Solar was amazing

We talked with several solar companies in the past year and a half. Solar Bear was the only company that made me feel great about going solar. Tj our sales agent and Will were so easy to talk to and made even more comfortable with my purchase. You’re install guys were totally awesome and efficient. Way to go Solar Bear.

Great Service

Solar Bear has been Great, From the first time I contacted them along with other contractors Solar Bear was the one company that came through with the right answers. The folks are a pleasure to deal with and are very understanding of my questions as I had a lot of them. they had allot of Patience with me during the install all the way through final start up. I would not do anything different. They are the best in Florida for any Solar needs. I look forward to our relationship from here on out. The future is here and I want to get on board while its so affordable now. 5 Stars from me here in SWFL. - Mike B

Great service

Experience has been very adequate. I am looking forward to my solar power. Everyone I have been in contact with has been very polite.

Great service

Solar bear has been great. They have many financing options so you can get exactly what works for your needs. Installation took less than a day and they walked us through everything about the system. The mobile app shows us how much we’re generating, it feels great going green! Can’t wait to see the savings!

Happy I switch

I am very happy. The company is very good, people are nice. Always answer my emails, not a phone call. But they did a very good job. My only complaint is about the time that takes to complete the project. I really recommend them.

Happy

Excellent service overall! Initial presentation was well done and a sufficient technical detail to allow me to select the Solar Bear products over several others I reviewed. Installation was professionally done and was completed in a single day. County inspection of the system showed everything was installed correctly and within code. Final system start up was completed and my access to the system monitoring application was completed by Will. This has been an outstanding experience in adding this worthwhile technology to my home.

Very happy

Solar Bear - Installation was quick, efficient, and the installers were great and knowledgeable. The one hitch was the wiring was not quite right but in their defense they had not installed panels in Seminole County before and the coding was different. They sent someone out next day to fix the error. Then the waiting game for the city inspector to reinspect then waiting more for Duke to come put the meter in. It took long time from start to finish about 6 months BUT MOST OF THE WAITING WAS DUE TO THE GOVERNMENT PERMIT PROCESS. Go figure, right? The time for solar Bear was about 3-4 weeks for them doing their part from start to finish.

Happy

We have had a great experience with the whole process from sales, installation, and final technician! We can’t wait to start producing our own energy through the natural sun!

Great service

Solar Bear family, I ran into Jay Ellis at the Hernando County fair, he had a bean bag toss tempting me with a thousand dollars off if I made one. I got one in and we set up a time for Jay to come out and do an power evaluation of my house. The fact is, prior to the fair I had already thought of going solar but always thought it was too exspensive. Much to my dismay, after doing the evaluation the payment for the solar was going to be about ten dollars cheaper then my avaerage electric bill and I was going to be able to sell power back to W.R.E.C. Jay was very honest with all the facts and numbers, not your typical salesman. He took pride in making sure I knew what I was getting and how it was going to work. He fought to get me all the discounts he could, (much more than the 1000.00 bean bag toss at the fair). "Jay, you are a man of your word." The installation crew showed up when they said they would and completed the install. After they left I walked out to see how much of a mess I had to deal with and much to my surprise it was spotless. Thank You Jay and Solar Bear family Dan Arflack

Great service

Very happy with solar bear and there team

Great company

Working with Solar Bear was great. Every step of the way they were there to answer any questions or concerns. The work getting done to put up the panels and inverters was done quickly with no inconvenience to the family. If only the Orange County inspectors and Duke Energy could have worked this well and efficiently, I would have had my solar panels pumping electricity two months ago. Great company so far and lol forward to partnering with them in the future if anything should happen.
