SEW was a great company to work with. From the sales process, permit issuance, HOA approval, install, service and customer appreciation, I can’t even imagine a company doing better. Travis Kent has been awesome through the whole process and has stayed in contact with me since the installation was completed. I definitely recommend 100%. I’m getting a 95% off set and am paying over $100 a month less on my power bill due to this system. There’s a small issue with a relay on one of my panels and I’m sure I’ll be over 100% offset when that gets repaired. That process has been very easy so far as well. Again, great company, they deliver what they promise.

Great solar company to buy from. I had my panels installed in early 2024 and have had 0 issues since the installation date. My sales rep, Greg Uhas, was outstanding throughout the installation process. He provided detailed information on the panel installation and savings over the years. The installation only took one day and everyone was professional during the process.

I have only great things to say about Solar Energy World in general, and about Greg Uhas in particular. In October 2023 we had 16 solar panels installed. Great experience. Then, we decided to add two FranklinWH 15 kWh solar storage batteries. Greg made the whole process easy. The only hold-up for us was waiting on our county to approve permits. After the battery install, we decided to add 14 more panels before the federal tax credit expired. Again, SEW and Greg provided seamless and courteous service to make this happen. Greg remains available to this day whenever I have a question. He responds promptly and completely. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a knowledgeable field rep who can point you in the right direction. 1We have not paid an electricity bill in two years and the investment will pay for itself in another 4.5 years or so. Highly recommend this company!

2 years in and super happy with my decision to go solar

I bought solar panels from Solar Energy World 2 years ago and have been very satisfied with my decision to go solar. I worked with Greg, and he designed the perfect system for my house. He also walked me through each step of the process to make sure everything was filed for my utility as well as local, state, and federal government. All of my friends have been jealous of my solar panels with the recent hikes in energy prices. I would strongly advise anyone on the fence about going solar to give Greg or anyone else on the Solar Energy World team a call.

Quick and clear communication

I purchased our solar panels and battery from SEW through Travis Kent (our sales rep) and he explained the whole process from start to finish. He explained the how the system will work and what to expect. The warranty for the system from SEW was even better than the manufacturer's warranty by 5 years. Travis also came to our house to wait for the city inspectors to get the approval for Net Metering with the utility company. He went above and beyond his normal duties to get us inspected approved weeks ahead of schedule.

Loving Solar and SEW

A friend related that he had solar installed on his home so I asked if he was satisfied with the process and if so would he give me the installers’ name. So with this information I called Solar Energy World to set up an appointment. Brad Henderson was the salesman who came to our house and introduced us to the opportunities available through solar. Brad was very knowledgeable and thorough in his presentation, so much so that we agreed to the installation that day! The process was easy and the job was completed within the projected timeframe. After we received our PTO (Permission to Operate), we turned it on and the array worked beautifully! We absolutely recommend getting in touch with Solar Energy World to make an appointment with Brad and having this install completed as soon as possible! Electricity costs are only going to increase!

Rob is very knowledgeable of the workings of how solar works. We knew nothing about solar and Rob explained and answered our questions. Rob is very friendly and personable.

We chose Solar Energy World because they were able to package replacement of our main electrical panel with the solar installation at a good price and subject to the 30% tax credit. Taneeka Staples and Dawson were both excellent at keeping in touch and making things right when there were problems (and there were some) with the installation, but everything was properly fixed and attended to.

Great company

Solar panels were installed by Solar Energy World over a year ago. Everything has been working well. My agent is Andrew Grygier. He has been extremely professional. He responds to any questions within minutes, via texts, emails, calls. He is very knowledgeable, and he follows through very quickly when questions should be answered by another member of the team. He is still answering questions - about back up batteries, for example - more than a year after the install was completed.

Amazing Support from Field Energy Advisor

Solar Energy World updated our roof and installed a 19 panel system on our townhouse. I'd particularly like call out the exceptional support we got from our field manager Gregory Uhas. Gregory was responsive, had answers to all our questions, and advocated tirelessly on our behalf when we ran into problems/delays. During the initial phase of the project Gregory helped us take advantage of both state and federal credits/grants to make the system as economical as possible. SEW does 90% of the paperwork for you thank goodness. We signed in September, and while some issues with our HOA delayed things for a few month, SEW put together an submission packet for our HOA and got things through. Despite the delay, the install team was able to get the system in before the end of the year to qualify for the expiring tax credit. Also want to shout out the panel installation team and electrician for professionalism and workmanship.

On-Time, As-Advertised, and Working Well

Rob has been great to work with through the whole process, always communicative and helpful. I'm happy that the work was completed (just) before the end of the year, as promised, to qualify for the tax credit. The system seems to be performing well, despite all the weather we've had lately. The biggest benefit, though, has been that they've handled all the paperwork, certifications, coordination with the HOAs, everything, and they've kept me in the loop every step of the way as those checkboxes were filled.

Great to work with

I had received multiple quotes and decided Solar Energy World was the best for me. The pricing & systems for all quotes were quite similar but the way the companies handled themselves were very different. My sales rep Bobby Lyons was super friendly, personable, and did not pressure me into anything I wasn't comfortable with. I was trying to get everything done in time before the tax credits expired before the end of the year but realized that was probably not possible. Bobby & his team worked with me every step of the way to find the best solution. I just had my installation done & it looks great. The install team was fast & professional. Highly recommend SEW and the team for an outstanding job from start to finish. I had a lot of misgivings about going solar but I took plunge. I had done a lot of research before choosing Solar Energy World. For me the deciding factor was their service. I have already had to communicate with them several times and most of the times they were one step ahead of me. They have remote access to my system and contacted me before I even knew there was an issue. And every single time I contacted my representative Damien was very responsive. Same day he had an answer. The sun works for me.

I have been involved with Solar Energy World for some time. In April,2025 I had to put a new roof on my home. At that time I upgraded the solar panels that were removed. I meet a knowledgable sales person Ms. Gabby Delgado. I got more information from her about solar panels. I also purchased a Franklin batter which will keep my hoe running for days whit power outages. I was very pleased with the way she was able to communicate difficulties with my installation.
