I have had a great experience with a tech - Ronald Donnelly who stopped by while checking in on folks who had solar in the neighborhood. He listened to me when I said I had noticed an issue with my National Grid bill and not seeming to be getting the correct credits for my system. Log story he short - he saw that the second system we had installed for our addition was not set up correctly within the billing/crediting system. He did a little digging and found that I needed to fill out a form for National Grid to correct it. I have submitted the form and we're working to get things straightened out. He was so friendly and supportive. He checks in to see how things are going as we work through the process.

Everyone worked with us so amazingly due to the face that a member of my family is terminally ill and we have to work around his infusion and MRI schedule. Plus my friends put in Sun Run and also were extremely pleased with the whole experience.

Efficient, Convenient, & Enthusiastically Recommend
We just moved to our new construction home and we expected solicitors but when the Rep. Eli from SunRun talked to us he offered a great deal. Some of my family members got Solar Panels from a different company and they ended up paying a lot of money for the panels and only saved a little bit compared to the grid power. With ours we didn’t owe any monthly payments, get a great rate for power, backup power in case of outages, AND Vivant security system for little to nothing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for Solar power, especially in these Texas summers. The installation was all pretty easy, they were able to work with us on the date and installed all the hardware with ease and efficiency. They explained everything to me and my husband and we feel confident with everything. We’ll see down the line how our bills are impacted but thus far we’re satisfied with the outcome and service. ദ്ദി ˉ͈̀꒳ˉ͈́ )✧

We have made a great investment with solar since having solar for 13 yrs we just got 10 more panels and a tesla battery back up we went to do our taxes and guess what the government of nj gave us a 30000 credit for having solar so this year we are getting a nice return and the other half of the credit is for next year going solar is a must they are raising the price for electricity but we do not have to worry feel free to drive by our home and check things out SUN RUN IS THE WAY TO GO.

Too good to be true? It's real!
Everything I was told by mouth was on paper and a robot call verified I wasn't shortcut. The notifications from SDGE saying your power has been restored let me know there was an outage locally. I sleep with a Machine and don't even know. Thank you SunRun especially San Diego North team.
