This is an experience I was not expecting. From the first gentleman I met and everybody that I've been incontact with they have been very professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. They have gone above and beyond what I expected. They didn't sell me something that I didn't want. They listened to what I wanted and built the system to my wants.

We were recommended to SunLux by a friend who is a General Contractor. He didn't hesitate to recommend Sun Lux. He liked the company and also their guarantee. The team of folks there couldn't have been more on top of things. Customer Service kept us well up to date on everything that was being done. The Installation Crew was very polite, cleaned up well and truly went the extra mile to be sure we were happy with the installation. After installation, they have been very helpful in explaining how the billing works with our power provider. Very glad we went with SunLux.

Great customer service

I have now had my solar system up and running for almost a year. The systems is working great. When I have had an issues they called me first to tell me that the installer will be out to replace the part. The are a great company that does great work. I would recommend them to my friends, in fact I have and one has done a full sysyand is very happy with the work!

Great company from start to finish

Our sales rep Mark Trujillo was nice and answered all of our questions no matter the time of day. Our next point of contact was Sarah Charland. She was nice and very helpful taking care of everything with our HOA and power company. The install was quick and easy and the crew was nice. Be warned that if you are financing solar you need open a bank account with another bank, in addition to having the loan. Now I'm going to have to do the foot work to close the account once the loan is paid off. Overall, very happy with our experience and would recommend to all our friends.

Above Expectations

I applaud great customer service. I was recommended Sunlux by a coworker and they exceeded my expectations. Sunlux was quick to respond, very efficient, kept me informed about the entire process. I never felt any pressure with any decision. Can't wait to spread the word about this business to my friends and family!!!!!

Persistent and Patient

SunLux did a great job with our install. Even when the city kept cancelling the final inspection, they were patient and persistent in rescheduling to get the sign off so we could go to the utility company for PTO. There were a few things that needed correcting, but they were quick to correct them without question. My Project Manager was great at communicating with me anything on the schedule or any reschedules. Thanks SunLux!

I shopped extensively before AND after the decision to go solar. Two or three companies had me hooked but SunLux hit me just right. The question of financing left me slightly mislead when I spoke to other companies. SunLux seemed above board, frankly more honest and blunt from the beginning. The installation was first rate, the panels seem to be first rate. There were no disappointments. A very good experience.

Excellent customer service from start to finish!

Our experience with Sunlux was top-notch from start to finish. The installation company was professional and willing to work around my schedule. When I pointed out some damage during the installation, they sent someone to repair it quickly and even repaired existing damage in the same area! They have been easy to work with, the whole process has required very little time on my part. Our house is so cold at night now that my daughter needed to add a blanket!!

After interviewing several companies claiming to be the best of its kind in residential solar, I put out a request to friends for their thoughts. A friend led me to SunLux. I immediately receive a call from the person my friend recommended and it was clear then that I would lean toward this company. They made an appointment, came to my household at the appointed time with a preliminary layout and related information able to answer all the questions I had. Upon leaving I was asked to contact them if i was interested in their product--that is to day, I was to call them versus them pressuring me. After doing a in-depth study of the company upon their leaving and looking up other reviews, there was no doubt that this had to be the best company. Their installation went smoothly in an incredible short period of time and quickly passed inspection from the local authorities. Their equipment, price, warranty, service, efficiency cannot be matched. Though having the system a short period of time, I confident that this system will provide all that it is supposed to over the 25-year bumper to bumper warranty period and beyond.

Very knowledgeable Sales Guy, big shout out to Bill Arellano for the detailed explanation. Good price for solar instalation. Installation is superb, it was done literally in one day. Very fast !!! Very satisfied customer, the whole process was done professionally from the start (sales) done to installation. Overall, a very good experience dealing with Sunlux and i highly recommend them.

Solar Panel Install review

Once all of the materials were received, the install team did an outstanding job in installing 27 solar panels on three different sections of my roof. It was a two day job and they completed it on time.

Another Happy Sunlux Customer

I love to do my research and obtained quotes from more than 5 different installers before selecting Sunlux to install my solar system. One key piece for making that decision, besides researching all of the equipment and cost, was a result of reading positive reviews much like this one. The employees answered all of my questions and maintained communication throughout the process to let me know what stage the project was at and what I should expect next. This was huge for me as several of the steps involved getting permits, submitting plans, and obtaining inspections which don’t necessarily require the customer’s constant participation. As such it would have been easy to feel like nothing was happening or that my project was not moving forward had my project manager not provided those periodic progress updates. From start to finish it took just over 2 months from the date I signed the contract. The install itself took a couple days due to rainy weather. My wife and I are very pleased with the work that was done.

The entire process from initial contact to the final install and activation of the system was professional and done extremely well. Everyone we dealt with was courteous and helpful. All work was done very well and completed in one day. The panels look great. Super clean appearance with nothing showing on our roof except the panels. I definitely recommend SUNLUX.

SUNLUX did the connections others could not.

Truly, truly, truly a person of their word. This is an older house on a hill; requiring a new main electrical panel, coordination with Edison because our old service line from Edison had been damaged in an earthquake plus TWO permits with the City. Many salesmen from Solar City, SUNrun and Horizon wasted 6-8 months of my time and could not put it together. SUNLUX promised they do everything IN-HOUSE so they could relocate and install the new main electrical panel, coordinate with Edison as Edison relocated the new underground service and complete City permits to MY total satisfaction ----AND THEY DID. Oh yes--- they also installed a fantastic 9.012 kW system just the way I wanted it. The arrows on Edison’s electrical meter are now pointing to the left (back to Edison) --- Very Cool and I don’t have to worry about the IRS this year also Very Cool. Truly, truly, truly a person of their word. Thanks to you ALL at SUNLUX.
