Added Second Solar System

Sunrun provided a good proposal for adding a second solar system with batteries to offset our current electrical bill costs. Working with their team on the draft and final plans was professional, courteous, & knowledgeable. The installation team was also professional, friendly & did an excellent job installing the new system. We are very pleased working with them & the system. Still awaiting activation to see how the system will perform.

A super system and we’re saving money.

We signed up to get stability of our energy and cost. What is that? A summer sensitive grid that led to outages and spoilage was one great reason. The other reason was high cost during summer and winter months when you need the AC or heater, respectively. It makes sense for us and you ought to have an analysis to see if it makes sense for you.

My representative, Jason, was very professional and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. He promptly returned my calls whenever I had questions regarding my solar panels. He explained everything in detail how the program works. Service is outstanding. I highly recommend Jason as your representative for Sunrun Solar.

Sunrun installation is remarkably good.

All of Sunrun’s agreements and installations went very well. Since activation I have not paid any electricity bills and when we have a power outage the battery backup worked perfectly. We had several outages and you couldn’t notice the switch over to the battery.

So far so good only been operational for a couple of months

they took care of everything for me and I’ve had nothing but a great experience with the solar. I have 23 panels on my roof and my electric bill is absolutely low last month. I think I paid $23 for my city power

They care

Whenever I think there may be an issue since it’s my first time with solar, they get back to me. SunRun techs will call and if need to come by to check the panels on the roof they do just that.

Set it and forget it

This process was pretty easy. The savings and environmental benefit made it a no brainer. Our install team was so awesome and now I don’t even think about it. Very simple.

Sunrun is a First Class Organization

We have two homes in CA with Solar installed by Sunrun. A smaller 15 panel 4.35KW system installed February 2020 with a one battery backup system that backs up 3 circuits in case of a power out. Zip code 95076. A larger 35 panel 8.575KW system installed June 2015 with a recently installed two battery Power Wall system that backs up the whole house minus the hot tub circuit. Zip code 94550 Both systems have been reliable and saved us lots of money on electricity through out the years as we always get a credit at the end of the year for producing more electrical energy than we used. Customer service has always been easy to reach and responsive to any problems or concerns.

Excellent service!!! We were think about to install solar on our house because we had a bad experience before with another company, but some people came to our house, and explain everything and answered all our questions. Until now we are really HAPPY with our solar panels with SUNRUN!!!!

Great experience from start to finish. Julian was awesome and explained every question we asked him. The installers were efficient and cleaned up the site after work completed. Although we had installation done in the Fall, my electric bill fell by half and remained low all winter. Imagine what the summer sun will bring!

Process was easy from beginning to end. Sunrun takes care of everything from design, permitting, installation, town inspections and power on with Eversource. From initial contact to power on takes about 4 months so plan ahead. It’s a win win for you to hedge against skyrocketing electric costs and create clean energy for you and the grid.

Everything from start to the point we're at right now has been GREAT! Our sales person, George Do has been amazing. He is knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Everyone involved with this install has been so friendly and transparent.
