Great experience with SunRun. Bryan Rossiter answered all our questions and Andrea Paulsen was helpful in getting all our appointments scheduled.

Round 2

Two months after I bought my house JCP&L sent me a bill for over $800, I almost hit the floor. I had checked out a couple of solar companies but didn’t understand how it all worked. Then Sunrun showed up at my door, Derrick was very knowledgeable about the panels and there was no money that I’ll had to put out for the installation, so we quickly signed up. But Derrick had lowballed the amount of energy we used and I was still getting $200-$300 electric bills. I had to complain to Sunrun a few times before someone took a look at what was going on. I was so happy the day Anthony called and said they were going to put another set of panels on the house. Now the two sets of solar panels are costing me $180 per month, a far cry from the $450 JCP&L was charging per month. Thank you Anthony and Sunrun.

Job was well done. The crew was very professional. The electrician also was very professional. He took time to explain how the outside electrical box works. I was very pleased with the company. Thanks again.

We have had a great experience with Corey Duncan and his team. Corey was always available for our phone calls and text messages. He made multiple trips to our house around our busy work schedules to clarify the process and design plan. We will be recommending Corey to our friends and family.

Carolyn Villella was absolutely very professional from the beginning to the end. Explained everything thoroughly advised me on what to do. And was very efficient with scheduling the Solar panels. The men came in in the morning and we were very professional and putting up all the panels and cleaning up everything on site thank you very much Sunrun

Easy process

Great experience overall. Excellent communication from salesperson to the installation crew. Long delay due to the counties backed up permitting and inspection process, but Sunrun kept me informed all along the way. Once the county finally issued the permit, Sunrun was quick to get my install scheduled and completed. Install crew leader let me know what the process would be, listened to and addressed my concerns, and walked me through everything when they were done.

Installation

Freddie and his crew were great! From start to finish, any and all questions were answered. Setup on the apps was easy and put everything at our fingertips. Workers were great and clean up . Very satisfied!

Out of the blue, an offer that was too good to be true

Someone gave my name and a pleasant agent called me and offered me free: re wiring for the conversion, installation of necessary hardware for the Tesla battery, installation of 9 free solar panels, etc. Too good to be true? Nope, it is all done and I have not a single piece of really intelligent knowledge about how it really works. So I am now a Solar house with all the attendant equipment. Only thing I can fault is the lack of well written backup material for me to consult. Every explanation was from bright and intelligent employees. But they really need a set of written explanations. In almost every case a well written document is a thousand times better than a cheesy video. DocuSign videos couldn’t be read on my iPhone 8. Too small and not enlargeable.
