Solar install fast and easy

Sunrun came to my house for a home assessment in January 2020. They presented me many options of panel placement and how much energy i could produce. Once I selected the layout, they handled the permit, installation and working with my utility. It was very easy to complete.

Wes Cagle answered every question very thoroughly. He explained the benefits of solor. Cost savings vs. Going green. Installation was prompt and completed in one day. We are very happy with Vivint so far looking forward to seeing our savings. Go with Vivint for sure!

Very professional from the 1st phone call to installation... Don took the reins and handled the HOA and Energy Company... All I had to do was pick an option and an installation date... I was very impressed as to how the data from my electric bill provided the answers to the exact number of solar panels... I found this very refreshing, honest and trustworthy... A few neighbors are interested in your product and options...

I had some explanation on solar system but didn't understand very well .one day Layla came and she took her time to explain and came a couple of time till my husband was home and she explained and was very professional and so we got tham.So far all good Vivint is a company none well so we choose tham.

Great Service, great install and great price!

Vivint has been great from the beginning, very professional, and very thorough. I have read lots of reviews about many companies and I noticed that it does depend a lot on the salesman, and there are some bad eggs out there. Luckily we got a good one and he was thorough and clear in explaining everything. The install crew was great, wiped their shoes off every time they needed to come inside, and was fast and it looks good! So excited to get our solar energy!

I have had sunrun for a little more than a year now,And they have lived up to all their promises.I am producing slightly more than they predicted and have had no problems with the system.I would say I am saving somewhere between 300 and $400 a year and also like the fact It’s helping the environment.Not too Mention they put a new service panel and new meter can At no cost to me which probably would Have cost me over $1000.

Perseverance pays off!

We had many obstacles to overcome before we could get the solar panels on our place and Mike (our sales guy) stuck with it until everything was ok'd.

One Easy Process from Application to Installation

Super friendly and dependable people. The sales rep knew all the technical side of the business and took care of all required approval process including permits with HOA, city, and utility company. The installation was done in one day. Super friendly and easy to work with peeps! Everything was fully disclosed before signing up. I highly recommend this company for anyone who is considering going solar.

Well planned, fast

Sunrun installed a solar installation on my house roof 14 months ago. Everything from the initial sales discussions through to system start-up went smoothly and efficiently, no surprises. The installation managers where easy to work with and flexible. I had to delay the installation due to roof hail damage. The system has worked with out any issues.

Excellent installation

The installation team showed up when promised and demonstrated technical skill and the desire to effect the install in the best way possible. The install team was very articulate, knowledgeable and solicitous of our need to have the most elegant and efficient installation possible. They all worked very hard, demonstrated expertise and went the extra mile in install the system as they would wish it to be installed on their own home. They cleaned up everything left perfectly. The whole experience exceeded my expectations.

So far, so good. We're hooked up and generating.

In particular, two guys get high marks. One is Jake, the one who, after a dozen sales guys, had the most convincing case for Sun Run. Jake has since moved to New Mexico. (We know what he's doing there, because we've watched the TV series, "Breaking Bad"). Jake was very personal and helpful. The other guy was on the other end of the process. Reed Deusterman, who hooked us up and gave us all sorts of tips to save on electricity. These are special people. Both are articulate and genuine. Earnestly, Doc Clark, Gilbert, Az

I've had Sunrun for two years and I'm still saving money. I'm actually saving more than I did when I started. APS is a joke. Thanks Sunrun for helping.

Installed since May 2016

I was installed with the Denver office, they were very professional and upfront. Eric Lovely my sales representative was communicative throughout the entire process. I am so grateful I went solar it has reduced my electric bill significantly. My usage has increased beyond what the solar produces some months but its still a relief I'm not buying as much energy from Xcel.

Had my Sunrun system in the Denver area for two years now... no issues and super happy with the process. We get clean, renewable energy for our house at a lower cost than the utility (50% coal electricity) - it's that simple. Now that we moved, our renter loves the fixed electric bills and we are getting Sunrun on our second house :) I wish people would leave more positive reviews as I know many people who like their Sunrun solar system. Also wish people would edit their reviews once the issue is resolved. Solar is an easy choice we all need to make for the future of our planet! Do it with Sunrun.
