way they found it. Original install date was rained out and we were glad they were willing to reschedule for the next Sunday open. County electrical and structural inspectors both came the same day within a half-hour window and found no issues. Utility Company (NOVEC) came in less than a week to switch over our Meter and did so without having to power down the whole house. All we are waiting on now is for VIVINT to notify us that we are cleared to operate. Thanks again to Tyler, Chrissy and the rest of the VIVINT SOLAR team.

Excellent service!

I am so grateful that I had Gabriel Oliveira from the Boston central office to represent me. He was very knowledgeable on the product and services and took care of everything! I didn’t have to do anything and I completely relied on him to make sure everything got done as expected. He was very supportive and explained everything to me every step of the way! Did a great job

Sunrun Denver was great no problems did a great job, Highly recommend. We had contacted a couple of other companies and cancelled the contract with one. Then found Sunrun at Costco. Their price was comparable to the other companies we contacted. I was very impressed with all there upfront information and no pressure. Our system was installed last year in the late fall, the installation was completed quickly and the biggest delay was waiting for the power co to install the meters allow the system to be enabled. F as the system was designed to do. After the winter our electric bills have been basically zero. The design was for 4.5 KW, panels used were Solar-Edge Technologies. Cost was $17,750.00 plus taxes and received a $1000 rebate from Costco and realized a 30% tax credit. Our sales person was Kayla Andis, she was very good

I’ve had the panels for over a year and love it

Thiago knocked on my door last summer and explained to me how solar and Vivint worked. It took a few months to get installed, and now I’ve had the system on for over a year and the savings have been really good. They used black panels and they look perfect on the roof, thanks Thiago

Thiago and Vivint Solar have been great

Thiago has done a ton of installs nearby in Cape Cod which is what originally convinced me to work with him. He had installed a couple of my friends that were really happy. I’ve been working with him for over a year now. The savings have been great and Ive got no complaints. He’s very responsive and was always available to help with any questions I had.

Easy process

We got Vivint solar installed on the back of our roof. The first think we liked and noticed was our black panels and no wires running on the roof unlike some of the neighbors who got blue and silver panels with wires everywhere. Travis our sales rep was very helpful and knowledgeable. I would recommend him and Vivint solar to anyone that is looking for a solar lease and wants to save money off there Comed bill

Grateful for vivint solar

Travis with Vivint solar came to my door and approached me about going solar and saving money off my electric bill . At first I was very skeptical but he explained it so well and we cut my bill down drastically and it didn’t cost me anything.

All I’m gonna say is that Barry from Vivint Solar is the man ... very knowledgeable about on his services/products ... no question or concern went unanswered ... always responded in a timely manner. No hidden fees or gimmicks ... very up front about everything... so happy we decided to choose Vivint ... I Highly recommend this company... we are also very happy with our panels and our $9 dollar Utility bill.

Great company

Really liked my experience with Vivint solar. They were on top of every detail, provided me updates consistently without having to ask. And even installed an extra panel than planned! So far I’ve saved $300 in my first two month of having the solar. Woohoo!!

Simple, fast, great savings

We’re had been thinking about going the direction of solar for years but never could justify the cost until we found these guys. They gave us a simple straightforward idea of what to expect were very clear with expectations and costs, although we had a few waiting periods we were kept informed thought email and our guy reached out through the process to keep us informed. We just had our first summer on their program and the savings have been very impressive.

Fast and organized

Everything felt well organized and straight forward. Nothing to complain about. Panels were installed on the day we agreed on. I have a great sales rep. 5 stars well deserved

I have ZERO regrets and love my system!!

I am not sure how people have had negative experiences, from the same company I saw. I was installed with the Dallas office almost a year ago (writing this is 2019) and absolutely loved my rep and the overall experience. It was seamless and my project coordinator answered any questions that’s I had. I know every scenario is different, but I had a small warranty issue that was resolved in less than a week. One of my panels was a lemon, and did not produce the right amount of energy and Sunrun caught it, and sent someone out to replace it. I have recommended this company to several of my friends and family in the Dallas and Houston areas. You will not regret working with them! Everyone I have talked to has been amazing. Hope this helps!!!

We were thinking of getting solar for a while. It just happened that a rep stopped by our home and we signed up the next day. He was great to work with and the entire company was very supportive along the process.

Better than expected.

My Vivint sales guy was John in Chicago. Low pressure and explained it well. We had three other companies come out and after meeting with John knew more than all three combined. No surprises along the way. We have a large home, 4300 sq ft, and the install took two days. First bill from ComEd showed the production as we were told. Just has been installed for three months now, but very satisfied. Would recommend Vivint.

Good experience

Josh came to our door one day and introduced himself to us we invited him in and he went over what the solar system was all about. From that visit we decided to sign up for installation. He was very thorough and answered all our questions.

They were great. Install looks good and no more electricity bills. As of now I am on track to receive a check from my utility. It's nice to get paid from them vs paying them. Highly recommend!

Awesome Rep

My rep was so friendly. He actually came by my home and introduced me to the idea of solar. I was paying $300+ on my electric bills before he came along and saved me about 40% with a PPA.
