Sunrun Inc.

Have had system since May 2024. Excellent experience with Sunrun. Everything as promised.

Quick installation and go live!

Sunrun was fantastic when we decided to install solar. They worked with us to get the best plan and ensure we were going to maximize the sunlight by helping us get trees cut down that were blocking the roof. Installation was only one day and our system was up and running within a few weeks! I would recommend them if you are looking to install solar.

Did not know what to expect

The process was long but totally worth it. The project managers and all the technicians kept me apprised of all the steps and procedures. They are a great company to work with and I am happy to provide this unbiased review.

Amanda was great. Very knowledgeable and easy to understand.

Good experience, got my roof taken care of also

Sunrun is the only one you need

My sales person, Jake Gaetz, was super friendly and great at answering all our questions. The installation team were professionals and did a beautiful job. We are very excited about our new system and especially the fact that it came with battery backup!

Total care with total responsibility

From start to finish, it was an easy process. They pulled the permits and kept in contact with me about the installation process. Engineers, contractors, and everyone in between were ridiculously polite and professional. There was a few communication hiccups on their side, but nothing that affected me personally. We got 3 quotes to make sure we made the right choice. With the longevity of the company and the customer service, you’d be ignorant to not use Sunrun.

Very professional, helpful crew. They made the work look as clean as possible, answered any questions I had.

Perfect Install

Our 32 panels look great. The install team were all courteous and efficient. Troy discussed the conduit routing and listened carefully to our preferences. He had strong expertise to make it better than we imagined. Thanks much!

Crew was very informative and helpful

Awesome service

I love our solar system, our rep was honest and communicative. My system saved us $250 last month

Install solar panels and inverters

Excellent. Crew very professional and the did a quality job

Professional Technicians

Melvin, Brian and Enrik showed up on time on the day scheduled. They used safety equipment and were very respectful of our property. The installation went without a problem and the job was cleaned up and the trucks left. The men were able to answer any question we had and were willing to go that extra step; ie, caulking up the space between the wall and the pipes to ensure protection from the cold.

Everything was done professionally and in a tmely manner.

Steve Magee

We met Steve over a year ago and after several visits and explaining all about Solar we agree. Every thing was going good until the insurance came out to check the roof, after waiting a week or so we found out we need a new roof and the insurance company was not going to pay for it. We decided not to do anything but then we were notified that our home owner policy was cancelled so we had to find someone to replace our roof. Steve found out the it was done and he came to visit us, we decided to go Solar and with in two months the Panel’s were installed and it was turned on

Installation

It was a pleasant surprise when the install crew showed up EARLY - which is always a shock because most contractors show up late, if at all. The crew got to work quickly and were very professional, even cleaning up after themselves at the end of the day. They answered any and all questions and were quite knowledgeable about the equipment and procedures. This was an A+ install crew!

Hugo Cortes

Hugo was extremely polite, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. Sunrun should be proud to have him represent the company.

Nam's Crew in THE BEST!!

They were all harnassed and worked diligently between 7am till completion around 12pm! 29 Panels installed!! Thank you to Nam, Ulysses, Gui, and Luis for making our SunRun experience continue to be a positive one! Now it's tome to....BRING ON THE SUN!

Solar Install

On time, super friendly, with superior professionalism. 5 STAR experience.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Tony, a solar representative for Sunrun who truly went above and beyond. Tony was incredibly kind and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain the ins and outs of solar energy. He was very informative and taught me a lot about how solar works and its benefits. What stood out the most was Tony’s dedication to helping me find additional ways to make my home more efficient. Even though I decided to wait on getting solar at this time, I am genuinely grateful for Tony’s assistance and the valuable information he provided. Meeting him was a wonderful experience, and I highly recommend his services to anyone considering solar energy.

Sales & Installation

Jeff (sales) was knowledgeable, personable & communicative on all aspects. The installation was professional, timely, quick. Great team!

I appreciated the whole process from start to finish. Alex V was very communicative and detailed on what to expect. The installer job foreman Joseph Burns and his team were awesome. Joseph was very courteous, professional and explained the installation process…and I didn’t have to do anything! Mahalos for a job well done!
