This is a 3 year update of my system that was installed in January 2018. Took 6 months before I could get the installer to complete the battery storage portion of the install. February 2020 the inverter went bad and asked Scott to have the installer to swap out the inverter that was sent by the manufacturer. 3 months have passed with me phone calling and texting. Texted the site installer and no support. Would not recommend based on my experience. Actual install and follow up service is bad.

I had appointments with 3 other companies before going with Suncool. My salesman was Junior and he was the most informative of the bunch. He spent his time educating instead of pushing for a sale like the others. The install took a little longer than expected due to some issues with my roof but the crew was awesome and respectful of my property. I highly recommend Suncool.

I purchased a solar system with Junior... I was skeptical. I thought there had to be a catch. In reality, the money you would have sent to the electric company now goes to equipment you own! Once it's paid off, you keep it! The equipment and your money. I only wish I'd done it sooner. Thanks Junior.

I've always wanted to go solar and when I bought my house this is one of the first things I looked in to. Junior was so helpful the day he showed up and walked me through the process and how it all worked. And Kelsey was there at all hours of the day to answer any questions. Junior and Kelsey were and still are available whenever i had or have a question. The service goes beyond the initial set up. Completion of the solar panels were quick, even came back after the water tank was placed and put a drip pan per standard. Happy customer here...

Nothing but issues with my system, No savings in my electric bill. Never fully installed what Was paid for.

Greg at SunCool walked us through the entire process. Very upfront about what can and can not be done with our system. Was very patient dealing with our local utility and inspectors through the permitting process. I would not hesitate in the least using this company for advice and install. Super professional and quality install. It looks and performs better than our expectations.

Suncool has the most professional and awesome installers out there. I have done many jobs around the home and I can tell you that these guys are Neat, courteous and know their stuff! No problems with installation and the system works perfectly!

We did a re roof on a shingle roof on which we had solar panels for 8 years. Another company had done the original job and they are no longer in business. I called SunCool and first we consulted with David and later with Greg, both being informative and helpful. They were willing to upgrade our system despite the fact that they had not done the original work. We used their advice and we upgraded our existing system by rewiring the panels, replacing 2 inverters with newer larger inverter and made our system battery compatible for the future. We decided on a new inverter because we had had to replace the Fronius 3 times in 8 years. Although this was done under warranty we have little faith in the refurbished Fronius we had so we opted to go with Sunnyboy on Greg’s recommendation. We were able to use our existing panels which are still good and under warranty. They did not try to sell us anything we did not really need. One team took the panels down and another team, Manny and Steven, did the rewiring and replacing of panels on the new roof were courteous, efficient, competent and did a proper job in a timely manner. We now have no loose wires hanging down and everything is neatened up.

Installation was flawless and I was very pleased with my new savings.

Greg and his team did an excellent job. They worked with our roofer to install a new roof at the same time we installed new solar panels.

first we were set to 2 solar fans and a water heater then it went to 2 solar fans and some solar panels this did nothing for the bill it was a complete waste of time and energy and effort have made several apts with Scott to come back to check the system with not being able to show up

SunCool Energy installed 20 solar panels on the roof of my house. I was surprised that they did such a neat job in just one day. FPL came a few days later and installed the new meter, and Mr. Reidy came personally to activate the system. I cannot express my delight as to the performance of the system. I recommend SunCool to anyone contemplating a solar system.
