I had my Solar panels installed and the job came out nicely. At first we thought the job could not get done due to my place being a townhouse and my neighbors breaker box right next to mine but the crew and electricians did an excellent job. Just waiting on final inspections.

Did a good job

Sunrun put my solar panels in 11 years ago , and I have saved a lot of money in electricity from Edison. Sunrun has monitored my panels, and has fixed anything that needed attention. I have a lease, and that has made my electric bill affordable. Now they installed more panels and two Tesla batteries at a reasonable cost to offset expenses from Edison. The Sunrun crew showed up on time, and completed the job in a timely way. I have recommended Sunrun to others.

My experience has been hassle free so far. I am not connected yet, but the sign up, permits, and installation have gone smoothly. I've been skeptical about solar for years, having heard challenging stories. I finally decided to hear about Sunrun from Donny Schmitz and he sold me to try. I liked the idea of not buying the equipment and getting a Tesla battery storage unit. I'm 87, so money and long term commitment has been an issue with me. Time will tell, but I'm happy so far. Every person that we dealt with from Sunrun Solar are all professionals. Starting from Isaac (sales person), he was able to explain & answer all our questions about solar. To Tori & Emilio who scheduled our install quickly. Then to Matthew (installer) & his crew who installed the solar panels with no breaks until the job was done. Customer service is top notch with Sunrun!

My wife and I had researched installing solar several years ago but never felt like the timing or pricing was right. We recently renewed our search given that our electric bills were starting to climb at a high rate. We reached out to several solar companies and after interviewing several, we ultimately contracted to lease a system from SunRun. We just can't say enough good things about this company. Our first introduction was from our sales person - Brendan - who was on time, with the most informative presentation we had seen, and who answered all of our questions. He was kind, patient, professional, clearly knowledgeable about the best system for our home, and helped shepherd us throughout the entire process from signing to installation and the next steps to activate the system. We count ourselves as fortunate that he was our sales representative! We also want to acknowledge our installation team - Nicco R, Jose C, and Angel T from SLA America. They showed up on time both days, were highly professional, explained what they were doing, took excellent safety precautions for the work area, cleaned up both days, and called to make sure we were happy with the installation. When all is said and done, we simply could not be happier with our SunRun experience! They have a great business model and my wife and I agree that we would give 10 stars to them if we could!!! Thank you so much for the peace of mind we now have!

Best customer service

I started the process of getting and installing Solar panel at my place. I really appreciate the customer service provided by Sunrun. The Sales person named Ramon is really professional and knowledgeable about his job. All the other team we’re providing all the best service they can. I am getting text, email and call notifications at each step of the process. Finally I got my solar panels installed and I am waiting for city inspection. People who installed the panels did the best job and they informed me about all the details. They were very professional and courteous. I am glad that I picked the right company which gives me assurance that my plan will work best for me. I totally recommend SunRun to all my friends and family.

We have had solar for 8 or 9 years. Sunrun has saved us a lot of money. They installed everything in one day. I saved over a thousand dollars in the first four months. Stephen Woodcock is professional. We had one issue right away with the snow was coming crashing down. We called them up.They came addressed it and never have had an issue.Since.

Day of installation there were three different trades here each doing what they had to do which made the installation of the panels go well the job took two days because of rain which normally would have taken one day
