Honest and thorough
We initially went through momentum solar, until Sunrun contacted us. Found out, that we were being lied to through omission by momentum. Sunrun, is open and honest about all aspects of their company and what they can, cannot, and won't do. With Sunrun, I have never felt left out of the loop, nor have I felt rushed. They try their best to accommodate my second shift work schedule. Every Sunrun employee I have interacted with, has been polite, open, friendly and knowledgeable. If they don't know the answer, they either find it or refer me to the one who does. I have never had an issue talking to a real person for the company and one based within the USA. Sunrun to date, has been the best solar/energy company I have ever dealt with. Colby our sales liaison and Adrianna our coordinator have been excellent. I would highly recommend Sunrun to anyone who wants solar and not being lied to. If your home can't be done for safety reasons, they will tell you so, not be like other companies and just say all is good to get your money. I would say they are honestly concerned for their clients and communities. That is far more than I can say about the utility provider we have prior to activation.

Our installation team with Ray as the foreman, was outstanding. They were experienced, professional, friendly and very efficient. 5 stars for sure!

Positive experience
I've had a positive experience over the past 5 years with Sunrun. Good customer service. Just added 7 panels this year and it was a smooth process.

Bird House Solar
The two young men we worked with were very good at explain the SUNRUN power purchase agreement (PPA) and the process for approval went quickly. System was installed recently and we are awaiting final inspection and then anxious to begin using the system.

The team was professional, courteous, and they left the area spotless. Installation of the system is complete, and we are waiting on final inspection, Oncor's go ahead, and our training.

Excellent service, Fast installation.
From beginning to end, I had pleasant experience dealing with all individuals who were involved in this Solar panel installation. I had to absolutely nothing! These people did all the work needed from getting design approved and obtaining work permits.

Great Experience!
From start to finish, the team we've worked with have been amazing. Alec was super patient with me, explaining the product and the process and keeping in contact at every step. Joe did a great job getting us through the permitting process, and ready for installation. Minnie was super quick to contact me for scheduling, and was super easy to talk to and arrange things with. The installation team especially, did a great job! They were onsite early, did fast but great work, and the at the end of the day was impeccable. I'm so happy I chose SunRun!

Solar System Upgrade
I requested a diagnosis of my current system due to rising electric bills. After several calls without any progress, it was determined that I meet additional panels. After a few hiccups with the scheduling for the installation. It has been completed and inspected. I am waiting for the official activation and rebate for Sunrun.
