Very Happy with SunRun Install and Operation

Katherine Ashton came to our house to explain what Sunrun had to offer and what it would cost. We had done a lot of research before hand and had many questions. Kate was very patient and professional and thoroughly answered all our questions. We felt no pressure to accept her offer. Our home install with back-up battery was completed in September, 2021. We have only had to use our battery once in that time. We have been extremely happy with the system overall.

Amazing experience with ron

Ron showed up at my doorstep a few years ago and mentioned a solar program with no upfront costs that sounded too good to be true at first. It actually ended up being better than I expected because I am saving way more and the system when he showed me was producing 130% of what we contracted for. I Definitely feel like ron set the right expectations and always kept it touch, thank you Ron Donnelly for everything!

Good company to work with. My sales rep Daniel was very patient in answering all of my questions and concerns, He worked extremely hard to answer our questions. Much beyond our expectation. The surveyor was professional and courteous. The installation team did the installation professionally and in a timely manner.

Our Sunrun representative was concise and through when he explained the solar system and how it would work. The system was installed within a few weeks of our initial consultation. We have not yet had a full month of solar, so fingers crossed that our energy cost expectations are met. I would recommend Sunrun to others. Please note: I do not know the brand of solar panel, so I just selected the first one.

Great Experience

Over the years, we have had couple of solar companies talk to us about solar but it never kick off. When Mr. Solid approached us about solar, I thought it would be one of those previous experiences. Mr. Solid did his presentation and thoroughly explained the process step by step and the incentives that comes with having a solar panel. From the beginning to the end, Mr. Solid was there to provide guidance in every way, he was a phone call or a text message away, his customer service skills were exceptional. Mr. Solid along with a representative name Linda guided us through out the entire process, we received constant updates as the process progressed. During the presentation, Mr. Solid told us of all the different incentives that comes with getting Solar. We received our check from Maryland State and also we received monthly checks we get from selling the excess solar. Overall, our experience with Sunrun was a great experience and Mr. Solid was exceptional.

Great install

Brittany was great. Met me virtually , we discussed every and she is accessible by text and email. The installer were on time and came at a time that worked for me. They were very nice boys who knew what they were going and have great advise. Brittney Santos 774-766-9057

Brittney Santos is the best representative, she helped us every step of the way , from inspecting the house to the installation of the panels, very easy transition, we have had our solar panels for over a year now and we love them, we save so much money by doing this , great work Brittney!!!

We got new panels they also help us replacing our old electrical panel. Win win cheaper power and they actually upgrade our service. Very happy with sunrun.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE

Ron Donnelly showed up at my house two years ago I think an I was A little unsure about doing business at the door like that but he seemed very respectful and informative so I let him in. I have to say everything he said lined up and we have been saving so much money more than we actually expected. I will definitely refer him to anybody because he said the right expectations with us and stayed in contact the whole way through!

Glad we went solar, savings continue to grow!

We went solar three years ago with Sunrun Solar, and at the time, the savings was decent. But now that Hawaiiʻs rates continue to go up, we are ever so glad we went solar when we did! Sunrun has not disappointed us, and our sales rep checks in with us from time to time!

Shane and Sunrun have been awesome. I have Sunrun on my last two homes. I havent had an APS bill in two years! All my expectations have been met. Shane and his team really took care of us. I highly recommend them!

Thiago has stopped by my house for 3 years and finally convinced me to do Solar last year. I was very hesitant at first, but after seeing how many people he had installed in the area and his persistence, we finally decided to move forward. Sunrun did a fantastic job, and Thiago even helped me get my new roof installed with sunrun, saving me a ton of money. My Eversource bills are now $0 and I’m saving $50 a month at least on power costs. I have since referred a few friends over as well. Keep doing great work Thiago! Thank you Sunrun!

Going solar was one of the best decisions we have made!!

Thiago Barros stopped by my house 4 years ago and set us up for solar, we saw a lot of neighbors getting solar and thought it made sense to save money. Our usage is very high and we have ended up saving over $1,000 annually. I want to thank Thiago for always being available and answering any questions. Recently I had trouble setting up my billing on the sunrun app and Thiago stopped by to help me out. 10/10

Great experience

Ron showed up at my door about a year and a half ago and I was a little hesitant because I know nothing is for free. But I let them in to hear his pitch and it turns out there is a program that you can qualify for to get solar at no cost. Luckily this company was able to do upgrades to my home because I needed a roof in some electrical work done and they were able to do everything to get my Home to code and also save me money on my electricity without any out-of-pocket expense. I would highly recommend Ron and Son run because my overall experience has been exceptional.

Ref: resetting a lose panel bolt After notifying Sunrun that a panel bolt needed reset, I received several phone calls from Sunrun about the issue, I was requested to take pictures not only once but thee times by different representatives from all over the country, someone finally showed up yesterday to tighten the bolt, after weeks of waiting, what a way to run a business

Really good+++++

Some time ago I finished my project, everything works fine. My only disappointment is that I wanted to have more panels installed on my roof, I know I have enough space to do it, but still the company could not offer me more than 19 panels in total, which is equivalent to 73% of my consumption. They were unable to give me 100%, that's my only complaint with the company. In the future I will have to update my project and add more panels to cover all my consumption...

From the introduction with Allison the QUEEN of Solar sales in Staten Island to the engineer checking out my roof, to the delivery of the solar panels to the installation IT WAS TRULY AN EASY & EFFORTLESS an amazing experience !! I'm saving a ton of money & couldn't be happier.

Sunrun crew arrived on time and with little fanfare. Everyone was cheerful and professional at every opportunity. Crew completed all the installation work in less than 7 hours. Outstanding! Even clean-up was so complete, there was no trace left behind. Looking forward to turning the system on once Nat'l Grid and the city catch up with our needs.
