Great Solar Installer

We have had our solar with Sunlux for 8 months now. We are extremely happy with the solar production and customer service. Everybody I've talked to has been very helpful, patient and knowledgeable. Solar is a huge investment and I feel good knowing that Sunlux will be there for us for the long haul.

Quality install and very fair pricing (I know this because I had an extensive number of quotes). Responsive and friendly staff. Everything is handled from the HOA and city paperwork to the inspections. Highly recommended!

Absolutely Amazed

I've always understood that a company will try to sell you on everything. Whether its selling you on their services, or selling you on the lack of them. Because of this, I am always wary of making a big financial choice, and with whom I trust that money. Sunlux is amazing. They have prices that beat all but the most bargain basement installers, and they stand behind their design, their work and their product better than any company I have seen. They insure the design of the system, and they've backed that up by replacing a component after my system was installed, greatly increasing my solar output....all but free. I'd gladly give Sunlux more of my business in the future.

Completely satisfied with SunLux

This was our second large solar unit. The first unit was purchased from Solar City (now Tesla) in 2009. When we moved to our present home in 2018, we purchased a 15 kwh system from SunLux. We looked at 7-8 companies before deciding on SunLux. Allowing for two unrealistic bids, the prices were very similar across the 7-8 companies. In terms of size and layout, SunLux delivered a custom-made system. Compared to the other companies, SunLux also had the best warranties --- covering things that we hadn't even thought of. Unlike our previous experience with Solar City, we worked with one SunLux representative from beginning to end. We were completely satisfied.

Professional, responsive & friendly

Sunlux has been amazing from beginning to end. Their customer service and professionalism has been top notch. I worked with Chris (sales) and Danielle and Berlyn (project managers). Chris was very knowledgeable and followed up with me while the paperwork was being completed and once the project was completed. Danielle and Berlyn assisted with the project and the installation. They both were amazing in keeping me apprised of each step along the way. And, lastly, the installers were just as incredible. They were also professional and worked quickly to get the job completed with limited interruption to our lives since I was working from home. Thank you, Sunlux. I appreciate all you've done!

Best solar company

I usually don’t take the time to write reviews. However, this time I decided to do it because it is important for people to know how great Sunlux is. We began our search for solar companies when we bought our house about year and a half ago. We met with many different companies but we noticed that they weren’t truthful and they were only interested in making a sale. We were ready to sign a contract with the only company we believed to be honest, when we were referred to Sunlux. They were absolutely magnificent! They were honest and straightforward from the beginning, went above and beyond our expectations and were prompt and so helpful. They took care of absolutely everything; they even provided same day installation. They were very professional and left the area cleaner than they found it. We have now had the panels for about a month and are beyond pleased with the continued service and professionalism given by the company.

Always available

Getting solar is a process. Way before you choose a company you have to look at several and even have a few come out to get their quotes and feel them out. Once you pick one you can only hope you made the right decision. Well SunLux was definitely the right decision for us. They were always there to answer all my questions. I would email and have a response the same day. If I called someone would actually answer. Even after the solar was installed I was able to reach them right away with questions. It was easy working with them.

I had worked to get solar on my home for well over a year. Well, it’s finally done and the team I selected was Sunlux. They were perfect in their customer support during all stages of the process. I tried to work with another group, and were seemed dishonest in that they wanted to fix my Roof for an additional $10k. And would not provide an itemized estimate. I forget the company name, but it rhymed with molarMax.

Sunlux Exceeded My Expectations

As a Residential Masonry Contractor I know a lot about what makes a company good and what a bad company is. Unfortunately, after 30 of contracting I am acutely aware of just how many bad companies there are out there. Knowing this, I put a lot of time and consideration into researching the right Solar company for me. The quality of the equipment was the easy part. The various sales people more or less were in agreement on what panels, micro-inverters and equipment were the best. Not surprisingly, the good stuff was a little more expensive. I was wary of the cheap panels because I remembered a story of a large company who had bought a "boat load" of panels just before they went obsolete and they were trying to sell them off at a "bargain". Once I had figured out the equipment, it was the scheduling and the actual installation process that worried me. As a contractor myself I knew it all boiled down to having reliable "company systems" in place that facilitated a smooth installation. But above all else, the company had to have a group of individuals who are there to take your calls and solve any issues that come up. The level of communication throughout the sales process is a good indicator of whether or not that company is a good or bad company. The sales process with Fernando at Sunlux was exceptional. I eliminated most of the other companies who would allow weeks to transpire before returning my calls or emails. I knew if the management of the company allowed this lackadaisical response during the Sales routine, they would be even worse during the installation. I finally selected Sunlux based upon my own knowledge and experience with residential contractors and boy did I pick a winner. Sunlux had a well trained team of people who took our calls either immediately or returned them within minutes. Emails were answered within hours. Communication is so important because there will always be an issue that pops up no matter how well prepared you are. The one thing that separates a great company from a mediocre company more than anything else is the company's response to any issue that may occur. Thankfully there were very few issues. But I had a ton of questions and Berlyn, Guillermo and Garret were always there to answer them and we all worked together as a team to end up with a solar installation that is working perfectly. Sunlux exceeded my expectations. My wife is proud of me for selecting the right company. I too know we made the right choice. I have been recommending Sunlux to everyone.

One of the best solar companies out there

I chose Sunlux after reading many reviews from different websites. Almost everyone seemed to have a good experience with their purchase through Sunlux. I know they also used top quality panels and offered top of the line warranty service for their product.

Solar for my house

4/18/2020 Solar for my house. When purchasing Solar I interviewed about 8 solar companies and I hired Sunlux because of there consistent quality of work. These guys would call the night before coming out and tell me that they we're coming out in the morning to start the work of installing solar on my house. They showed up right on time, work hard until dusk, never took short cuts and always keep me informed of what they were doing on any given day. When the city inspector came out I met with him as well and he confirmed what I already new. He said, I see a bunch of Solar companies today installing solar on peoples houses, but these guys do it right every single time and they never take shortcuts. Sunlux is the best and they back up their work with a 30 year warranty bumber to bumber, if anything goes wrong. I will refer them business all day long, Jon

Competitive, Attentive, and Thorough

I worked with my salesperson for almost 9 months, comparing Sunlux to 6 other vendors. Adam was patient and answered every question I had. My project had A LOT of moving parts. Starting with a 23-panel system and a new electrical panel. We also needed a new roof (pitched and flat) with radiant barrier and a skylight added. On top of all that, we had 2 other vendors doing lots of other work, all of which had to be done in coordination. This was not an easy project for any of us but in the end, everything looks amazing. Let's not forget the satisfaction of seeing my meter running backwards!!!

After considerable research of solar systems and companies I decided to go with Sunlux for a roof felting repair followed by installation of a solar system. The entire process was easy from the initial consultation through installation. Sunlux even handled application submissions to my two HOAs which was greatly appreciated. The staff has been professional and good to work with and they have been timely in response to any concerns that I have raised. I can strongly recommend Sunlux for your solar needs.

Sunlux is a great company

We installed Solar four years ago. We chose Sunlux after researching many others because they answered all our questions. They did a real professional job and left no mess. We love paying the Edison Co $10.00 a month.

Excellent service

We contacted Sun Lux after having many issues with our original Solar Company. We had been without solar almost 2 months prior to Sunlux coming out to assist. Since day 1 we have been given outstanding Customer service. Garrett has been such a blessing to work with. Sunlux was able to switch over our system to them, send someone out quick, get everything up and running through our warranty and even add in a network card so we can check on our solar... Exceptional Project Management and Service

I've been managing infrastructure and manufacturing projects professionally for 17 years, and I learned a few things during this project by example. First, I learned that I can do a lot better job managing my projects by being more service oriented. Second, I learned I can do a better job keeping people informed. Lastly, I learned I can do a better job of listening to and addressing concerns. SunLux assigned a customer-centric project manager (B. Yamas), who did a perfect job of articulating milestones, keeping me informed, staying in touch, addressing any/all concerns I voiced. She stayed on top of every aspect of the installation; it was a pleasure to work with her. Unfortunately, I was not available to witness the actual installation. It was scheduled and completed efficiently within a day. I didn't expect the installers to color match the conduit to my house, so that was nice. I didn't expect the SunLux electricians to address a wiring problem within my panel, so that was very nice. I had a great experience and will continue to highly recommend SunLux. Special shout out to the Rancho Cucamonga team!! You folks were awesome!

Great service and support
