The installation today went extremely smooth. The person running the install was great at communicating with me. They work was done quickly and efficiently. When they were all done, there was no mess .

Exemplary Customer Service & Installation Experience

To whom it may concern, On May 17th, 2024, our installation crew arrived both courteously and promptly on-time. This is our 2nd round of solar installation, since the first salesperson undersold us the correct number of panels needed. To say our first experience with SunRun was abysmal would be putting it lightly. Between damage to our home, being under-powered, and the absolute lack of ownership in making it right, we were both disappointed and disheartened feeling like we had made the wrong choice with which solar company to go with. On this second round, every touch point was exemplary. From Jetsen Lowell's prompt responses with clear explanations, Seth, the new Sales Manager's emails, and the overall process was much more professional than our first go-around. Both Jetsen and Seth handled themselves like consummate professionals even when they were dealing with a customer who was beyond over it when dealing with anyone from SunRun. They were kind, informative, and went above and beyond to win us back as customers. The installation crew, led by Nick Coleman, was a whole other level of exemplary professionalism. Again, they arrived on-time and ready to work. When we sited any concerns from our previous experience, they made us feel heard and validated our concerns. Whenever we had questions, Nick was always there with a clear answer and a smile. His demeanor instantly set us at ease and his craftsmanship far exceeded our expectations. Even when we weren't able to have the batteries installed where the previous SunRun inspection person promised us, Nick was able to explain why he made the professional recommendations he did, because it was in our best interests as homeowners. The fact that he took the time to meticulously explain the process made us feel like we understand the recommendations and confident to follow Nick's lead. From the moment he arrived until the moment he left, Nick went above and beyond to make us feel like valued SunRun customers. They left the jobsite cleaner than when they arrived and when Nick had to return, he did so with a noticeable courtesy call and was quick to complete any outstanding line items. We don't believe we would have had such a stellar experience with any other crew and are grateful for their meticulous eye for detail and the time they took to make sure we fully understood how our system works. We hope that this review does not go unnoticed. Nick & his entire crew need a raise!

Excellent and fast service

The sales experience and the install were great. The group of people that installed the system were awesome to work with, and the work was meticulous and clean.

Great Service

Adam was our sales person. He explained everything and answered all our questions. He fit our system to our needs. Lizl was our project coordinator. She was in constant contact. We were kept apprised of the progress of our project and had any questions answered to our satisfaction. This was a great experience and I would recommend Sunrun to anyone.

Drake and his crew did a great job from start to finish. They worked with us throughout the day letting us know what was going on, making a few adjustments that we wanted and installing the panels and system. Drake was very informative regarding the steps that were needing to be taken as we move forward. Great guy, great crew.

This my second Sunrun install, by for the best. Smooth 10 hour job with a outstanding crew, Blake and Penguin crew.

Tyler and His Crew

Tyler and his crew Modrespect did a wonder job installing my solar panels. They were very outgoing and informative. They answered any and all questions I had regarding the installation process. They were very fast and efficient. They showed up on time and went straight to work.. they were in and out before lunch time which I appreciated. Thank you Tyler for making this process easy for me!

We have had nothing but a great experience so far with Sunrun. The crew that installed our system did an excellent job, did not cause a disruption of any kind and showed up on time.

Amazing

I want to thank SunRun for sending out an outstanding crew to install my solar panels. A special shout out to the Team Leader (Aiden) for his expertise, knowledge and professionalism. And to the crew (Vlad, JP, and John) for their efficiency, knowledge and performance, they did an outstanding job. I was informed it would take 4-8 hours for completion, but it was completed in 4 hours. I am truly impressed with the install and also want to send out high kudos to the Master Electrician (Matt) for his quality of work and the heads-up on the existing system that would have been a major critical problem I would have experienced if my panel had not been updated. So thanks to you SunRun and your team for making this experience possible without any issues.

smooth install process, professional and courteous.

Ms, Favielle Escoffery is the most outstanding representative I have ever met, she’s so knowledgeable about her job and for that reason I was very comfortable with the whole process. To be honest if it wasn’t for her making it so easy I would have changed my mind because I was always skeptical about getting solar system. I give Ms Favielle a 10 out 10 rating.

Overall process

Overall the process has been easy and straightforward. The proactive communication is as good as it gets.

Very professional crew. Polite and informative on the work being performed. Cleaned up work area no mess left behind. You should be proud to have this crew on your team.!!!!!
