Solar Panel Install

Working with Corporate folks and local area employees on install of new solar system. Corporate very diligent in getting things organized and scheduled. Local area crews installing new service panel and related items along with the solar panels have been great. looking forward to getting them switched on once new meter is installed.

Good job, guys.

The installers came when they said they would. Everyone was very polite, neat, and cleaned up after themselves. I was very pleased with the installation of the solar panels.

Easy and pleasant process

I highly recommend using Vivint Solar as your go to solar company! John Pesente worked with us from start to finish and beyond. He gave us all the info we needed to feel comfortable with the whole process and has answered any and all questions! He even helped us with the upgrades we needed to qualify! We have had a very pleasant experience and we are very happy with our panels!

Great sales rep and service

Help me get the most out of the installation and helped the install process go smoothly thanks to fedra ferro and her Boston team for making it happen

Great service

I chose them because I've heard good things from other people.

Professional yet personal

They seemed to have the best deal and were not as pushy as the rest to sign before leaving my home without a signature.

Excellent sales and service

Sales rep presentation

Very good. I was called when they arrived at my home.

I chose them because of a colleague who has solar panels from Vivint… she gave me the info and a rep reached out to me. Walked me through the process in great detail, answered all of my questions so I went with this company

The best in the west, my solar got installed super fast

Recommended by Costco and It was all smoothe sailing from there, the agents are super enthused about their job and got everything done speedy

Its been great doing business with Vivint. Since first day I have been talking to Austin Taylor and he is very prompt in responding and very helpful in resolving issues I had seen post installation. Never have any problem so far.

Was looking into solar and rep answered all my questions and doubts

Good guys

Mainly because I Know Elijah Mitchell as an honest man and if he set his Grandmother up with this company PPA program, it’s got to be good!

Very Professional

The installation crew was on time and was very professional. They explained exactly what they were going to do and got the job done with in the given time frame. Great job!

Sunrun is the way to go

Joe Chaban was amazing and so much more than we ever expected. He is very knowledgeable and answered every question we threw at him. He made us understand how everything works and put our mind at ease about switching to SOLAR. He has even been keeping in touch with us in between Jay and Brian coming over and checking the house to get the plan for our panels. Jay and Brian were very thorough and professional and friendly. Sun run is definitely the way to go Not to mention we are going to save so much money over having EVERSOURCE, BY BY electric company, we are going natural SUNSHINE. Thank you Joe we cant wait.

1 year with Sunrun and everything as promised.

We have had a Sunrun system installed for over 1 year now. Saving over $60 per month with a no money down solar lease.

Awesome Experience from Sacramento Team

From start to finish our process has been super smooth. The salesperson did a great job being patient with us and explaining all of our options and helping us choose what was right for our family. The surveyor and install crew were also very professional and left no messes when they were done. Love the sleek new system and battery backup for when PGE elects to turn our power off! Happy with our decision to go solar, save and have backup power

Installation completed on time!

The install team arrived on-time, were clean, well spoken and gave us the run-down of what and how they were going to complete their job. They were literally on the hot tile roof, it was a 106 degree day, for about 6 hours. When they left, they took all debris with them, it was as if no one was ever there except that are 16 panels on the roof!

Fast and efficient

Liana a excelent sales lady, nice and available all the time
