My parent's original solar panel system installed several years ago was sized according to their needs at the time but now needed additional support to meet their current energy demands. We were interested in adding on battery back up for savings and benefits. Adam Lemire was great in helping us understand how the program works, got us a quote fairly quickly, walked us through the entire process from begining to end and answered our numerous questions. If he didn't have an answer, he emailed the appropriate people while sitting in front of us or even during a phone conversation to get an answer. We appreciated all his efforts in this process, how he always addressed our concerns and his responsiveness via text, email or phone call. We were very pleased with our experience with Adam.

Amazing Sales!

We really enjoyed working with Chris Martinez and would love to be able to provide the company feedback about him. Chris has been excellent along the way and clearly he enjoys and is great at what he does. He provided accurate responses in a timely manner whenever we thought of a question. The only reasons we did not proceed is that we a) own solar panels already and are debating installing more self-owned due to increased electricity usage, or b) might potentiallymove in the near future and a combo of panels might deter potential buyers. Over the top experience: highly recommended

What can I say...the estimate we were given was within our price range. The installation process was explained at every step. Sunrun personnel were friendly and informative. We were not in a hurry for project completion, but Sunrun beat all of their estimates on timing. We highly recommend Sunrun.

I recently had solar panels installed at my house, and couldn’t be happier. What really sold me on the switch to solar was Reginald Scribner. Between his knowledge of the product and willingness to answer all of my questions until I completely understood everything made this a very easy decision for me. Once I decided to make the switch he stayed in contact with me through the installation process to make sure everything was taken care of to my satisfaction. He continues to check in with me as I wait for GMP to do their part. From the beginning Reginald has made this a great experience.

Thomas Minkler is a Fantastic Solar Consultant

Thomas Minkler is very knowledgeable and detail oriented. He was always on time, respectful and well dressed. He took the time to make sure every one of our million questions were answered. We ended up needing a tree cut down and he made sure that happened for us. Sunrun even let us keep the wood for our fire place. Thomas showed up to our install and made sure the processes were going smoothly. He kept in contact with me through the whole process and made sure I knew what was going on every step of the way. All in all a 5 star experience and if you are on the Cape I for sure recommend Thomas Minkler to be your Sunrun Solar Consultant.

Neyt Soto is a great Representive of Sunrun

I’m writing this review in regards to the Panel brand called Tina by SolarEdge. I have been working with Neyto Soto. Neyt has been very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the solar panels. I have yet to have them installed but working with Neyt has been smooth and great. I’m hoping the process continues to be smooth once the panels get installed. I would recommend SunRun so far solely based on the ease of the process I have experienced with their great and passionate staff.

I was very negative about solar panels system before I met Chris Martinez in Sun Run. He explained details about solar panel system very carefully and kindly that makes me very positive about it and melted down my sturbbon prejudice about it. Anyway he is very kind and very nicely answer my so many silly questions about solar panel system and how SunRun company manage the system with the client.

Our experience with Sunrun was a 10 out of 10, specifically because we worked with Jen Adelman. She went above and beyond for us, answered the millions of questions we had, dealt directly with the company so we didn’t have to, explained every detail and worked with us and the company during the design phase and left no stone unturned. She was on top of our contracts and extended them for us to lock in at great rates and checked in with us continuously and kept us updated on everything! She has an extremely pleasant demeanor and I can’t explain how easy and transparent she made this solar project for us and recommend working with Jen Adelman 100% There isn’t one complaint or regret we have from choosing Sunrun or Jen, it was truly a pleasure from start to finish.

I am so happy to work with my representative Neily Ramos. She worked around my busy schedule to get my SunRun solar system off the ground. My panels went up in September 2022. I am ecstatic for the huge savings it has made on my electric bill. I have referred a few friends who had concerns. Neily educated me to provide them with honest & precise answers. I have nothing but great to say about this company. They have done everything they said they would. Dan came to my house and told me a story that I thought was too good to be true, and then it turned out to be true. I am very happy with my solar. I have only had to pay Duke Electric the service fees. The company was prompt and my service was running before I knew it. I would recommend this company to everyone.

Overall experience with SunRun was excellent. My sales rep. Julian Somers was very knowledgeable and kept me informed throughout the whole process. From the initial inspection to the installation he was very responsive and helpful with scheduling and let me know just what to expect. The installation team was great, on time quick and efficient again keeping me informed on the process throughout.

While we didn't move forward with SunRun in the end (due to wanting to get a better read on annual energy costs with a recently installed heat pump in place before making any new commitments), we had the great pleasure of working with Chris Martinez in getting to know SunRun and its offerings. Chris was a total delight and walked us through all of our options with knowledge and patience. He listened carefully to our needs and reassured us that moving through the exploratory process was not binding. When we told Chris we wanted to wait on the action of moving forward, he was nothing but professional and accommodating. He's a gem, and we wouldn't have explored this option in the first place if it wasn't for Chris and his great introduction to SunRun via his professionalism! Many thanks go out to him. Alex Reyes Review

Alex was very professional and helped explain the solar process to make it abundantly clear solar was the way to go. Alex also helped build financial case vs electric while sun run pulled permits and did all the leg work. This went a long way and will go a long way for other customers who are looking at solar. I’ve already seen a huge savings after just a month of using sun run.

Having explored solar options with other companies, I found Sunrun and Jen Adelman very easy to work with and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all of my questions confidently. The install went smoothly. I enjoy seeing the credit on my electric bill increase monthly. My only regret is that I waited as long as I did to go solar with SunRun.

We had been holding out on getting solar panels for a while till we were able to take down a lot of our trees on our wooded lot. Bryce Nelson with sun run was the first person we called. Not only did we know Bryce personally from living in our town but he gave us the peace of mind right away that we were making the right choice. He walked us through everything step by step and gave us his personal guarantee of each step from discovery if we qualified for panels to design and then installation. We had dozens of questions that he was able to answer easily and precisely. He even came to our house after the install to double check on the work that had been done. We got the Trina panels and they are sleek. Very impressed of the work so far and we are looking forward to slashing our electric bills. If anyone in the south shore of Boston is looking for a great experience when it comes to sales and install you should call Bryce Nelson. At no point did we ever feel like we were being “sold”. It’s a win win for everyone.

Sun Run sales representative Colin Gibson was great the construction company was one of the worst I have ever worked with very poor communication both phone or email my project is still not up and running yet was just by NV Energy-to not to expect inspection at the earliest October 4th
