Great Experience

This was really a perfect project. Everything that Sunrun said that they were going to do they did and constantly exceeded the expectations that I had. Been here to every schedule and explain to me where we were every step of the way.

So Easy!

SunRun and our rep Alan made the transition from knowing nothing about solar to having our own system. From city permit to HOA approval, they guided us through the process, answering all of our questions and addressing all of our concerns. SunRun’s and Alan’s availability and helpfulness have made getting our solar system a pleasure. And we’re already saving money on our power bill! Thank you for everything you’ve done for us!

Outstanding Service

I don’t usually write reviews but this company has excellent service, which in my opinion, is the essence of going solar. It’s impossible for me to comment on the actual product because I don’t know enough about the actual manufacture of the panels, boxes, equipment used but I do know that I was beyond impressed with every step of the process: from the rep who got us signed up and on board, to the installation people, electrical people, explanations, on time service throughout, the friendliness and professionalism of the employees and how they kept me informed on every single detail and step along the way. Can’t say enough about this company and its employees. I wouldn’t hesitate to explore Sunrun for your needs. It’s only been three months but my electric bill has ranges from $ -0.83 to $0.00. We are thrilled!

Very good experience

Installing solar has never been so easy, from start to finish I was explained everything so in dept, thanks to Elwin Cuevas. He helped a lot, anyone interested in solar, this is your sign to do it.

Highly recommend Sunrun for your solar needs. After requesting a need for solar I was contacted by numerous solar installers in addition to Sunrun. Sunrun was the first to respond to my request and within a week I was contacted by a Sunrun administrator who provided a detailed presentation for review. The presenter possessed excellent interpersonal skills, was knowledgeable and allowed for time to answer all of my questions. After the presentation an agreement was made to move forward. The whole process was seamless and every step was positive. Sunrun's communication was excellent and the pre-install checkoff list was viewable via a Sunrun app that was updated frequently. Sunrun's business model is quality built to please it's customers. I highly recommend Sunrun for your solar needs.

Better results than expected

Ryan helped us thru 4 attempts at acquiring an adequate solar system. His persistence paid off for us. He was also instrumental in making the installation proceed smoothly. Though we have had the system for only 6 months, we have found ourselves independent of the electric grid, which was one of our goals.

They delivered!

They did everything they said they would. System installed in late August, activated mid September, just got my comed bill for $16. Thanks guys

Trustworthy

I say that, we met with many other providers that left a bad feeling. Sunrun changed that through a professional approach and transparency. Up front, no hidden agenda and great communication through the process. Any time we are asked we tell them Sunrun is the way to go. System is already saving us money after only 5 months

I signed with Sunrun iin June and it became operational in September 2024 . Raja was my sales consultant and he was very knowledgeable and helpful. He guided me through the process. My Electric Company, Green Mountain, has meshed with the system and I have not had a bill. I am very pleased and I highly recommend Sunrun

Instant gratification!

We saw savings right away! The salesperson, installation and transfer experience was excellent. We went from our expensive monthly budget electric bill to barley using any power from our supplier!

Fantastic job Sunrun took care of everything and kept me informed. The new system is operating excellent. Tesla 3 battery system keeps me informed on mobile app is brilliant. Not having to rely on PG$E for power and there continue rate increases. Having the whole house backed up is a good security for my family and future black outs. My car charging is outstanding results and control is so much better now.

I was so pleased with my Sunrun experience. Both the support staff and installers were very knowledgeable. Any minor scheduling questions were answered very capably. Each step of the process included contact persons who responded quickly to answer any questions or concerns that came up.

Easy to work with

Sunrun has made going solar easy. They set an initial appointment a couple of days after I contacted them. They did all the applications with the city, state, and ComEd. And the panels were up and running within a month of first contact. At the beginning, a setting in their software was wrong and they sent someone out to fix it before I had a chance to call them. They have taken very good care of us and the system is producing plenty of energy.

Smooth process

From beginning to the powering on, everything went smoothly and ahead of schedule. All of the staff did and exceptional job.

I am glad I decided to go the solar route . I will admit I was skeptical at first . But all that changed. The whole process was handled with class and I was informed every step of the way . If you are on the fence , go all in! So happy I did !!

Our sales consultant Christian was wonderful. Able to answer our questions, followed thru when he said he would, held our hand and guided us up to installation and still available for any questions. The men who inspected the house, installed the panels, changed over the electrical panels were all professional, personable and willing to explain the process. They even came when the city inspected the work! They went above and beyond. We are so pleased with the solar panels and can't wait to switch over to them!
