We have solar it’s been 5 months and it is the best thing that we could have done. No electric bill other than the $7.53 each month to be connected to the grid which is mandatory. The panels look sleek on our roof and the installation was perfect. We have had friends of our get the solar panels from Sun Run and they are happy to have no electric bills either. Our salesman ( Ken Cordeiro ) not only a really good rep working for SunRun, he’s not a high pressure salesman, just honest.

Solar Experience with SunRun

I wanted to thank Sunrun for a pleasant experience during our solar installation project. James our sales rep and Marco our construction manager was very professional and followed up on all their promises. James kept in contact with us every couple of weeks to give us an update as to the progress our project was making toward installation. Marco informed us about trying to obtain approval for the project thru national grid. Getting utility approval took the longest part of the project. Once we received approval from National Grid they came out to the house in less than a week to install the system. We are now waiting for sign off from the town on the construction that took place. National Grid will come out and do their inspection and install new electric meter. once that is completed system will be turned on.

Sunrun was very helpful in understanding how the whole process works. They stayed in touch on each aspect of the project. The city has taken a long time to do their part of the process so it is not actually on yet. We are looking forward to having it up and running.

Everyone we have dealt with have been fantastic. They explain everything very thoroughly and give you all your options. They are very knowledgeable as well. Fair pricing plus lots of incentives. Every member we have dealt with have been very family oriented, which means a great deal when you have young kids at home with all of the meetings and install being at your home. Every member from sales to inspection to install, they all took the time to answer my 3 year old's questions and to show him how things work. Very professional and personable staff who are flexible with your schedule. Great communication between employees and client. And they take safety very seriously during install. Best option and friendliest employees

We were never planning to do solar panels in the first place, but the Sunrun team was so helpful and kind. They answered all the questions my husband and I had. They communicated every step of the process with us. They even got their team out a few days early to install. They set aside two days for the project and got it done in less than one. It was amazing! They even helped a delivery driver in the middle of things when we had a piece of furniture dropped off. Truly an awesome team of people.

Second system

I became an early adopter of SunRun’s solar system in 2013. I have been so satisfied with the endeavor that I opted for another system on a second home. Their service and technology has made for a positive experience. I would recommend SunRun to anyone who would ask my opinion.

Great project

Everyone was very nice and professional. I had talked to several companies about solar panels and I really was not interested. But my sales rep Parinda was very nice and did everything she could to convince me of the benefits. At this moment I’m satisfied with the customer service and installation. But I can’t speak on their service itself because I’m not fully going on solar at this time.

Wow!

Had always been told I had too many trees so I didn't expec. That was 3 months ago and currently the new box & mast are instalked, the solar panels are on & inspection is scheduled in 2 days.t anything to happen

Sunrun Solar

Sunrun Solar has been outstanding to work with from the very beginning when we attended a solar informational meeting at our HOA community center. Robert was a sales person and he was excellent. The process from the sales contract to installation when very smooth, and Sunrun took care of everything. We had a install coordinator, and a customer service contact person who walked us through any questions we had. The entire process was completed in less than about 35 day’s. They took care of the information needed for NV Energy Co, and they also were very fast and efficient. 5 Stars to Sunrun Solar, we highly recommend them for any solar needs.
