The install team and foreman were incredible. Did work efficiently and timely, good communication from them. Cleaned up after very well. Knowledgeable and courteous. I felt kike all of my questions were answered.

We came back for more
We are very pleased with the service we have received from Sunrun over the past 6 or so years. We decided to come back for more panels and the Tesla batteries. The service, app interface, and everything else have been more than we expected. We highly recommend them to anybody who asks. Everyone from the appointment schedulers to the installers have been very professional and easy to work with.

Very courteous crow and clean work
This crew was so excellent they came in. They completed their work efficiently. Nam’s crew : Nam, chris, gui and sky The panels came out awesome definitely improvement all the way around

Sunrun solar is the only one I would consider!
Everything has gone very well. Installation was a great experience - Installation people kept me posted every step of the way. It is still "new" for us so will be monitoring costs/savings over the next 12 months. Customer support has been great as well. Highly recommend this company for anyone's solar needs

Trustworthy!
Sunrun has done what they said they would do, and in a timely manner. They are great at communicating through each step so you know what is happening and when. At each step they assign a contact person to answer questions and keep you in the loop, relieving any stress the process might cause.

I'm a new convert to Solar and boy, was it as expected? Oh yes & more. I'm enjoying the service by Sunrun so far and even when I had issue with my generation, their performance guarantee covered the lost period and I was well compensated. All in all, I'll go with them again and again & I recommend them to anyone wishing to go solar

The process was overall great. The communication between PSEG and Sunrun was a bit broken at times but it worked out. Great communication with our initial Sunrun employee (Tatiana).

Five years with SunRun
I had my solar cells installed on my roof in October of 2020 and had two Tesla Powerwall 2’s added in July of 2024 and have been saving money ever since. I’m very please with the system and SunRuns support.

Superlative service and installation!
This was an easy experience to have the solar panels installed. A team of people was assigned to my account. Every step of the way was followed up on and monitored by the team. The communication was excellent. I highly recommend SunRun for your solar company!!

Switch to Solar
The Sunrun experience was excellent from sales to analysis to install to saving power. Their app is very thorough and quantifies all aspects of my solar system. It’s great to save some $$$ and give relief to the power grid.

Good service, good program
