Solgen Power

Decent looking system. horrible communication

While I'm happy with the eventual product, this company has a big problem with communications, both internal and with its costumers/clients. We started the process of getting a solar system with them back in March of 2020 with a few Zoom meetings, getting an agreement by April. Installation didn't happen until early July and we were not able to power on the system till then end of September, one day before we had to start payments for it. The delay in powering on is mostly due to the system failing multiple inspections, and Solgen's inability to communicate with its installers what needed to be fixed. After the first inspection showed that there were numerous wiring errors and no paperwork on sight Solgen sent out an apprentice to take pictures and then scheduled a 2nd inspection, which failed. After scrambling they finally got a crew out that dropped off the paperwork, and did the repairs, but there were weeks of idle time. As of writing this they are still not finished with the last bit of the system, installing a sense monitor, and have not heard from their representatives. We're online and past all inspections, but haven't heard from Solgen in about a week.

Best ever!

It’s great when you find a company that practically did everything and held my hand through the entire process from start to finish with dealing with actual responsible people. How I’ve missed that. If I had to go through this whole installation again I would choose this company hands-down.

Great company

Solgen Power was awesome! Very professional and did great work. Let the sun shine!!

If 0 was an option that is what I would have given

This company lacks all communication and does not stand behind the offers made by their sales guy, he will tell you anything to get the sale. We have been working since February to get our system up and running, delay after delay and total lack of communication.

The customer service is not there.

Well not happy it took 10 days to call in an electrical inspection. They did not do the change I wanted and put all solar panels on my shop. It took 31 days ti the system was on the grid. It’s been 47 days since install and system is not up 100 present.

Good Solar Company

The salesman was very responsive and patient in answering my questions.

Excellent to work with

They communicated at.every step. They didn't leave me guessing what was happening or who was doing it. I wish all projects went this smoothly! Definitely recommend working with them!

Great product, Great Service

Solgen makes going solar easy. They install high quality components with excellent engineering and customer service. With zero down financing tailored for solar and taking advantage of tax credits, I found Solgen to be a total winning combination for my family

Perfect first experience!

Chris was the clincher for me. He always was available for all my questions. I appreciated the time he took to help me understand all the variables involved in going solar. Then the guys who came out to install were professionals. They came, installed, were neat and polite and answered questions if I had any. The whole process was as seamless as could be. Of course there were a few delays, but that was due to Covid, not Solgen. As much as possible, Solgen folks kept me in the loop. I'm definitely recommending them to anyone who asks!

Dynamic Expertise

We'd been planning on making the move to Solar for some time. Solgen made it possible with their $0 down offer. The staff is knowledgable and friendly, and the work crew was polite and quick. The entire experience was a pleasure. Thanks so very much, gang.

Solgen was fantastic!

Working with Solgen was fantastic all the way through. Brendan in sales gave fantastic and custom information for our situation and had answers for all of our questions. The process was easy, with 0 down financing, a low rate, and they took care of all the permitting and contacted our HOA. They showed up on time and were respectful and kind during install. We couldn’t imagine an easier process with such a big investment!

The customer service was great and the installers were well know

I choose soulgen because they were having the best reviews that I've seen and they made everything super simple to do

I love my Solgen Power solar panel system!

I love my Solgen Power solar panel system! Everything went smoothly like a well-oiled machine. From the installers to the office staff, everyone was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Once the installers arrived on site, they went right to work and had everything installed and cleaned up in one day. The followup by the project manager and office staff has been excellent. They keep checking in with me every now and then to make sure everything is working correctly. I'm one happy customer and will certainly recommend Solgen Power to anyone looking to have solar panels installed.

Lovely

In the middle of Corona chaos, Solgen came through. Great customer service and sleek panels made this a great choice!

Great little company

They answered my questions during the sales presentation and what they couldn't answer, they found out and got back to me with the answers. NO BS given like I've had with other companies.

Great

works for me!

Solar Install

From the Sales presentation to Install and Followup, Solgen Solar has been stellar to work with! They provide an abundance of information and have great patience in the delivery! Their communication (Emails, Voicemails and texts) with myself, the Client, was amazing! The Install Team were courteous, efficient and knowledgeable and all follow up for final inspections were seamless! The actual panels look beautiful with a black, low profile look! The Install comes with a coordinated APP to track daily the energy stored! Next year, I will receive a large rebate from the Government to offset my costs! All in all, a most pleasurable experience from a fabulous Company!

A no brainer! Thanks Solgen

We are so excited to have our solar up and running. We have wanted to do this for a while now and Solgen made it so easy. They showed us that solar is a no brainer that we can afford. We have been the talk of the neighborhood with everyone stopping and asking about our system.
