Leak issue found and patched up by professionals

I’ve been having this leak problem from sunruns installation team who had come out twice and could not find the issue honestly because they weren’t looking for the issue. But I just had two techs John Bap. and August Baptiste come out and not only have the found where the damage to my home occurred they fixed it and now are sending another crew to repair the damage done inside of my home. THANK YOU John Bap and Augest Baptiste for finally hearing my concerns and solving them!

Solar installations

The team showed up on time and Logan the individual for the electric went over everything with me and also introduce Robert the roof leader and him and I went over where I wanted the panels on the roof.The entire project went very smooth and the entire thing was finished before noon;;good going guy’s

Ian Lyons is the man!

My panels are generating powers now! From June last year to the beginning of Dec, the whole process is seamless. Everyone involved is helpful, trying to get the business done. Ian follows up every step, sends me reminders, answers my questions. I am so far very happy with Sunrun. Now I am hoping the panels can generate enough power as they designed.

Sunrun's business plan made it possible for me to install solar panels without a large outlay of cash or incurring debt. The sales people were informative and not high-pressure. The installers were efficient, prompt, and professional. A minor problem with a roof leak was taken care of speedily. I am very satisfied.

I was referred to McKenzie through a friend but I was very skeptical about going solar, at first. I always like to do some research and compare before making a decision to know my options. Even though there were other options, I’m glad I chose Sunrun. McKenzie was on charged of my account, she made sure all of my questions were answered and she stayed it in touch with me in every single detail. The fact that the process was easy and simple I was very excited to switch to solar, and that pushed me on getting heat pumps as well. Since heat pumps used more electricity going solar help to minimizes my electrical bills . Now I feel like I am doing something good for the environment which is important to me, and Sunrun made it easy to do that!

8 years no NG bill

Mary and I have had the system for 8 years now we have been very happy with our decision to go solar. We had a minor leak where the panels were located. They came out to fix it! We haven't received a national grid bill in 8 years and have a sizable credit. We are saving a ton because I know the power prices have gone up. My neighbors tell me that their bills have been crazy but we wouldn't know because we thankfully don't get a bill from NG. We have loved our experience

Informed & Seeing a difference!

We were very skeptical about solar for years. We had many questions about the true value of solar and what it would do to our property and what it all entailed. We finally made a decision to sit with McKenzie Watts and express not only our concerns but the benefits. McKenzie was so informative and came prepared. She was open and honest but above all patient. She listened attentively to our concerns and presented us with firm data. This was not a one time deal. She came back a few times at our request to show us more data we requested, and again with great patients and understanding of our apprehension. we have since had the solar panels installed and are now seeing a difference. They were installed last May. We saw some difference in the fall, winter being very cold our bill still was high but not as high as past years. We new because of McKenzie that it would take a year to see a real noticeable difference and our bill for April was considerably lower than past years. I would like therefore to state that SunRun Solar so far has been a success story. I also have to say that if it wasn't for Ms Watts and her unfailing patients all with a smile, professionalism, and knowledge I am not sure we would have gone through with it. Thank you

Roof, pool and electric

My husband and I were skeptical especially with how many reps and companies are currently doing this. But McKenzie explained it clearly and even when we had questions on the bills afterwards she responded. Which is HUGE. That seems to be the biggest complaint from people doing this but she has always been responsive. Our experience with Sunrun as a company has also been great from the install to the process to the actual install. We were able to qualify for a roof replacement for a portion of our roof we were putting panels on, and we are saving money on our electric bill. We have only had it for 8 months so this will continue to get better.

Angie helped us qualify for the solar program at no cost and we were also able to get a brand new root at no cost as well. The process was very smooth and Angie updated us throughout the whole process. We never thought that going solar was so easy- we recommend Sun Run and Angie! Thank VOU
