9 years of Great Savings!

We were one of the first ones on our street to go solar, we have electric heat so this has been huge savings for our house. The company has been responsive to me when I have had a problem. The system itself has saved us a tremendous amount of money. It was the best thing we ever did! We have been very very fortunate! We have had the system for 9 years and we have probably saved close to $10-12,000! And we didn’t pay anything out of pocket to do that! We had a small leak they fixed it fast with no cost and we have had no issues ever since! That has been the only issue we have had in 9 1/2 years.

My Sunrun

My experience with Sunrun, so far, has been very satisfactory. The work program is being carried out as scheduled. The problems that have arisen have been satisfactorily resolved. The representative, Matt, has behaved professionally.

I am so glad I switched to Sunrun! They were able to not only help me with my electric bills but also my roof and my electrical panel. It has now been a year and I’m so glad a switched. This year will be even better with the spring production. McKenzie answered all of my questions and helped keep me notified through the process. I was very skeptical about solar for years but I am so glad I gave her the time to explain the program because I am in a better position. She still checks in with me and made sure everything was looking okay after my first year.

Excellent Experience

We worked with Felix Rentschler from start to finish on our project. I can't recommend him enough, he was there for us 24/7, answering questions from the design stage all the way to when the system was activated. His presence on the installation day was invaluable, helping to coordinate the installation. We had specific requests about the location location of all equipment, and he helped to make sure the installation crew knew exactly what we wanted and that everyone was aligned. Would highly recommend asking for Felix if you are interested in understanding all the options.

Solar installation

Danny Nino from SunRun was very through with his explanation of how the process works and what was going to be involved with the different stages of the installation. He spent 4 hours explaining it so we were able to comprehend what was going to happen. He answered all my questions and I did not feel rushed.

Tesla Battery Backup

I would like to leave a comment regarding my purchase of a Tesla battery solar back up. I had the pleasure of conversing with the your crew from the sales representative to your installers. All I can say they were first rate. Answered all my questions. Explained areas that I didn’t understand. Kept in touch with me to see if I had any questions/concerns.

We are very happy and satisfied with all the help and information that was provided to us by Enrique with Sunrun. We had so many questions regarding solar panels and had no idea if it would be the best option but thanks to all the information Enrique provided us with we were more than confident that it would be the smartest and best decision to get solar panels. We had previously talked with other solar panel companies but we were misinformed leading us to feel unsure about whether we should get solar panels. Ever since we took the decision to get them with Sunrun we felt like we made the best decision. Enrique provided us with all the correct information and always kept us updated. Till this day after getting solar panels he continues to check in with us and make sure everything is going well. We definitely recommend Sunrun for anyone who is planning on getting solar panels.

Jake was very informative in our meeting today and was a great help. Unfortunately we did not qualify for a lease at this time due to insufficient credit score. However, Jake did made some recommendations for future solutions. When we are ready we will definitely reach out to Sun Run and Jake.

Best Option for solar in Houston

After meeting several we decided Sunrun had the best offering and was the most reputable company. Brandon walked us through the process step by step answering all of our questions along the way. We love our Tesla battery as it’s already saved us from a couple blackouts in the neighborhood since our installation.

Excellent & Professional

We were looking to install solar panels on our roof and Sergio was fantastic at keeping everything moving along with the project manager Janay who coordinated all of the construction activity to be completed in one day. The installation was neat and professional as was everyone on site. We are very happy right now and just waiting for the inspection from the city and permission to operate.

Sunrun Excellent People &Service

My experience with Sunrun Solar has been excellent so far. My sales representative MJ Hoffman was very informative and caring about my concerns and questions I had about choosing solar. MJ asked a lot of questions about my utility service and showed me several ways I could save money. She explained the benefits of choosing solar energy & what it would take for the installation. She explained how it all worked from being approved for solar energy through Sunrun, Solar panel design, permitting, installation, and monthly cost once the system goes live. The work crew that did the installation was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained to me where the new service panel and shut off box would be installed. They showed me how they would run the electric up the side of my house into the attic and into the basement to my service panel. I showed them my attic & basement. They worked professionally and quickly. They did a really nice installation and finished 2 hours earlier than I expected, due to rain in the forecast. I am very happy with the people and the quality of work done. The employees at Sunrun are experienced and friendly.
