Sun Run is very good with the parts of installation that at under their control. Waiting on the permit and outside inspection is frustrating.

We have been with sun run since we bought our home about 10 hrs ago. We are very pleased. We have taken the decision to use solar panels on our property it has saved us a lot of money on our electric bills. We liked Stephen Woodcock.

Ronald was a fantastic resource throughout the whole process. He answered every question we had with detailed knowledge, assuring us we were selecting the right company for our solar needs. Angel and crew came on a light rainy day and finished the whole job in about four hours! Ronald even swung by to ensure all our needs were taken care of and his crew was safe.

Very happy with my solar power purchase agreement
While electric rates keep climbing and more homes going solar was a Big Win Win for are Boston Family. We paid nothing for are solar systems they built a new knee wall in attic cut down trees and fixed are chimney the right way! I love sunrun solar its a roof on a roof and holds in all the heat and ac which in return saves us more money! I'm surprised by these reviews. Because all 6 homes on are street have had sunrun solar for 10 years and customer service is right there for any issues. Plus im having the sunrun bright box installed to store all that excess kwh.

Professional Installation
Sunrun did a wonderful job and installed my system within 2 weeks from signing. It was a big system with 3 Tesla Batteries and Sunrun installers came in the morning with 6 installers and finished the job by 4pm.

Prompt and efficient
A straightforward and simple process from start to finish. Installers were friendly and finished the job without any hassles for me or my family. Handled all of the necessary components from design to permits. No hiccups in usage at all so far. Pricing was better than any other quote I received. All in all I could not have asked for a smoother experience in ridding myself of a utility bill.

Sun run representative Bob did an excellent job. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He explained every options, design, and process steps. He also stopped at the house during inspection and installation to make sure everything was running smoothly. Now the solar system is fully up and running, we are very happy. Highly recommend!

The sales team was knowledgeable and helpful, clearly explaining everything without any pressure. The installation team was equally impressive - efficient, professional, and they did a fantastic job with the installation. While my panels aren't online yet, the entire process has been smooth and positive. Based on the excellent service from both teams, I highly recommend Sunrun Solar!
