I installed a solar system for my house in NJ with Solar Energy World Mr. John Roberts was assigned by the company to be the project manager. John's attitude, knowledge, and overall handling of the project were superb. I am extremely happy with all aspects from planning, installation, equipment, benefits, financing as well as post-sales support. Five stars all around!!

Pleasure to work with a professional team

I was connected with Solar Energy World through my local LEAP program and I was so pleased with everyoneI worked with: all professionals from top to bottom. I am someone who is very detail oriented and had done a lot of prior research before signing up, but also very busy with a demanding day job and newborn baby at home. My project manager, Jonathan, answered all my questions about the process, the specifications, and pricing and was very easy to get in touch with. I wasn't always available to answer phone calls, but everything was followed up with email and/or text message. Installation of the solar panels went smoothly. The crew was extremely professional and respectful. They cleaned up so well that you wouldn't have known they were there the whole day. Overall, I've been very happy working with Solar Energy World. I hope that the level of service continues in the years to come. Shoutouts to Jonathan, Emily in the office who always answered my calls right away and knew exactly who I was, Ethan, Rodney, and the rest of the installation crew members for being great and exceeding expectations.

Amazing to work with - Exceptional service

The sales person Jeff was great from very beginning of the process. explained the process and proposal. Jeff was there through the whole proceed and was reachable for any questions and concerns. Was in the loop every step of the way. He was extremely professional and communicated accordingly. I purchase a 10.36kw system and the ev car charger as well. The install process was two day process and was very professional. Reached out after the installation if there is any concerns or questions. Happy with the process and service.

A company on my side, result - A better than great solar system

Everyone at Solar Energy World responded quickly to all our concerns. Cory Monks designed a perfectly sized system for us. He made sure we would be able to maximize all of our available tax credits and has followed up to be sure all was well now that our installation is complete. The installers were extremely courteous, efficient and cleaned up each day. The electrician made sure we understood what was being done and even attempted to teach us a bit about how everything actually works and why we needed all the mysterious boxes. Most of all I appreciate all the office staff's time helping us deal with our slightly picky and nervous homeowners' association. Solar Energy World would have done this without much input from us but our HOA insisted everything had to go through us. Now that it is all done, it looks really great - the panels are placed perfectly on the house and all the boxes that had to go on the front of the house are as nicely arranged. We could not be happier with all of this.

Solar Energy World is awesome!

I called Solar Energy World on a Friday afternoon and immediately they got me on a Zoom call to hash through exactly what I would need, bring up my roof, and scope out our system. While it was a sales call it did not feel like one. Solar Energy World heard exactly what I wanted and sold me exactly what I needed. When we got to the dealing with the HOA stage, wow, the professionalism in convincing my HOA to agree to the design of my system was amazing. The timeliness of responses and the back and forth between Solar Energy World ensured success! Solar Energy World hires folks that know solar really well and really "geek" out on what it provides. The staff that did the install were not your typical contractors. These folks were solar contractors through and through. The explained everything to a T and made sure as I need to make decisions that I had a full understanding of what that meant. The quality of workmanship exceeded all of my expectations. Great company, easy process, and transparent

My husband and I were looking for a solar for our home and after meeting with several companies we chose Solar Energy World. Our solar salesman Joe Brenner was great to work with and did a great job of explained everything in detail and followed up regularly to keep us informed during the process. The install went smooth, with the exception of an issue with our electrical panel, which the workers stayed late to make sure it was fixed. Overall we are thrilled we have gone solar with Solar Energy World and are also saving thousands a year on our energy costs.

Simple Process

This company is great at getting people through from start to finish. I was previously going with another solar company until Cory from Solar Energy World had more knowledge than the rep from the previous company "Sun Run". Cory was able to answer all of my questions with confidence. I'm glad we did decide to work with Cory and Solar Energy World. I'm good, the Solar panels are great, my wife is happy, and I'm satisfied. I appreciate everything.

Great service!!!

The project was completed according to contract. Sales rep Jeff Nachman was always available when we had a question and the installation crew was very competent and professional. The system has been operating for 5 months and has generated more power than we have used. We are very pleased with the setup.

Great service and install times

The whole process was very smooth and they were able to get me in before the end of the year on the pre-inflation pricing from March. This allowed me to get the tax incentives for the 2022 cycle as we got the system installed in November. We're already producing power and have already seen a 30% decrease in our energy needs from the grid during the month of December, which is the lowest sunlight month. Would definitely recommend using Solar Energy World for anyone thinking about getting solar.

Great Experience

I did a ton of research on solar reviews when looking to install solar and spoke with several installers to make sure I could land on a firm that would do a great job. I can't stress how important it is to get a good reputable vendor when installing solar (search for "Pink Energy" or "Power Home Solar" on google and you'll understand some of the horror stories out there). The Solar Energy World team did a fantastic job from sales to service and the process went smoothly without a hitch.

Solar Energy World did an outstanding job in installing our 37 panel system. The sales process was smooth, the installation quality was top-notch, and the project remained on schedule. My Project Manager, Jeff Nachman kept me up to date throughout the entire process and always quickly responded when we had questions. Jeff made himself available and accommodated our busy schedules outside of normal operating business hours and we certainly appreciated what he did. He went above and beyond of what we normally would expect from a company. Even after our system successfully passed all county inspections and we were given permission to turn the system on, Jeff has kept in contact with us to see how things are going. Overall experience with Jeff and Solar Energy World is nothing less than spectacular.

Attention to detail

Great experience from start to finish working with Zach, who was able to explain how it all works and handle all of the steps to get permits and manage the HOA approval process. The installation took less than a day, the crew wore shoe covers and cleaned up after themselves, and they did a walk-through with me to explain everything once they were done. The icing on the cake, though, was the follow-up. Our roof was hard to access, and the ladder they used bent our gutter. I didn't notice it for a couple of weeks, but when I did, they were on site the following morning and fixed it without any fuss. It was a minor issue, but Zach and the team acted quickly to make it right. I'm happy we made the right choice!

Love our solar. Very pleased

Worked with Jeff from the Maryland office, we lived in Maryland for years before moving to Florida full time. The solar system was installed as promised, they did an great job. They had to come back a couple times to make some minor tweaks, but all in all, it looks great & the app is easy to use.

Solar Power project

SEW rep, Eric Winkler, was outstanding in his product knowledge and management of the project throughout (we purchased solar panels, EV Level-2 charger, and new roof shingles). Always available to answer questions right thru the install dates and beyond. Got best price too (I compared to 3 other quotes). Some slight damage to landscape occurred during the install, but they quickly provided repairs free of charge. Utimetaly, it has been a good win-win experience ....this is how a great company should operate.

Nick put us at ease through the process

We made the decision to get a quote because a neighbor raved about Solar Energy World's work. We made the decision to move forward because of Nick, who was our representative through the process. He put us at ease and kept us in the loop as much as we asked him to. Nick was very honest and even talked us out of a few extra panels that would have been too shaded. Everyone at the company has maintained a high level of customer service, from the scheduler to the installers themselves. They had the project done in two days and left our property like they found it (aside from a new power plant on a roof). The process did take a little longer than I would have guessed, but Nick properly set our expectations through everything. It's only been a couple months of having the system up and running, but it's producing more than anticipated, and I have no doubt that Nick and Solar Energy World will have my back if there are ever any issues in the future. Couldn't recommend them enough.

Prompt, communicative, courteous, honest and high quality

Nowadays you feel lucky to find any business that checks more than one or two of those boxes, well.... Solar Energy World checked them all! I turned my system on about 4 months ago and so far it is doing what I was told it would do. My power bill is now averaging about 60% less from a year ago (actually a little bit better than I expected) making me wish I'd gone solar years ago LOL! Had one small issue with a microinverter misbehaving early on but they got it squared away quickly with no hassle. Their warranty was ultimately the deciding factor in going with them even though they were about $200 higher than another company I spoke with. I figured the cost difference was negligible over the life of the system and well worth it to go with a well-established local company that gained my trust at our first meeting and worked hard to keep it throughout the process. Not much more to say other than two of my neighbors are now getting systems through Solar Energy World based on my experience and recommendation.

Great experience overall!!

I met with Solar Energy World after getting a few quotes from different companies. While they were not the lowest price it was clear from the quality of the presentation and thoroughness of my project consultant that they were a cut above the competition. He was extremely helpful throughout the process and kept me in the loop on the schedule. The installation process was surprisingly fast (only a day and a half) and they did 99% of all the paperwork on my behalf. It was a smooth and seamless operation from start to finish.

Start to Finish A Solid Company!

Why did I decide to go with Solar Energy World (SEW)? Because from the moment I started working with Paul in sales I knew the company was looking out for me. He was just so honest about what we should expect out of the system and the games that others play with the financing that seem to good to be true. Others oversold the number of panels I could fit (at least efficiently) and had financing numbers that were just too good to be true. Unlike like most salesman, Paul continued to communicating, something unheard of once a sale is closed. Every aspect of Solar Energy World has been great. Timelines were a head of schedule. The install team was exceptional, explained every step, courteous and did a great job routing the conduit (something I was worried about). SEW has handled everything as well. Connecting the gateway to the cloud, submitting my MD State incentive, and establishing my SREC broker. All this fast than most folks I know have been turned on. The system is humming away with no problems at all. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

good costumer service

I commend all the staff of this company. I wish that I could remember all their names so I can list them here in this review. They are respectful and very smiley. They also respect my house by putting on shoe covers, simple gestures that I highly appreciated. Although I was slightly disappointed that there was an issue with the installation that prolonged my wait in using the panels. Nick Briggs was awesome; he made sure that I was up to date with the process, and he answered my questions everytime I send him a text message.

Had a wonderful experience with SEW - particularly with Nick. Everything was explained very clearly and the scheduling of the project was as anticipated.
