I got solar 3 years ago from Thiago Barros at Sunrun. The solar has been working great the whole time. My electric is a lot cheaper. Since then my next door neighbors have been installed, by Thiago as well. I want to give Thiago a great review, he is always available to answer any questions and any help I need. Great job Thiago!!

I was very skeptical thank goodness I went with Vivint

So I was really nervous about going solar and didn’t believe that this would save me money and was worried how it would affect the roof etc. Ron the solar guy was awesome walked me through every step every question I had and always called me back very knowledgeable About his industry I usually don’t do reviews but I had to do this I’m so happy it’s been almost a year and this is my first summer and my account is in the negative I did lease and I’m glad I did I’m saving more than half of my electric bill that I used to pay.... To anyone that is Thinking about going solar choose Vivente and Ron the solar guy best decision I have made in a long time

The installers were chosen by your company. They were informative and went over the whole procedure. Overall they were efficient, courteous and knowledgeable in their work. They explained the procedures taking place and what I should expect in the upcoming days.

I wanted to recognize Nick Hansen our salesman as he managed everything from start to finish giving us updates and keeping us informed. I also wanted to recognize the hard working installers who came out and did an excellent job. Foreman Brandon Alvarez was so smart and knowledgeable about the equipment and panels. His crew worked like a well oiled machine getting everything installed in a single day. Special recognition goes to Xavier Alvarez as the lead, 2nd lead Alex Sandoval, Brandon Grizzle apprentice, Jose Pastrano extra, and Phillips Marquez also an extra. These guys know how to get it done right!!

Putting solar on the roof was big investment so many to choose from choosing sun run closeing my eyes and say yes learning about how solar works from sun run reps was learning experience saving at the same time I am satisfied

Stan approached, educated, followed up, ended up finding out roof needed work, did that, got clearance and really in nice timing, construction team exceeded my high expectations that I knew we’d need to problem solve at installation day. The Colorado team is Outstanding. Each of their specialized groups communicate so well it's as though they were all in each of the conversations. Their coordination and their completion of including the city for permits and inspections and the set-up with the power company, all seems seamless. Nothing was forgotten. They all treated me like a favored relative. They all worked together like we wish our families would. Very impressive. My point-of-contact from start to finish, and beyond, is Dean Vaganos. I happily recommend him to my neighbors and anyone reading this message.

Professional Service

I am not a high electricity user but was interested in the potential future savings after hearing some of my friends talk about how happy they were with their Sunrun/Vivint systems. My sales rep, Andy Farmer is based in Bonita (San Diego) but was still able to make the installation process seamless for me up in Orange County. He was very communicative throughout the process and I was able to go from initial consultation to install in just over 3 weeks. The install crew was also great- we just had the first heavy rain since install and no leaks or issues. Overall I am very happy with Sunrun.

Thorough and Professional Solar Installation

Vivint Solar was efficient at handling my account and walked me through the process from initial signing contract to updates on county and electric company to solar technology installation. If I would have known solar panel energy is this easy to do, I would have signed up 17 years ago with Vivint Solar/Sunrun. They made this experience hassle-free and with quick turn around helping my house save in energy bills while contributing to the environment of clean energy. A big mahalo to the professional staff at Vivint Solar Maui for making this possible for my household.

PGo&E has risen electric rates 8% as of March 1st.

My solar is a perfect fit for me as I am a senior citizen with no way of paying the cost of putting solar by my self and getting the full benefits before I have passed. Hopefully my true up bill will be very small or $0 as it has been for the last year and a quarter. Thank you
