After shopping many different solar companies we decided to go with sunlux- because they had the best product for the lowest price. From the beginning of the process to the very end we found the communication to be responsive and caring. We just got our first bill and $0 for the month we're loving it!

7.92kW Solar System Installation

I compared 7 companies and SunLux had the best equipment warranty (25yrs), roof leak warranty (10yrs) and labor warranty (25yrs). Their sales representative, Ralph Funk, was very nice, informative and professional. Their project coordinator, Sarah Charland, was very responsive and made the process very smooth. They are a professional company and they took care of any issue that came up through the installation. I would use them again.

Good customer service and way cheaper prices

We shopped around and found them to beat all the prices. They kept us updated on what was going on with everything. Looks good and have not had any problems.

Sunlux did an excellent job from their sales rep denica who was very thorough to Nick and his crew who installed the system to Justin who did the follow up with final inspection great job guys a friend of mine in the industry referred me to sunlux because the owner is a good straight up guy

They installed (14) LG 335 panels (1) solar edge inverter (1) 200 amp panel with 40 sockets (1) professionally drawn by licensed engineer (1) all permits (1) all electrical (everything in between walls and attic like house was built with it. (1) all stucco to match (1) paint to match and repairs (1) replaced broken roof tiles even if they did not break them. (1) cleanup and takeaway of all junk daily.

Amazing deal and service

I have had an amazing experience working with SunLux. They gave me the best deal out of all the companies I worked with, their reps were always patient and willing to explain everything to me in detail and were even available after business hours for phone calls. Their installation was quick and easy and their reps have called back to walk me through each step of the way!

SunLux Energy Solar Panel Installation Review

SUNLUX Energy and their team were very easy to work with and provided a great product/service. We would highly recommend them to anyone looking to go solar. My husband interviewed several companies and felt that hey gave the best product, for the lowest money and most competent people. Ralph was our sales contact. He could have stayed in touch better at the end of the process, but thankfully there was a strong support staff.

Great Company

SunLux did a great job from the no-hassle in-home sales presentation to the final job being completed in a timely manner. Phone calls and questions were quickly answered. The energy savings are awesome.

Surprised-went with a purchase instead of PPA after all!

Sunlux did a great job with the info leading up to the contract and install, and got everything handled, even some roof repairs to get it ready for the job. They tidied everything up, painted, and cleaned up-all good. The only part that took a little time was the monitoring equipment setup, but that just seemed to be a mixup with one of the office staff, who went on vacation and didn't get me scheduled. Pretty painless-now to enjoy the freedom from Edison's ripoff monopoly!

Sunlux for the win

From start to finish, Sunlux has excelled. We interviewed at least five other companies and the Sunlux sales rep was the most impressive. He didn''t try to up sell, didn''t talk in circles and answered all of our questions directly giving us 100% confidence In The company. We decided to purchase, the loan process was quick, simple and organized. They easily worked around our weird schedules and patiently answered all of our questions. The workers were awesome- reliable, friendly, fast and were able to suggest changes to the work that his most of the conduit making the finished project appealing. We have had major construction done, several times, and they were by far the best crew we''ve ever had in our home (friendly,respectful & definitely masters of their trades). Sunlux set up all of the city inspections for us, around our schedule and we didn''t have to worry about anything throughout the process. I have never had a construction project go this smooth, be completed in the timeframe quoted with as little inconvenience as this one. I cannot recommend Sunlux highly enough!

Solar Panel Installation

I had been looking into solar for the past year or two and finally decided to get it once I noticed more and more of my neighbor's sporting solar panels on their roofs. Even though we already had an pretty energy efficient home, I noticed our electric bill slowly increasing year after year, even more so after we had a baby this year and needed the AC on pretty much 24/7. Our bill pretty much skyrocketed after that. I had done some research on the various sizes, brands, and companies in the months prior to sealing the deal. After getting several quotes, I ultimately decided to go with SunLux due to their competitive pricing, good warranty, and the brands offered for their solar panel equipment. All the communication was done by phone or email, I never actually met with anyone from the company prior to signing the contract. Once the contract was signed, one of their reps came out to take measurements on the roof. We ended up getting a 18 panel system in case we needed more energy later on. SunLux took care of all the city permits and contacting Edison. Shortly after that, an installation date was set. The installation was actually really quick and took only a day to complete. The installation was clean and professional looking. Some of the tiles on the roof was damaged, but they were able to replace them without any issues within a short time. We also opted to have the critter guard installed so that we didn't have any issues with birds building nests underneath the panels. Once the installation was complete, the city came out and signed off on the job without any issues. The SunLux team was always available by email or phone to address any concerns I had. They did a good job of keeping us informed during every process. Despite some minor hiccups along the way, I was very satisfied with our solar experience from everyone at SunLux. Joe even personally reached out to resolve some of the issues we encountered and I felt like they really cared about providing good customer service. Our solar was approved for full operation as of 10/9/17. We received our first solar bill from Edison today and it was awesome seeing how little we owed. Overall, I'm very happy with how everything turned out and will definitely recommend more of our friends and family to them.

Sunlux Energy Team is the greatest solar company

Installed a large 28 panel solar system in my home. The rep and customer service agent kept me informed of the process the entire time. Great experience would get additional panels from them in the future. In fact I plan on adding at least one panel when these are paid off. Worked with me within my budget to help me get them finally installed after contacting at least 50 other solar companies.

Highly recommended

I have 2 electric cars in my family and solar energy generation is the next step in our quest for clean, renewable and cost saving energy. My next step is to have energy storage for complete off-grid energy generation. I was surprised by the ease and quick installation of the system plus the affordability of the SunLux system. I'm recommending it to my relatives and friends.

Dealt with Johnathon who was previously with SolarMax. He did a great assessment and helped figure out how to achieve the production that we needed while deal with a southern hillside and tree shadows. I felt that he was honest and understood my perspective and interests. I would use him again.

Start to Finish

SunLux Solar was wonderful through the entire process from start to finish. From the first sales call, Denica took the time to explain everything. I was challenging her because I was on the Board of Education at a school district that had just gone through the Solar installation process so I wasn't new to the process. The electrician, installers, Barstow City officials and company exectives that I contacted were all courteous and knowledgable. My wife and I had a great experience in a very timely and professional manner.
