Solar Bear

Great service

Great company to go with!

Excellent Company

If your thinking of go solar please let solarbear be your company everything they tell you is in writing I had over 6 companies come to my house but solarbear beat them all I give solarbear a 100 star rating

Easy, Clear, Military discount, Attic treatment too

Jamie K. was a fantastic salesman. He knew his company and worked hard to give us the best financing options and a clear picture of what would be done and what the hang ups could be with our HOA, Electric Company, etc. We have wanted to go solar for years and are very enthusiastic about all that Solar Bear can do for us. They are a Florida company. They use North American production companies for their solar panels and other equipment. They offer a military discount on the installation. Local family owned and operated and they have an outstanding reputation both in BBB and in Solar reviews. We are so happy about finally going solar!!

Great Sales man

Danny was a great salesman, he explained and took his time so I understood the value of the product, and the reimbursement from the Government project. I go live today and am very excited...

Great Service

Will did a great job for me on fixing my inverter he is very polite and respectful. He is the real deal. Solar Bear is a Great solar company.

Great service

I’m new to Solar, Blake Ambrester convinced me to just say YES! With this decision, we are trying to do our part to save the environment and own our energy! The whole team has been excellent from start to finish. -David

Great service

Solar Bear did an awesome job. Starting with TJ sales to office staff always friendly & professional, installers were here in time & got it set up and last but not least was Will G. Who got me final set up with solar. Couldn't be happier. Thanks for everything!!

Happy

Communication was great, sales guys were nice and helpful.

Great customer service

Just had my inverter swapped by will and he also conducted exit survey putting the finishes touches on making sure everything is up and running. Now I have the solar edge monitoring app and I can see everything my panels are producing. I highly recommend this company.

Great company

Great service jay the sales man was awesome and very knowledgeable.

Great service

Great job from my salesperson Mike Winn through the installers from Solar Bear to Will Garcia who explained my entire system.

Great company

Solar Bear LLC was great to work with. Even with the few hiccups we encountered the team was professional and prompt to resolve. Mimi in the office is awesome and wonderful to work with. Even my install team SEX-C were great and efficient. I look forward to powering my home with renewable clean energy.

Updated Review

UPDATE: I would like to change my review from 1 star to a 5 star across the board. Poor customer service from the office, supervisor & owner. The only ones that that has great customer service was the install crew and the electrician. If I knew what I know now, I wouldn't allowed Solar Bear on my property or signed the contract. It was a very bad experience. After the inspection (which solar bear didn't meet with the inspector & provide a ladder for the inspector to get onto the roof, which the inspector said they where, which I had to find a ladder, in order to inspector on the roof or he would have left), I had to use the internet to help me turn on the system & so far no follow up by solar bear and it will be 2 months soon. This has been a bad experience for us and all I can say is buyer beware.

Great company

BW was an honest and up front salesman and the office staff has always been friendly and attentive. Compared to other solar companies, their prices were great for similar services. Everything was as sold.

Great company

Over the services the installation and the office crew was very helpful when we needed them I would recommend this company for your solar needs.

Great service

Great outfit - great system! Form the initial salesperson to final turn-up, the experience has been great! It’s been good knowing you electric co.!

Great Service

Happy

We are happy with our decision to select Solar Bear for our home energy needs. The staff was extremely helpful from our sales representative, to the office staff, and the installation crew. They were always friendly, helpful, and seemed to care for us as a customer. We look forward to saving money and conserving our natural resources. Thank you Solar Bear.

Great company

I'm well satisfied with the total process took about 3 months the power company was very efficient quick and I was told to expect. their team is top notch. I always been able to get an answer to my question even as late as 9:30 at night which is important because I was concerned about the whole thing because I didn't know what was going on and I got my questions answered very quickly. I even had one of the owners call me on a Saturday morning to help with my issues. I would highly recommend this company.

Great service

The sales staff & install staff were great. Easy to understand.

Great service

Great service

I love Solar Bear and all their employees. One could not ask for nicer and knowledgeable people to work with.

Great

Solar Bear was great! Staff was patient with us and always nice. Process took a little longer then expected but overall we received great service. Company has delivered installation as promised. Will write an additional review once our system has been running for a while and we see the differences from being electric.

Great company good employees
