Great option for solar power

Andrew Frederick explained the benefits of leasing solar power through Sunrun tather than incurring the expense of purchasing batteries ourselves -- the figures made sense and everything went smoothly during the installation.

Installation timeline

Overall excellent timeline for installation. However, site rep did not talk with engineering team prior to install. Resulting in having to redesign the installation drawings because they didn’t account for roof top interference. Recommend ensure you get the engineering team to conduct physical roof top inspections.

Best decision!

I worked with Holly and Chelsea, holly kept me on board for multiple years and worked with me through out the entire time. Chelsea provided great information and helped us get our battery addition upgrade after being a sunrun customer for 10 years.

Turnkey Operation

The process is laid out and explained very well and there were no surprises. The sales team (Tim P) was extremely helpful and insightful. He had facts, figures, and data references to answer all of my excellent questions and concerns. The site engineer was friendly, fast and efficient. The installation team was on time, courteous, and neat. The project manager kept me in the loop every step of the way. You can tell Sunrun puts a lot of emphasis on professionalism and courtesy. It was readily apparent that “this isn’t their first barbecue”.

So far everything from the first contact with Sunrun through installation has been great. Communication from Sunrun on each step of the process has been really good. The installation crew did a great job and kept me informed on their progress on installation day. Now waiting for approval from the City and Electric company to turn the system on.

The process was comprehensive and streamlined by our sales rep, Milaad S. He was always one step ahead of the process when providing us information and a timeline. From signing documents to post install, he made it easy and we are happy to have chosen Sunrun to get off the grid.

SOLAR POWER!

Overall everything was great. Joe Hess explained the program and answered my questions. Joe #2 was covering the installation and covered anything I needed to know. My inspection with the city hasn’t happened yet so I have no Solar Power yet.

Jared Fernandez was our guide through the process. He was clear and instructive with all our questions.

Great experience with Sunrun

We are very happy with everyone we had contact with at Sunrun (Erika, Bryson, Nick and the installers). Everyone responded promptly, were polite, knowledgeable, and friendly. The work was done quickly and professional. They cleaned up after they finished, so all that was left was the wonderful leased solar system that will help reduce our electricity costs for many years to come.

Sy is a GREAT solar rep!

Oh man! What can I say?? Dealing with Sy, I feel so confident with her. Every time she checked up on me and returned my call. That’s what made me feel so good about Sunrun. I’d recommend Sunrun to anyone because of the service I get from Sy. She was right on top of everything to get my roof replaced at no cost to me. If I have to recommend, I’d give her a ten because she’s loyal. Sy’s a person you’d want to work with all the time!

Sunrun Experience

My experience from beginning to end was above and beyond, my rep Irv was excellent with showing me my options and what works best for our home. My contact person Julia was very sweet, she kept me informed on the next steps in process. The foreman Travaun was very helpful, he did the power off part later in the day for me due to us having family over for the holiday. I love Sunrun and the savings on our power bill even with my employee discount at PGE we still see some great savings and now we have protection from blackouts and better control over when we use power with SPAN

Sunrun Review

Well well initially, I was very hesitant after listening to the neighbor's experience. However, the Sales Representative (Michael W.) trying his sales technique shared other peoples experiences and convinced us that the benefits outweighed concerns. First and foremost he did informed us that the SOLAR system was not free and that we had to pay something regardless. However he showed us exactly how the process works at consultation. We as a family then decided to partake in the adventure since the benefit will be the solar system will help us pay for the energy we consumed in the long run. He was pertinent enough to answer ALL our questions and sought to it that he kept us abreast of ALL our major concerns. From consultation to sight survey, design review then permits passing and to today's installation. We are waiting for inspection and then power on mode after this. With Michael's persistence, we were able to get trees cut down and roof replacement with repair. He made sure to connect with the parties involved and kept us informed and I always have questions in between which he answered and get back to us on a timely manner. His level of sales representative expertise is awesome and he saw that our immediate concerns were always addressed.

Courteous and Quick

We had our Sun Run install today. It was a cold and windy day in December. The installer came in the morning and had it all installed and set up by the early afternoon. They were courteous when they had to come in or show us how to use the products. They did great and were excited to have solar power and a backup battery.
