Professional/ Honest

Tom, our sales rep. was transparent thru the process and set up. There was professionalism and integrity thru the entire process The crew that did the installation were courteous and explained what they were doing throughout the installation.

So far the assessment and the installation of the solar panels went well now the inspection of the circuit breaker and ground wire by the water meter is left to check. Looking forward to when the power goes on to truly see the amount of money I can save on my electric bill.

Excellent Install

Joe and crew were on time, courteous, and overall did an excellent job. They addressed questions, worked with purpose (no messing around), resulting in a system that worked the first time and installed neat and organized. They cleaned up afterwards such that you would never know that an install occurred.

I just want to say that my husband Jean and I had the best experience possible working with Brenno Delima(Bob). he was patient and thorough about the process of qualifying for the no out of pocket cost solar program. I highly recommend him and Sunrun.

Wonderful experience with solar consultant

I signed the contract with Sunrun today. Rick Carn was very welcoming and patient, he was very knowledgeable and acted like a teacher to me, he gave me a solar energy course and explained it clearly so I could fully understand it. I am very grateful to him and I am glad that your company has such a talent. .

Solar install

We had such a great experience, getting our solar. From the very beginning our rep Cuong was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable was always available to answer our questions, hesitations, and was easy to talk to. The install team lead by Nam was also top notch. They were polite, respectful, and available to answer questions and guide us through this process. Highly recommend!

My experience with Sunrun has been great. My salesman Tucker Trickey explained everything throughly. He answered all my questions. All the work crews sent here were great they arrived on time, worked hard and answered all my questions. They were very polite. I would and will recommend your company to anyone.

Solar panel/battery install

My wife and I had solar panels installed on our house and detached garage, along with a battery backup. The job from start to finish lasted two days, and was done with the utmost professionalism and care. From the electrician to the solar panel installers, each worker was diligent and approachable. They showed great care about their work, and its shows in the finished product. We are very happy with the install and the product, and would highly recommend Sunrun for anyone considering a solar power system.

Joe York and his team were beyond amazing. They arrived on time, explained exactly what they were going to do, completed the job, cleaned up after they were done, and explained exactly what they did when they were finished. I know that I got the best team at Sunrun. Joe is an awesome team lead and am great full for him and the crew!!!

They have really been hands on and informative the entire process. Any questions we’ve had have been answered thoroughly.

We interacted with several solar representatives before choosing to proceed with the PV installation. Mon provided us with comprehensive details and clearly explained the entire process of this PV journey. She was accommodating and patient with our requests for clarifications and modifications until we were satisfied with the results that led us to decide on the PV installation. Her team of installers arrived on time, were professional, respectful of the homeowners' space, and adhered to safety protocols in their work area. They were efficient, completing the installation on schedule. I would highly recommend Mon and her team of PV expert installers.

I have been very impressed by the Senior Consultant, Andrew. I enjoyed the presention. I tend to buy something as big as Solar for my house, buy what I hear, I judge the company by this. He was a great help getting though the sign up. Andrew had to put up with two Great Danes, in his face. It was very funny. The instalation of the unit was done very quickly. The employee's were very proficient and very nice, if I had a question. Showed up on time, very organized. When talking with the forman, he said he is trying to get certifed, as an electrician, but needed more hours of work to get it.

It was a long journey from start to finish, but SUNRUN made it a worthwhile experience. Their friendly staff from there office personnel to experience work crew from Hawaii were very professional and courteous. I gave them a 5 star rating. My friends would love to experience that same feeling of excitement and relief knowing that there in control. Clean energy is the future. Say goodbye to pollution. Hello to fresh air. Delivered on what was promised

From the initial contact through the turning of the switch the employees of SunRun delivered. I was so pleased about the early and fast installation. As my roof has concrete tiles, I was concerned about there being cracks but there were none. The supervisor of the installation kept me informed about the progress and the steps in working with the utility. Everything went smoothly.

My experience purchasing a home with a Sunrun lease

I purchased a home with a Sunrun solar net metering system on it. The transfer process was simple and efficient. I was given options to purchase the system, prepay the lease or keep the monthly lease which is what the prior owner had signed up for. I stayed with the monthly lease for simplicity and because I wanted to use my cash reserves for home improvement projects. I also don’t want to have to maintain my system if anything breaks in the future. My only wish is that I had a system with batteries since we’ve seen an increase of power outages due to the new HECO wildfire policies!

Most efficient solar company that offers multiple options

I contacted five solar companies on Oahu and sat with each representative. Adam Lemire, a sales consultant from the Sunrun Oahu team along with his manager, Parker Johnson stood out from the other companies. They listened to my solar needs and designed a system that has been satisfactory for my household. They were both very knowledgeable and addressed all of my concerns about switching over from the utility company. Both Adam and Parker made the sales process go smoothly and I was able to do everything electronically. The installation crew with Chris Bull and Zak Lee worked diligently and cleaned up well after installing my panels and batteries. Sarah Barela managed the entire project efficiently and kept me informed at all times. The best part was Sunrun gave me very good referral incentives when I referred them to my family and friends, even though I still would've advocated for their services because of my positive experience.
